Hi everyone,I'm trying to send an Instagram broadcast and hitting a wall. Setup:~140 contacts, all interacted with my automation today (within the 24-hour window) Audience filtered by tag, message set to "Within messaging window"When I click "Set Live", a red toast pops up: "Mass sendings within 24 hour are limited by Meta, avoid restrictions by using Instagram DM List" — and the broadcast stays in Drafts. No other error.What I've already tried:Immediate send AND scheduling — both blocked the same way Reducing the audience to just 23 contacts — still blocked Hard refresh, incognito, reconnecting the Instagram channelPossibly relevant: my keyword automation handled ~400 conversations today (story reply automation), so maybe I hit some Meta sending limit?Questions:Has anyone seen this exact block? Hi everyone,I'm trying to set up an Instagram Comment Automation, but I can't get it to work.Here's what I've tested so far:Instagram Professional account ManyChat account is connected correctly DM automations work perfectly Comment automations never trigger Nothing appears in the ManyChat Logs when someone comments Tested with a native Instagram upload Tested with a Metricool upload Tested with "Any Comment" Tested with a specific keyword Tested with a specific Reel Tested with "Next Post or Reel" Tested with comments from another Instagram account (not my own) All Meta/Facebook permissions are enabledThe strange thing is that DM automations work, but comment automations never receive any events.It almost seems like ManyChat is not receiving the Instagram Comment webhook.Has anyone experienced this before?Is there a known Meta issue or is there another setting I should check?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Now i have a question related to facebook messenger  , i noted that i can see inside my manychat inbox all of my customers who sent messege to my page after i connect with manychat , but what can i do if i need to chat with my customers who sent messages to my page before i connect with sendpulse . sometimes i need to chat with them or send bulk messages through facebook messenger as campaign . help me to see all of my customers who sent messages to my facebook page before i connect my page to many chat please help me to solve this problemRegards ,

Recently I just get the trial PRO account for 14 days, I realised I opted to go for the PRO version with the yearly subscription. But I only want to subscribe the monthly plan before the trials session ends.  Is there any clue how to switch it to Monthly PRO account ?  

me dice que mis nuevos contactos no reciben automatización, primero estaba con el plan gratis que eran 25 contactos y 4 automatizaciones eso no es nada, tome una prueba gratuita de 7 días con el plan plus 250 contactos pero llego al limite, elimine los contactos pero aun asi no me deja hacer nada y la automatización esta detenida...esa es mi duda..el siguiente plan es 2500 contactos que pasa si llega al limite de contactos la automatización se detiene?? como lo hago o que tengo que hacer porque no se esta automatizando y tengo la prueba gratuita

Hi everyone, I need some help with a Facebook Messenger + ManyChat issue.I have already set ManyChat as the default Messenger app and handed over the conversation control to ManyChat.However, when users click my Facebook Page’s built-in FAQ, @Meta AI still appears and my ManyChat Flow is not triggered.Has anyone experienced the same issue before?Does Facebook’s built-in FAQ bypass ManyChat even when ManyChat has full Messenger control?If yes, what is the best practice? Should I completely remove Facebook FAQ and rebuild the FAQ-style questions using ManyChat Buttons or Quick Replies instead?Appreciate any advice. Thank you!

I set up an automation for a post where if people comment with “don’t stop”, the automation should message the commenter. Its currently not working for anyone who comments “Don’t stop”.The automation config claims that the trigger words are case insensitive. This is either wrong or there is a bug. I connected my WhatsApp number to ManyChat using Coexistence, keeping the Business App active on my phone alongside the automation.After activating a flow (tested with both Default Reply and a keyword-triggered automation), incoming messages from customers started showing up as already read on my phone, even though I hadn't opened the conversation. This happened even with messages that didn't match any keyword.When I disabled the automations, the behavior stopped. Messages went back to showing as unread until I opened them manually.I've seen a couple of other threads here mentioning similar symptoms after connecting via Coexistence, so I'm trying to understand:Is this expected behavior tied to how Coexistence syncs read status between the app and the Cloud API? Minha assinatura no Manychat, está paga, a cobrança foi gerada no meu cartão, e consta nas faturas do manychat, porém, minha assinatura consta como EXPIRADO, e não me permite utilizar as funcionalidades pelas quais pago para usar. Já tentei fazer todos os passo a passos enviados pelo chat, simplesmente nada funciona, estou há 5 dias sem sistema, e isso está me prejudicando, pois são 5 dias sem leads recebendo contato.

I’m wondering if the below is possible through manychat, and what the set up looks like. Facebook Lead Form Ad > Instant Form Submission > Chat Started with Manychat  I’m running into mixed answers online around manychat not being able to propergate a conversation from a lead ad. Also wonder on campaing set up on meta side if you opt for conversations through a message campaign or lead forms, then start a conversation. 

  Stuck in a ghost Instagram connection loop — need a mod/human to help I’ve spent hours trying to fix this myself and I’m hoping someone from the team can point me in the right direction. What happened: • Logged into ManyChat originally, tried adifferent login later, got told my Instagram was already connected to another account• Signed back into the old account via Facebook (I didn’t want to use Facebook login at all, but it was the only way back in)• Disconnected Instagram from that account — ManyChat shows it as removed• Checked Instagram > Apps and Websites — nothing listed, confirmed clean on IG’s side• Also removed ManyChat from my Facebook Business Integrations• Despite all that, ManyChat still shows Instagram as connected through the OLD method, and every time I try to reconnect via “Via Meta” (needed for the Unified Instagram Onboarding flow), it just loops back to the same Meta screen without completing What I need: • The Instagram connection cleared/reset on the backend

Hola, tengo una automatización activa de Auto-DM de links desde comentarios, la activé hoy, pero el post ya tenía comentarios de días anteriores, cómo hago para que se respondan los comentarios anteriores y se envie el DM a esas personas que ya comentaron?

Hey, I set up comment keyword to receive guide automation on Facebook, and people have to write their emails, which should trigger automatically that they are added to sequence on KIT. It works flawlessly on instagram, but on messanger it just doesnt trigger the email, although collection field is set as email for their reply. Any ideas? :) 

 I want to cancel payment verification, but it has stuck on my account. Moreover, my account status has changed from PRO to FREE (Expired). 

Hi,Comment to DM automation is almost not working at all on my accountI have tried resetting permissions and doing a hard refresh of the connection in MBS, (as instructed by the automated support) but still nothing.And also just to clarify:Send a message is set to “Private Reply” permissions are refreshed It works on SOME accounts

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Comment to DM feature for both IG and FB is not working for me. This appears to be a manychat issue. Please confirm if this is a known outage and the fix.
