I have it set it up to say hi, send a message, then send a free resource. It says Live and has been live for 3 days. Since sending I have recieved 25 new followers but no messages have been sent. I checked by following myself from a different account and I can confirm i didn’t receive the flow. Any Ideas?

Hey! This isn't on your end - it's a known Meta bug affecting Follow to DM since March 17. Manychat confirmed it and Meta is working on a fix, no ETA yet.

I set up the Automation yesterday and it’s not working for me either.. Tbh, I don’t really care if its on Metas end. How can you offer a feature if it’s not working at all. Is there any chance to get in touch with Manychat??

It’s in Beta so it’s both ManyChat and Meta working out the kinks and us having to suffer through it. Nothing they can or will do for you other than just recommend you refresh permissions or wait.
Kinda ridiculous given this is such a basic function. I've spent so many hours testing only to find out this was “normal” and has been for months. Time for another app. Especially…at THESE prices.
