Hola equipo de ManyChat,Les escribo para realizar un reclamo urgente por un problema grave con mi suscripción al plan PRO.Se me realizó un doble cobro por el mismo servicio de suscripción al plan PRO y, además, mi cuenta de WhatsApp fue dada de baja / desconectada con el mensaje de que mi suscripción había caducado.La situación es completamente inaceptable: no solo me cobraron dos veces por el mismo servicio, sino que además me dejaron sin acceso a la cuenta de WhatsApp vinculada, afectando directamente mi trabajo y mi operación comercial.Solicito una revisión y resolución urgente de este caso, incluyendo: La verificación del doble cobro realizado sobre mi suscripción al plan PRO. Hola soy nuevo en esto, arme un flujo de respuestas a consultas de IG , lo arme en baso a un disparador con cualquier mensaje de usuario, eso va a una solicitud externa que conecta con MAKE, donde esta el asistente de open ia y devuelve la respuesta a un disparador de ig con la respuesta de la IA , pero tengo el problema que al hacer pruebas desde dos ig distintos disparando 2 o 3 mensajes al mismo tiempo , ej. hola otro mensaje tenes jean, otro mje como se puede pagar, solo me responde el ultimo de como se puede pagar, si le envio varios mensajes seguidos es como se satura.No logro entender como hacer para que en 1 solo mensaje responda los 3 escenarios si alguien me puede ayudar se los recontra agradezco

I want to use Comment-to-DM and lead capture for book promotion, course leads, and community growth on Facebook and Instagram.My main goal is to send people the right link when they comment keywords like BOOK, HEALING, COURSE, or LTQS.Any beginner tips for setting this up correctly, especially around connecting Facebook/Instagram, keywords, and avoiding common mistakes?

Quando as pessoas comentam no post, a automação é feita e dispara a mensagem, mas a pessoa não recebe.Na minha página vejo que a mensagem foi disparada, mas se entro na DM da outra pessoa não tem nada. Testei em várias contas e realmente a mensagem é disparada e não chega.

Hello, I'm a new musical artist, and within the last 26 days I've got about 75,000 Instagram followers, and a lot of my posts have gone viral. I just signed up to ManyChat, so when they comment the word, I can automatically send them the link to my Spotify. Now it's working very well, but now I'm worried if I will get banned. Is there any way to avoid this, like, would it be better to get Meta Verified as well? Would there be less likely to get banned? The conversions are working very well to get streams on my Spotify, but if there's a risk of getting banned, then I'm going to stop using it.
