Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my automation. The automation itself is running smoothly, but there’s a problem with the link it sends to customers. When they click the link, it doesn’t work. However, I’ve tested the link multiple times outside the automation, and it works perfectly.
I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps:
- Reconnecting the automation.
- Activating and deactivating it.
- Refreshing permissions.
- Re-pasting the link and double-checking its functionality outside of the automation.
I’ve even tested it across multiple Instagram pages by running the automation, and the issue persists—the link just doesn’t work within the automation.
This is costing me a lot of sales. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
