Community Terms & Conditions
General code of conduct
Welcome to the Manychat Community! We’re happy you’re here 🫶
We’ve created this Manychat community to provide a place where all users can come together to connect and support each other as we discover the world of chat marketing together!
To ensure the community functions in the best interest of its members, we ask you to follow a few guidelines. If a guideline(s) is broken, the Manychat Community Team reserves the right to ban a member, remove a post, or request that a post be edited so that it meets our guidelines. We will take any steps we deem appropriate to ensure that community conversations meet the policies described below.
Should you have any questions or issues, please let us know via email at community@manychat.com.
Respect each other
All members must treat each other with respect and courtesy, ensuring an environment that values diverse opinions and perspectives. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, discrimination, or any threatening or insulting comments will not be tolerated. Members should refrain from using offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language, including coarse language or inappropriate jokes, and must avoid trolling, flaming, or any behavior intended to provoke or disrupt other users.
Stay legal
Members may not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material, share illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to distribute illegal substances, distribute viruses or other material that gives you access to the computers or systems of other users, or generally anything that is considered illegal by your country of residence.
Stay on topic
Posts and comments must remain relevant to the community's focus. Spam, NSFW content, and self-promotion are strictly prohibited in this community. Off-topic posts, including changing the subject of a discussion away from the original poster’s intent or hijacking threads, will be removed to maintain discussion quality. Mentioning or promoting competitors through explicit comparisons, endorsements, or references to competing products or services is prohibited and may result in content removal or denial of access to the community.
No commercial use
Commercial activities, including advertising, product sales, sending commercial messages (spam), offering games, or promoting other forums or websites, are not allowed. Promotional material, such as requests for members to subscribe to bots, join email lists, or purchase products or services, will be removed. While sharing valuable resources is encouraged, excessive self-promotion will be moderated.
No sharing of private information
Do not share your own or others' personally identifiable information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or addresses. Respect the privacy of other members, and do not share their personal information without explicit consent. Any posts containing personal details or screenshots will be moderated and removed. Sharing personal information about individuals or companies in the conversations you start or participate in is strictly prohibited.
No multiple accounts
It is not allowed to own multiple accounts in this community. If the Community Team detects double accounts, all secondary accounts will be banned.
Moderator actions
The Community Team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users, should it be deemed necessary. It is not allowed to discuss any Moderation actions in public. If you disagree with an action taken, please contact the Manychat Community Team via private message.
