My account should still be the unpaid version. I haven’t sent nearly enough automated messages to be on an upgraded subscription. I would like to speak to customer support. There is no “Help Center” button in the help section of my account.

The $25 subscription tier applies when you have between 501 and 1,000 active contacts. This count includes any user who has messaged you directly, not just those who received automated messages.
A common strategy is to create a flow that automatically removes contacts after a certain number of days, especially if keeping the full interaction history isn’t essential for you. This can help prevent your contact count from increasing unnecessarily.
To check your number of active contacts, go to Settings > Billing. As shown in the screenshot below, you’ll see both your pricing tier (up to 1,000 contacts) and your current number of contacts.

You can also go to the Contacts menu, where all your contacts are listed. From there, you can review the total number and manually delete contacts if needed.
