New Instagram Term of policy

Hello! New terms of policy soon will work in Instagram, after January 25th. And according to them it’s prohibited to use automatization.Could you please tell us, maybe you recommend some ways to avoid Instagram block and continue use automatization? Because since 25th of January IG prohibits it. thank you!

Two most important things I've learned thus far

I’m a web developer, no, an actual web developer (I literally do 100% of all of the code for my platform, from scratch). So I’m highly technical. I’m here learning Manychat to help a client. I’ve learned two critical things I think most people should know when first starting out.First - Manychat is not setup to be a single-automation to fulfill all of your needs. Each automation gets a single THEN connection. So in order to allow people to type “contact”, “human”, “appointment" etc a any point I had to create a dedicated automation for contact. Then everywhere there is an existing flow I can always call that automation. So forcing multiple parts in to a single automation simply does not work. Once you figure this out it makes Manychat much less clunky. Though I do not recall seeing anyone clarify that.Secondly - When using Google Sheets integration never use INSERT! I do raw database work and you can’t UPDATE a record that doesn’t exist. If someone keeps filling out the same form it wi

Hi - I’m new to Many Chat and would like to tighten up the process learning from the beasts within this community.Question 1:I see Many Chat has multiple app integrations. Our goal is to use manychat to grow our email list with Drip, and there does not appear to be an email integration for Drip. Building an Advanced AI Instagram DM Chatbot pt.1

I’ve started a series that will be a deep dive into building powerful Instagram DM chatbots using Manychat and Flowise.The first video in the series is live and the goal is to release at least 1 video per week. The process has been a lot more involved than I expected lol.This series will have a focus on e-commerce, but there is a lot of overlap with other industries. So even if you’re not building an ecom assistant, there should be more than plenty that you’re able to take away.I’ll work on making sure the video is higher quality next time and tighten up some of the sloppy editing, but just wanted to get this one out there.In the meantime, any feedback is more than welcome and let me know if there is a specific functionality you’d like to see in this series.Check it out and let me know what you think!

How to post a Manychat bug report

Manychat does a lot of cool stuff but the primary downside is that it is not intuitive! I might be referencing this thread myself in the future!So the Manychat forums are located at https://community.manychat.com/. Secret: If you’re signed in to the forums you will not automatically be signed in to the help subdomain. So go to https://help.manychat.com/ and then click sign in. Once signed in at the top of the page next to your user name will be a “Submit a request” button; do not bother using the search feature to find anything about bugs. At the bottom-right will be a chat bubble, click on “Contact Support”. This will bring you to a new page at: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_page. On this new page in the content area click on the “Manychat Product” link. That will bring you to the page https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=11756694468892 where you can file a bug report.They do not want people directly emailing the support email address whic

I've made an actual game with Manychat

 Not sure if anyone else has made an actual game with Manychat, but I have. I call it TRIPCRAFT. You can play it now if you like. www.facebook.com/street.tripy or www.instagram.com/street.tripy Type TRIPCRAFT to start It’s played in rounds and involves chipping away at a pile of “TRIPS” (points) together with the entire community.Whoever swings last wins a Jackpot of points.There are 4 tools total including 3 pickaxes and TNT. Each have their own stats and strategic uses and pros/cons.It currently uses an API to my website to manage the TRIPS (points) but could easily be adapted to use CUFs to record points instead.Rounds restart ever 2 minutes and take about 15min to complete but depending on players.Its incredibly popular. Forcing AI step to speak user's language without asking

Hi all,Since the introduction of fields within AI step, it has became way more simple to force the AI to write in user’s language without even asking the user what language he would like the bot to speak. And you can still fill in the AI step in whatever language you prefer, it does not change anything.All you have to do is to instruct in the first task, first thing first, “Speak {{language}}.” (language field is already in user’s info) and the entire conversation will be in that language.Best,Florent
