Some accounts are experiencing failures specifically in the auto-response triggered under comments, and we want to make sure you have full visibility into what we know so far.Our investigation has confirmed that this behavior does not affect the delivery of Direct Messages; flows continue to run and DMs are being sent as expected. The issue is isolated to the auto-response under comments and is being actively investigated by our team.We have been able to narrow the behavior down to accounts connected through the Instagram OAuth (direct sing-up using Instagram details; w/o Business Suite). UPDATE (April 13): This issue has been resolved. Hey everyone, We want to keep you informed about a current issue affecting WhatsApp connections in Manychat. Some users are currently unable to connect WhatsApp as a channel and may see the error: “Manychat is unable to register customers at this time.” After investigating and confirmed by Meta, it is being caused by an ongoing outage on Meta’s side. The issue is impacting the majority of users, although some accounts may still be able to connect successfully. 🛠 Current status Meta has confirmed the issue on their end Their team is already working on a fix Initial indications suggest this should be resolved within a few hours (no exact ETA yet)  🔔 Stay updatedWe’ve created a status page to track progress. Hello, Manychat family,We’re currently aware of an ongoing incident on Meta’s side that is affecting Instagram comment Automations on a large scale. Comment triggers may fail or behave inconsistently for some accounts. We understand the importance of this for you, and we apologize for the impact this is causing.We’ve already reported the issue to Meta with critical priority. This is a Meta-side bug that requires changes on their end, so it’s not something we can directly fix in Manychat. That said, we’re actively pushing for updates through our private channels with Meta and will share news as soon as we have it.We're closely tracking the situation and following up with urgency. As a temporary workaround, we recommend using Instagram DM Keyword Automations instead of comment triggers where possible. Hi Manychat! Update (28 Nov): This issue has been resolved We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of WhatsApp messages: When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.Our development team is actively analyzing the scope and working to find a solution.We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.Please check our Status Page for more information.

Update Oct 11: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family!  We’ve identified an issue on Meta’s side that’s preventing Quick Replies from showing up in Direct Messages (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. The good news is that Quick Replies in regular messages are working just fine. Meta’s team is actively investigating, and we’re keeping a close eye on the situation.
