Comment triggers may fail or behave inconsistently for some accounts. We understand the importance of this for you, and we apologize for the impact this is causing.We’ve already reported the issue to Meta with critical priority. This is a Meta-side bug that requires changes on their end, so it’s not something we can directly fix in Manychat. That said, we’re actively pushing for updates through our private channels with Meta and will share news as soon as we have it.We're closely tracking the situation and following up with urgency. This prevents end-users from selecting options, which interrupts conversations and impact automations. Our team has already reported this to Meta Support and shared all the necessary details for their investigation. Hi Manychat! Update (28 Nov): This issue has been resolved We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of WhatsApp messages: When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.Our development team is actively analyzing the scope and working to find a solution.We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.Please check our Status Page for more information.

Update Oct 11: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family!  We’ve identified an issue on Meta’s side that’s preventing Quick Replies from showing up in Direct Messages (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. The good news is that Quick Replies in regular messages are working just fine. Meta’s team is actively investigating, and we’re keeping a close eye on the situation.
