Guys, I’m getting this error for Messenger and Instagram. Are they down?  

Fiz o post e a automação no dia de hoje e tudo funcionou bem até passar da meia-noite, quando um novo comentário chegou e não recebeu a resposta ao comentário nem a DM para continuar o funil de conversa. Este problema persiste desde semana passada, quando fiz todo o passo a passo que o chat IA indicou (atualizar permissões do app, confirmar que o Manychat pode acessar as mensagens e etc).  As palavras-chave não são passíveis de erro de grafia (visto que são numerais), então não sei mais o que fazer pra resolver, preciso de ajuda.

Percebi que a automação não tá sendo disparada algumas vezes quando enviam a palavra-chave para mim na DM, não sei se é porque esses usuários não me seguem ou se é a palavra-chave, por ter acento. A palavra-chave é “Imã”. Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso? Porque não é o caso de não funcionar, a automação até funciona, mas não tá disparando pra todo mundo que envia a palavra-chave.

Quiero Detener la Automatizacion justo en el momento que el lead escribe por fuera de ella, para que el bot no siga enviando info, hay alguna manera?Probe con una etiqueta ejemplo si el usuario envia un mensaje  (NO CONTIENE PALABRA “UNALOCURATOTA”) asi como nunca la van a adivinar la automatizacion se ejecutaba y asi detener el flujo pero resulta que no se puede usar solo esa condicion.no se si existe otra manera logica de hacerlo

The one-month free trial that's supposed to be applied through the referral isn't showing up or being applied to their account.I can confirm the signup is being tracked, I can see my client's email listed under Signups in my PartnerStack dashboard, so the referral was attributed correctly. However, on their end, the free month doesn't appear to be active or applied.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there a delay between PartnerStack tracking the signup and the free month being applied in Manychat? Any help or insight from the team or other partners would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hi, I'd like to ask, is it possible to set up automation on Instagram when two profiles collaborate. A person would comment on a keyword and then a message would come to them. I know it works on one account, but I'm wondering how it is for a collab post. Thank you for the reply.

Facebook is already connected and working fine, but when I go through the Instagram connection steps, I keep landing on this screen:"Your account is already connected to .... Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner."I've already hit Request Sent, but we have no idea which ManyChat account the Instagram is tied to — it was likely set up by someone previously who is no longer with the brand. ive got suspended by instagram after using manychats to automate some reels and dm … tbh i lost the trust with manychat and their talk that they are safe to use … if any one could help me to recover the account and to make sure this not happening again plz tell me

I have been trying to diagnose my manychats flow for the past week and its driving me insane 😂.Context: I have started a FB page a month and a half ago - grew from 0 to 50k followers & 10m+ views. To monetize the traffic - I started to use manychats keyword trigger from reels/posts.Since in Europe + Japan the Meta Business Suite keyword comment to dm automation is not available - I use manychats for this flow. User comments under reel - dm gets sent.I have tested around 250 contacts so far with only about 5% delivery rate, which signals something structurally wrong. Its within the 24 hour window, no tags applied. I tried reply button + quick reply + long, short, personalised first messages and pretty much doesnt seem to work. Tried first messages without link aswell and still doesnt seem to do the job. Is this something with my FB page that is wrong that they are silently filtering most of my messages as spam? any fix? or is this something geo

When someone follows us I had an automated DM being sent to followers however it appears its no longer working for everyone and im not sure why that is? Can someone help
