[RESOLVED] Instagram: No available posts in the posts picker

Hi everyone, Roman from Manychat Support here. Update (19 Feb): This issue has been resolved  We’re aware of an issue where Instagram posts are not appearing in the post picker for some accounts. [RESOLVED] Instagram messages deliverability issue

[RESOLVED] Elevated error rates for all Messenger, Instagram, and Whatsapp webhooks.

Meta has not confirmed the incident yet, but we are monitoring it and will update you on any developments. [RESOLVED] WhatsApp - Keyword Trigger may be Failing for Ad-Initiated Conversations

Hi Manychat! Update (28 Nov): This issue has been resolved We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of WhatsApp messages: When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.Our development team is actively analyzing the scope and working to find a solution.We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.Please check our Status Page for more information.

[RESOLVED] Quick Replies Not Displaying in Comment Replies (DM)

Update Oct 11: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family!  We’ve identified an issue on Meta’s side that’s preventing Quick Replies from showing up in Direct Messages (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. The good news is that Quick Replies in regular messages are working just fine. Meta’s team is actively investigating, and we’re keeping a close eye on the situation. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!
