Creator conversations

I already have a REPLY to a trigger word set up for my Reels. Will that flow fire off automatically for my Ads? OR do I have to set it up separately for replies to my Ads? Sometimes people comment under the Ad and they do not go through the landing page.

A automação “DINHEIRO” funciona. O que devo verificar?

Hello ManyChat Support,I'm experiencing an issue with both "Say Hi to New Followers" and the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM automation. Before contacting support, I completed all the recommended troubleshooting steps:Reconnected Instagram using the new Unified Instagram Onboarding. Refreshed Instagram permissions successfully. Confirmed my Instagram account is a Professional account. Confirmed the automation is Live. Configured "Say Hi to New Followers" with a 5-minute delay. Waited more than 10 minutes after following. To rule out any contact or automation limitations, I also performed the following test:Created a completely new Instagram account. The account had never followed my profile before. It had never commented on any post. It had never sent me a DM. It had never received any ManyChat automation. It simply followed my Instagram account. I waited more than 10 minutes.Result: No welcome DM was sent.I also tested the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM flow. After following my a

I am sending text with link, but i cannot add the line anywhere.

I'm currently the only user and the Owner of a ManyChat Free account. I want to transfer ownership to my mentor, but the Free plan only allows one user, so I can't invite him.I also can't remove myself because I'm the Owner. ManyChat's automated support says I need to upgrade to a paid plan to invite another user and transfer ownership, but human support tickets aren't available on my current plan.Has anyone successfully transferred ownership of an existing Free account without upgrading? Can the new owner retain the existing automations, contacts, and connected Instagram account? Thanks!

Hi! I have a live automation, “Follow first, then freebie,” with the trigger “User comments on any Post or Reel.” It checks if the person follows me, then sends a freebie.I also have older automations with keyword comment triggers on specific posts (for example, the keyword “secret”).When someone comments “secret,” they only get the secret specific automation’s message. The “any comment” automation doesn’t run for them - which is the follow first then freebie. Is there a way to make the follow check run without editing every other automations?

Good evening. I have a $95 monthly ManyChat subscription, which I pay for regularly every month. However, about 10 days ago, I noticed that, in addition to my usual monthly subscription fee, I have also been charged $0.01 for each interaction. Could you please explain what these additional charges are for? How can I fix this?

Obrigado!

I’m trying a Make scenario that’s supposed to check if a contact exists, and if not - create it.It created it just find the first time, then I changed something and wanted to check again, so I deleted the contact. The problem is that now Make still finds the contact, with status “deleted”, so it won’t create a new one, but also won’t let me send anything to the contact, because of its status. I can’t change the status, because the contact doesn't show up in my “Contacts” tab.Is there a way to actually delete a contact completely, or at least restore a deleted contact?

I am trying to link Manychat (instagram, Facebook etc) to Command and I am missing a link.If you are doing it, can you show me how?THANKS FRANKMAZZUCA@kw.com

Critical IssueManychat has stopped triggering the correct flows for my funnels.I have already re-established all permissions, yet various triggers are activating the same funnel—even though I have multiple funnels set up, each with its own specific trigger.Customers are complaining, and I am losing business because of this.I have already opened a support ticket, but no one has resolved the issue.

ESTAMOS MANDANDO MSG PARA OS CLIENTES E ELES NÃO ESTAO RECEBENDO MENSAGEM, MESMO QUE ENVIE O MODELO APROVADO ELES NAO ESTAO RECEBENDO MENSAGEM.

I’m a pro user. I am giving away an online product to anyone that comments, DM’s or Messages on both FB and Instagram. I created a simple trigger sequence to deliver a link that sends the to a registration page to access the giveaway. I tested it in MC and it works fine however it is not working from the posts I have put up to promote it. Simply my automations are not working. Any ideas?

how to find?  how to get?    how to be sure?

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with the Instagram Follow-to-DM automation. My automation is LIVE, but new followers are not receiving the welcome DM and ManyChat still shows 0 sends.I’ve already:Enabled “Allow access to messages” in Instagram Refreshed Instagram permissions in ManyChat Confirmed the automation is LIVE Tested with a new Instagram account that had never followed me before Waited well beyond the 5-minute delayStill nothing — the DM isn’t sent and the automation remains at 0 sends.Has anyone experienced this with Follow-to-DM? Is there currently an issue with the feature or something else I need to activate? Thanks! 🙏

when trying to send messages I get this notification. also my facebook automated messages are not all send. only 84 of about 500 comments actually are send a message

I am here and have been for a while. As a full time student I don’t get much time. At first it seemed challenging for me but not it is getting more mangable to be here.

ello, I have a single Instagram account (@flavi_iovine) and a single ManyChat account linked to the email iovineflavia@gmail.com. When reconnecting my Instagram today, the system shows my account is already connected to a workspace called "Flavia| Farmacéutica&Yoga Terapuetico" (the old name of my Instagram profile, before I recently changed it to "Coach Yoga"), and it asks me to "request access from the owner" as if I weren't the owner myself. I already sent the access request but it remains pending, without being approved. I have never had more than one ManyChat account or Instagram account, so I don't understand why two different connections appear for the same profile. I need to recover access to my existing flows and automations, without losing the work already configured. Could you please check my account and let me know what's happening? Thanks,

Hi, My name is Ewunike and I’m the donor manager with Friends of the Congo. I’ve been responding to different creators Many Chats for years and finaly incorporated into our IG. So, looking forward to seeing how this tool can help increase engagement for us.

I'm hoping someone here can help, since I haven't been able to get a response from Support or Billingteam. I had my ManyChat account fully set up and running – Pro plan, automations, everything. Then I got logged out, and now I can't get back in.Here's what's happening:- I have an active Pro subscription and receive paid invoices by email.- When I try to log in with that email, it rejects me and tells me to log in with Google instead.- When I log in with Google, I land on a brand-new, empty account marked FREE – not the account with my page, automations, or Pro subscription.- I've tried all the standard troubleshooting: clearing browser cache/cookies, different browsers, incognito mode, etc. Nothing works.- I've submitted tickets to Support and messaged Billing directly – no response from either.Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to get it fixed? Or does anyone know a way to get an actual response from the ManyChat team when tickets go unanswered?I'm paying for a service I c

From my understanding, Tik Tok should be compatable with Manychat at this point in the year. I have checked every permissions section in Tik Tok and the automation itself. It is working on Instagram but not Tik Tok. I used AI to help and reached out to my network to no avail. Can someone assist or provide some insight?
