You can now send Utility Message Templates on Messenger to keep customers informed with important updates such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, or account alerts.Utility Message Templates are currently in Beta and are going to be rolled out gradually worldwide. They replace Message Tags (sunset by Meta early February 2026) and are designed for essential, non-promotional communication.To know more, please refer to this article.

You asked, and we delivered! 🔥 Contact blocking on WhatsApp is now available for all accounts 🎉 Here’s how it works: Contacts can only be blocked if they messaged within the last 24 hours Blocking a WA-only contact means that they’re also removed from Manychat If they have multiple channels, blocking hides their WA connection There’s a 64,000 contact block limit per WhatsApp account Messages to blocked contacts via import/“Create contact” won’t be delivered⚠️ Note: there’s a Meta-side limitation affecting coexistence accounts. If you unban a user in the WhatsApp Business App, you won’t be able to block them again in Manychat. We hope this new feature helps create a safer messaging environment by letting you block users who send spam or inappropriate messages.
