Has anyone experienced this? For some people, when they click the follow button, it doesn’t register, they click it over and over again and it doesn’t move to the next step. It’s not everyone, but it’s troubling!

I’m facing a small issue while using the Data Collection node in ManyChat and would really appreciate some guidance.I’ve selected the System Field: Phone to collect user phone numbers. However, I noticed that it is accepting numbers with as few as 7 digits, whereas I specifically want to restrict inputs to exactly 10 digits (valid Indian phone numbers).I had a couple of questions regarding this: Is there a way to enforce a fixed length (10 digits) for phone numbers in the Data Collection node? What exactly does the “Field Number” option represent in this context? Does it allow any control over validation or input constraints? If length restriction isn’t directly supported, what’s the best workaround to ensure that any input not matching a 10-digit format is treated as invalid? I need help. My Manychat is a Spaz and has been non stop sending people the "follow" before my link. It keeps repeating the message for my potential customers. How can I stop this?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to get the Instagram “Follow to DM” (Say hi to new followers) beta to work, but it still won’t trigger even after a full reset.What I did:Removed the Instagram connection in Manychat, then reconnected using “Connect via Meta” (the new Unified Instagram onboarding flow). Set up the Quick Automation “Say hi to new followers” and clicked “Go Live”.What’s happening:When someone follows, no DM is sent.My question:Is there a way to confirm whether my account is eligible for the beta, or is it only visible when the automation is available?

Hello,How do I get is to stop sending my auto DM after I have connected with someone? When they message it comes up my Auto DM again (when it shouldn’t)

Anyone who knows this issue? Our manychat was previously managed by a person who is no longer with us, and  our manychat is still connected to her FB admin account, we’re trying to refresh permission, even though I’m also an admin but it won’t go through.What’s the best course of action?Thanks!

I have tried logging in/ connecting via meta or instagram. Every time I try it just resends me back to the main login page to do it again and again and again. I do not know what is going on.

Hi everyone, I linked my subscription to one Instagram account, but I want to use the subscription on another account. Is it possible to use the remaining subscription time on another profile within the same Manychat user?

Hello everyone,I’m sharing this because I’m really frustrated and need help or advice from other users.My Facebook account has been disabled, and as my Manychat account and my Instagram account were linked to it, I’m now completely locked out. Unfortunately, Facebook was my only way of accessing Manychat, so I currently have no way of logging in to transfer ownership of my Instagram to a new Manychat account or to cancel the paid plan.As a result, all my automations have been on hold for several days, which is directly affecting my business. Furthermore, I have not yet received a response from the Manychat support team. My ticket number is #472640.I want to share this situation here so that other users are aware of it and, above all, to find out if anyone has experienced something similar and what steps they took to resolve it.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m only 2 days into use MC and I’m about ready to cancel. Help articles aren’t good either.  Here’s the issue. I’ve configured a simple automation that if the word GUIDE is commented on any post or reel, MC sends the user a message, ulitmately leading to them receiving a link from Kit. The link IS valid when I configure it but Many Chat sends the link but adds a bunch of characters at the end of it rendering the link useless. 

Hello… Total newbie to ManyChat. I am using the free trial for now with plans to upgrade to Pro once I understand how to do certain tasks. Here is what I need help with and have no idea how to set this up. On particular IG posts, in the description, I will be asking users to Comment “Wine” in order to receive a Free PDF guide. In addition, I will be telling them to follow me on Instagram first, so I can DM them.  IG won't deliver the DM if they are not  following. Once the users follow my page, ManyChat will automatically respond to these comments with a line that says something like, “Sending over my Free Guide now. Please check your DM”ManyChat will then send a DM to each of these users….Thanks for requesting the free PDF guide! (the PDF guide will be attached) I would then take over, and personally DM the next day with an upsell to receive the full PDF guide. What is the proper way to set this up? Thanks, Steve  

Context:On my manychat it says credit line is not shared, i need to solve that problem to run broadcasts on my whatsapp business.To solve that it says y have to create a new waba and connect manychat to it but to do that i have to remove my number from my current waba to connect it to the new one, but to remove the number from the current waba i have to remove manychat as a partner first.The problem is that when i am about to remove manychat as a partner it says “You may not have access to send messages until Apr 1, 2026. Learn more about migrating to another partner.” Im really scared that i wont be able to send or receive messages through my whatsapp business app on my phone.I always used the coexistence method so im not sure if it would actually not let me send messages from my whatsapp business app on my phoneIf i remove manychat access and then disconnect the number from the current waba and connect the number and manychat to the new waba will I still be able to send and receive m

Hi there, I set up the ‘say hi to new followers’ automation where they get a freebie sent to them if they click yes. However it has only sent to one person and I have had about 200 new followers this week.. numbers don’t add up. I’m not sure why because it looks like everything is set up and no error messages? Any advice?  

I have paid to upgrade to the essential plan, but it isn't updating, it keeps saying my subscription has expired. How do I talk to a human because the AI bot is useless and I have tried everything else. Very frustrated. 

I have set up automation flows to send Reel URLs to users via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Message. I have already disabled ManyChat’s Card URL Shortener to avoid redirection issues.However, during testing, I’ve noticed inconsistent behavior: sometimes the link opens the video directly in the native Instagram/Facebook app, but other times it opens the Reel in the in-app browser instead.Is there a way to make this behavior more consistent? My goal is to ensure users are always redirected to the native app to watch the Reel.
