Hi everyone,I am opening this thread because we have a serious issue that we cannot solve through support and I want to know if anyone else has faced something similar.Our Instagram account @kosta_bravissimo has been unable to send direct messages to users who comment on our posts asking for prices for more than 10 days.These are real potential customers who are actively engaging with our content. They ask for pricing in the comments, but we cannot reply to them in direct messages at all.We have contacted Meta support several times, but we only receive generic instructions to use the “report a problem” option inside the app. There has been no real investigation or clear explanation.We also have Meta Verified, hoping it would give access to proper support, but it did not change anything. Instagram support and Facebook Ads support just keep redirecting us without taking responsibility for the issue.Right now we are dealing with:

Hi,I build a flow and after they have given me their email address I have an 'action on reply' that their response with their email address will be added to my flodesk segment form. but when I go to flodesk the email addresses aren't being added.how do I fix this issue?

Hi, my Instagram account @annevilalta is still linked to an old Manychat account that no longer exists. When I try to connect it to my new account, I see "Request Sent" and can't proceed. The previous account owner is unreachable and the account has been deleted. I can provide proof of ownership. Can someone help me disconnect it from the old account? Thank you.

My Auto-DM links from IG comments are not converting into sales. One post for example had 280 sends and 140 clicks but not one sale. This has been happening with all my posts and I don’t know if there is something wrong with my account or if there is a glitch with the app? Note: I do check my links prior to adding them. It’s disappointing that I am paying monthly for this and not seeing anything in return. Can someone please help?

Running into a frustrating bottleneck with new clients lately and wondering how you guys handle it.I'll spend hours building out a solid comment-to-DM flow. But then the client hands over an IG page that is an absolute graveyard. Im talking 200 followers and maybe one or two likes per post. So we turn the traffic on, real people land on the profile, see it looks completely abandoned and they just bounce. Nobody bothers typing the keyword.
