Manychat tutorials

A few weeks ago, I did a live Q&A webinar with ManyChat, and by far the most asked question was:"When will the Follow-to-DM feature finally work?"People asked things like:"Why can only a small percentage of my followers trigger the automation?""Why don't I have access to the feature?""Why does it work for some accounts but not others?"So in this video, I want to give you an honest update on the current state of the feature and what you should do moving forward. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

I will show you how to create an AI setter in just a couple of minutes. This AI agent answers any questions, qualifies your leads, and books a call with them if they are a good fit.And you don't need to be technical at all. You just need to answer some questions about your business, and your AI setter is created automatically. And then you can even use AI to make it better. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Does anyone have a email collection flow that works well with mail chimp?

I need help connecting my Facebook Page  to my Manychat account. Here is the issue:My Manychat profile i I already successfully connected/authenticated my Facebook profile with Manychat. When I select Facebook Messenger → Add New Account, Manychat says:“We haven't found Facebook Pages managed by you.” However, when I check Facebook, clearly appears under Pages I manage using the same Facebook profile,  I also selected “I can't see the Page I want”, but the Page still does not appear in Manychat. I have previously used Manychat's free trial, so I would also like to confirm whether my previous trial/account status is affecting the connection. I do not want to create a new Facebook Page. I want to connect my existing  Page. Please help me determine why the Page is not being detected by Manychat and what needs to be done to connect it.Thank you.

I recently did a webinar, and someone asked me this question: "What's the perfect flow for commission-based booking businesses?"And it's way easier than you think. But still, most people are making the same mistakes, which prevents them from making money. So in this video, I will show the mistake that everyone else is making and what you should to do make money. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Hello, the Georgian language has not been added, and this limits my ability to use your features. When is the addition of the Georgian language to your platform planned?

Hello. I need help setting up my ManyChat automations and IG settings. Is there a tutorial or mentorship program available somewhere?

Until recently, if you wanted an AI agent, you had to build it yourself. You needed to add the knowledge, write the instructions, connect the tools. So you clicked every button in the platform. But now, with more and more chatbot platforms, you can just talk to an AI and it builds the agent for you.- Demo: type one instruction, the finished agent appearsThat means you don't need any technical background anymore. You can just say what you want and it gets built. So I gave two different platforms the exact same instruction, and I will show you what each one does with it.But there's one thing that still doesn't work on some of these platforms. So let me show you.You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Meta just launched the Meta Business Agent. And it is Meta's own AI agent that can reply to your customers on WhatsApp. But the big question is: does it actually work, and should you use it for your business? So I actually tested it out. And in this video, I will show you how it works, what it costs, and whether you should use it.And there's one thing about the Meta Business Agent that I think will stop most businesses from using it.You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Hello, I got three days left of my try profile before i got a payed abonnement. I would like to move forward because I believe it will be an asset to my business. However, I have already spent several evenings trying to get the auto DM links from comments to work. I am doubting whether I should take out a subscription or just cancel, because so far my tryouts have been a disaster since I can't get it to work. Anyone willing to help?

How can i send image from Instagram automatically with text for dm follower?

WhatsApp just changed their pricing. And if you use WhatsApp as a business, you are going to pay a lot more. Starting from October 1, you need to pay for every message that you send.So I will show you what changed, how much you're going to pay, and what you can do about it.And there is one exception where WhatsApp stays completely free. I will show you what that is later in this video. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Como se puede forzar para el texto que pasa la IA tenga espacios entre oraciones o tenga obligatoriamente saltos de linea?

I was connecting my Facebook to my ManyChat account and entered the incorrect email no I cannot disconnect it to add the correct one. Anyone can help me out please.

I recently did a webinar, and someone asked me this question: 'If you were building ManyChat for a luxury travel agency, bus trips, cruises, curated escapes, what automation structure would you build to move someone from an Instagram comment, to a qualified lead, to a booked traveler?'Great question, so in this video I explain exactly what I'd do. And this isn't just for luxury travel agencies. This same structure works for any high-ticket business. So let me walk you through it.You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Hi Everyone & ManyChat Team,Has anyone else been struggling with activating a Default Reply flow in the updated ManyChat interface? Here is the exact issue:In Automation > My Automations, my WhatsApp Default Reply flow is listed as STOPPED. When I click the three-dot (...) action menu next to this flow, options like Rename, Duplicate, Convert Channels, Move, Share, Delete are listed, but THERE IS NO "SET LIVE" BUTTON! Inside the flow editor, the Publish/Set Live button is disabled (Saved), so there is no direct way to set the flow from STOPPED to LIVE.Why is turning ON a system flow made so complicated or counter-intuitive? Why do we have to duplicate or rebuild flows just to toggle them from STOPPED to LIVE?What is the official/correct way to turn a STOPPED Default Reply back to LIVE in this new UI without hacking it by duplicating? Would appreciate any insights or UI fixes from the team! Thanks!

I will show you how to make Manychat reply to every DM with AI. We will set the whole thing up, step-by-step. And you will get my templates for free! You give the AI instructions for your specific business and connect it to your own tools, so it works however you need it to.And a lot of people miss one thing that makes the AI sound like a robot, I'll show you how to avoid that too. You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/qAHyb5tHJfUPlease let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Hello,I initially created a ManyChat account using my personal email (gian_brandalise@hotmail.com) and connected it to my personal Facebook profile, which has access to my company's assets. Later, I realized this was a mistake because multiple people on my team need to manage the ManyChat account. To fix this, I created a new ManyChat account using my work email (g.brandalise@rock.vc) and successfully connected the company's Instagram account. However, I have been unable to connect the company's Facebook Page to this new account. The problem is that, no matter what I do, ManyChat keeps reconnecting the Facebook Page to my old account, even after I delete that account and revoke ManyChat's permissions from Facebook. It behaves as if the old account still exists in your database and remains associated with my Facebook profile.I am requesting that you completely remove my old ManyChat account (gian_brandalise@hotmail.com) and all of its associated data and links from your system. I have alr
