Unanswered questions

Hi, My automations are not working 90% of the time and the contacts who do not get the comment replies are marked as “Deleted conversation”. I have raised tickets and reached out to support but nothing has worked. I have followed all the necessary steps since this glitch started 2 days ago. 

my automatic reply to trigger words commented and also automatic dm is only working with some comments and not all, even when trigger word is used.why is this happening?

I am running an automation of comment reply that isn’t working properly. Sometimes, it works, sometimes, it doesn’t. Same posts, same trigger words. I already refreshed the permissions but it didn’t change anything. The leads comment but it doesn’t iniciate the automation (only half the time). Trying to talk to someone on support for days but it is impossible!

Mas não tem como. Já tentei diversas formas. Quando vou criar uma automação nova, a opção de enviar essa mensagem para novos seguidores não aparece. Li em alguns foruns que o erro pode ser que ainda não tem essa habiltação na minha conta.Então pergunto, é problema nas permissões ou o problema esta ainda no Manychat que nao implementou minha conta para uso desta função?

Hi All,In my automations I use AI blocks a lot to gather information from potential leads. However i see myself falling back to general questions way more lately. Therefore people getting stuck in my flows and missing potential value.I have a few issues and wonder if you also encounter these:AI Bot not asking all questions when there are more than 3 questions The AI stops randomly with asking questions on a user reply within a few hours The AI stops if a person replied twice to one of the questionsWondering if you recognize this? I tried to create an automation where: User comments on my reel  User gets a DM from me. The message will be like “Hey thanks for the interest. Could you tell me abit about your goals and challenges? this will help me see if my coaching is the right fit for you”  Wait for user to reply.  When they reply, I send another message: “Thank you, I will get back to you ASAP”  If they don’t reply, I don’t send the second message. Its not working because its asking me to mark the message as “Private Reply”. And when I marked as Private reply, it can only send the first message and use the button to trigger the second message.  Any one having the same issue or if anyone have any suggestions, pls let me know. I’d appreciate it! 

I set up automations and added them to a sequence once they finished the automation.Why do the automations say "stopped" if i never stopped them. I also don't see the option to turn them back on.

I am managing a manychat for a client which I set up, I hadn’t logged in a a while. there is an active keyword on instagram but when I log into Manychat with their log in details, it shows nothing - like there is nothing set up.  

It just stopped working. How it was: a person comments on reel, gets reply, then gets dm, clicks button - subscription check - gets a link. Now only already following and having chat with me before get normal dm after reply on comment. Other people don't get dm and they ask me to send again because they don't see anything. Meanwile what I see - "You messaged ____ sbout a comment they made on your post" then nothing and "You can send one message in this request. Once they accept, you can send more messages"Why I and people don't see dm,? It worked before perfectly! I already renewed everything.

Hello,automatic DMs work for me for a bit and now they are now working at all. Please help!!! I also have to sign in each time and reconnect to FB and it’s a process. Is this part of the issue? Someone please help me. Thank you! Gabby

Hi, I need to upgrade from the free trial to my Pro as I’m losing valid leads - i’ve reached my free trial limit - which is great - but my instagram account has now stopped sending out message to new followers etc and I had over 100 over night and they didn’t receive a thing :( please let me know how to do this. thanks

Hi everyone,After connecting ManyChat to my Meta account, I suddenly lost access to some of my ad accounts and business assets in Meta Business Suite. My roles and permissions seem to have changed or disappeared without me doing anything manually.Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?Do you know what might cause this or how it can be fixed?Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated.

Hi there,I have a question about the Messenger Platform updates.Meta is rolling out Utility Message Templates for Messenger (similar to WhatsApp templates), and this feature is already available in Vietnam (my region) as a Beta.Currently, ManyChat only supports the old Message Tags (Confirmed Event, Post Purchase...). Do you have an ETA on when ManyChat will support Utility Templates and the new Marketing Messages native integration for Messenger?I need this information to plan for the upcoming Meta policy changes in 2026. En estos últimos días, Manychat no me deja activar las automatizaciones cuando en el mensaje se envía "dentro de las 24h", sino que aparece una nueva opción de "respuesta prohibida" y solo con ella me deja activarla.Alguien sabe que es esta nueva opción y porque no me deja ya activar la automatización dentro de la ventana de 24h?Gracias

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to connect my WhatsApp Business Account to ManyChat.Each time I try to complete the setup, I get this error message:“You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements…” (screenshot attached).My WhatsApp Business Account is already linked to my verified Meta Business Manager, so I’m not sure why this error keeps appearing.Has anyone faced this issue before?Do you know what steps I can take to fix it or what could be causing the policy rejection?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Will keyword automations work the same if a customer comments the keyword from a paid ad or does it have to be an organic post or story?

Hi,I just set up an automation after someone comments a word on any of my posts. However, when I test the link, it says “there was a problem loading this website”. I’ve tried it with a couple of different links and a couple of different triggers.I noticed that when I’ve commented on other people’s posts and get sent a link, there have been a few with the same error message.Has anyone figured out how to troubleshoot this?Thanks.

I’m experiencing an issue with a comment-to-DM automation on Instagram.I posted a Reel that went viral. Once it started getting traction, I activated a ManyChat automation so that anyone who commented a specific keyword would receive a DM with a link to a free class (lead generation).The problem is that out of approximately 1,000 comments, ManyChat shows that the automation was triggered for only around 150 users. From what I can verify manually, the remaining commenters did not receive any message at all.This means I’m losing a significant number of potential leads, even though: The automation is active The Reel is correctly selected in ManyChat The trigger is set to comments containing a keyword The link being sent is not promotional (it’s a free class I noticed this issue happens mainly on Instagram (not Facebook), which makes me think it could be related to Instagram permissions, timing (automation activated after the Reel started going viral), or comment delivery limits.I wo

Hi All!set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

¡Hola a todos! Necesito saber si es posible realizar disparadores personalizados como en Instagram que se mandan a los comentarios públicos cuando detecta cierta palabra, pero para Facebook; el bot de ManyChat me dice que si es posible, pero no me aparecen esas opciones al ingresar a “automatizaciones”.Tengo una cuenta PRO, también está integrada mi cuenta de Facebook porque puedo administrar mis DM´s.¿Alguien sabe si esto es posible?

Hey everyone 👋I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram account @ghadaodehcoach to ManyChat for weeks and keep getting the “Request Sent” message (screenshot attached).Here’s what I’ve already done:✅ Verified that my Instagram and Facebook Page are both under the same Meta Business Manager (Ghada Odeh | Health & Wellness Coach)✅ I have full admin access to both✅ Removed and re-added ManyChat under Facebook Business Integrations✅ Tried reconnecting through “Connect with Meta Business Suite”✅ Logged in with the correct Facebook profile (the one that owns the Page + Business Manager)Everything looks perfect in Meta, but ManyChat still says “Request Sent” and won’t connect.From what I’ve read, this usually means ManyChat still has a “ghost” link to my Instagram business ID in an old workspace.
