Hi! I am trying to use quick replies as a way to force engagement coming from my meta ads for attribution via a tagging and user fields system Basically, I try to force them to select “Get Info,” or “Unsubscribe” to set appropriate attribution in a specific ad entry flow before sending them to whatever general flow they belong in The default reply settings are supposed to be making them click for 5x attempts I also have flows going for various keywords It appears when they enter the flow but send a message that contains one of my keywords, without clicking a default reply, it is taking them out of the flow and as such not giving the the attribution I either want:The tags/user field actions to fire for the ad attribution before sending to the keyword flow Or, the keyword flows not to trigger on this entry message and force the default reply engagement instead (and then have the ke

-----KINDLY HELP ITS FRUSTRATING ------ I’m building a chatbot for a cleaning business, and I’m facing an issue with Instagram testing.Here’s what’s happening:I created a complete flow for the business with a main menu and service buttons. When I preview it in ManyChat, everything looks fine. But when I test it on Instagram, the buttons get mixed up. For example, if a user clicks a button for one service, Instagram shows the buttons for other services as well.To fix this, I tried creating separate flows for each service:1 main menu flow 3 service flows (sofa cleaning, marble polish, deep clean) I connected these flows using Start Automation from the buttons in the main menu.Despite this setup, the Instagram test is still showing mixed buttons.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Could this be an Instagram routing problem, or am I missing something in ManyCh

When I try to link it, I get a message saying the account is already connected to another ManyChat account but I honestly can't remember which one I may have used before.Could you please help me figure out which ManyChat account my Instagram is linked to, and guide me through how to disconnect it so I can reconnect it to the correct account?Thank you!  

Since this feature is not working anymore, I lost tons of sales for my business and we estimated a 10k$ loss. Did Meta abandoned this feature or what? This problem has been around since 23 days now.At least offer a temporary workaround. I think I am not the only one concerned about this.At first I thought it would last a few days.

I have been attempting for so many hours (with help from the AI feature and little to no help from the “human” the AI sends my way) to turn on the facebook comment to messenger.The tutorial clearly shows that I need to set the first as a comment reply.I can not get that option no matter what I do.I have started over, I have not clicked any other links or added buttons.The top of my message node only has the 24 - private options.Please help.

I’m running into a common issue with ManyChat automations and wanted to see how others are solving it.When users are asked to describe their request, they often split their message into multiple texts (e.g., “I have a question” → “Who should I reach out to”).The problem is that the flow triggers immediately after the first message, so it processes incomplete context and routes incorrectly.What’s the best way to handle this?Are you using delays or multiple input steps to “buffer” messages? I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support. 

Okay so I am trying to link my instagram and I login and then it asks me to verify through phone number or email. the email will not send (coming up with an error code saying to ‘try again later’ even though later never works) and when I chose to verify through phone number it does not ever text me. I am at my wits end and need some guidance! 

Hi everyone, I just got Manychat today and connected it to our Instagram business account successfully. I then created a “Welcome Followers” automation and turned it LIVE, but it won’t trigger/send messages. I’ve read multiple How-tos and gone around in circles with the AI chatbot. It seems like none of the suggested options to fix it appear to us. Here is what I have tried so far:Refreshing the connection multiple times. Made sure that “Allow Access To Messages” is turned ON in the Instagram app. I’ve tried selecting Manychat in the Select a Default Routing App through the Facebook Business Page Settings, but it won’t appear in the drop down menu. I’ve tried adding it to Conversation Routing in Business Suite - Manychat is listed under Integrations - Connected Apps, but it does NOT show up under Integrations - Conversation Routing, I also have no option of adding it - The page is blank with no buttons or menus. Hi, I was creating this flow, but I think there’s something wrong with the action or the condition. Could you please explain how to set this up correctly and how to implement it step by step?I want that those people who have already received the first message, the second time, they are going to receive a different message.  

How can I set up the automation for “Say hi to new followers” in Manychat for this scenario? When a new follower followed me - I want to send them an instant message but WITHOUT any CTA.Right now, this feature requires a CTA to set this LIVE. But I don’t want that. I’ve seen someone has managed to do it but I can’t seem to properly set it up. Can someone help? Thanks!

I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again? 

The behaviour of my manychat AI is always stuck on loading. I have been trying for the last couple hours, everytime i click into the behavior tab it ends up being stuck at this loading screen “ Almost there… AI behavior is being set up”.Is anyone else having this issue and how can we work around it.
