send image with Instagram

Hey ​@Hadis, easiest way: in your flow, add a Send Message step, then drop in an Image/Gallery block and add your text as a caption right under it (or a separate Text block right after). Works the same whether it's triggered by a comment keyword or a DM. If you want buttons under the image too, use a Gallery card instead of a plain Image block.
