I am trying to connect my client’s Meta Ads to ManyChat, but it keeps failing to do so. No idea where to begin troubleshooting. It just says failed to connect. I am admin on my client’s Meta accounts and ad center. Please help.

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with my Instagram ManyChat automation and I'm trying to understand if this is a bug or if someone experienced the same problem.The automation is triggered correctly when someone comments on a Reel/post: the user receives the first DM message correctly inside the DM there is a button (for example “Program”) The problem is:when real users click the button, the next message in the automation is NOT sent.What's strange is that: in Test Mode everything works perfectly the next message is sent correctly during tests but with real Instagram users the flow stops after the button click I already tried: republishing the flow checking permissions verifying the button action reconnecting Instagram Has anyone experienced this recently wi

Esta semana armé un video mostrando el costo real de tener un agente de IA en WhatsApp con Manychat y OpenAI.Tres casos de clientes REALES, con los números de abril.Resultados:Caso 1 (óptica, 8.000 personas en abril): 1,8 centavos de dólar por persona atendida. Hi, my Instagram account @annevilalta is still linked to an old Manychat account that no longer exists. When I try to connect it to my new account, I see "Request Sent" and can't proceed. The previous account owner is unreachable and the account has been deleted. I can provide proof of ownership. Can someone help me disconnect it from the old account? Thank you.

My Auto-DM links from IG comments are not converting into sales. One post for example had 280 sends and 140 clicks but not one sale. This has been happening with all my posts and I don’t know if there is something wrong with my account or if there is a glitch with the app? Note: I do check my links prior to adding them. It’s disappointing that I am paying monthly for this and not seeing anything in return. Can someone please help?

Running into a frustrating bottleneck with new clients lately and wondering how you guys handle it.I'll spend hours building out a solid comment-to-DM flow. But then the client hands over an IG page that is an absolute graveyard. Im talking 200 followers and maybe one or two likes per post. So we turn the traffic on, real people land on the profile, see it looks completely abandoned and they just bounce. Nobody bothers typing the keyword. The lack of social proof absolutely murders the bot conversion rate.Past few weeks I started forcing a "warm up" phase before I even connect the Manychat triggers. I just use fameviso to throw some engagement at their last few posts so the account doesnt look so embarrassing. As soon as the page looks somewhat active, people actually start commenting and the flows work great.Is anyone else doing this behind the scenes for clients with dead accounts? Manychat has amazing CTR compared to other tools, but what sort of percentages are you getting and what are you aiming for? So far I’ve gotten as low as the 40s and as high as the 80s on different flows. Looking for some insight into what you guys are aiming for as I tinker.
