Unanswered questions

I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Is there a way to do this without having to rely on a third pary like Zapier?Thank you.

Meu Instagram está preso em “Request sent” porque está conectado a uma conta antiga do Manychat e que não tenho mais acesso à página antiga do Facebook. Preciso que seja desconectada do o Instagram da atinga conta para que eu possa conectar na nova.

My messenger manual replies and automation are not wokring, people are still able to send me messages and i can recieve them. However, i can not reply and their messages do not trigger the automation. tried everything from refreshing permissions to giving full access through my page to manychat. The error message is “Message failed to send, please contact manychat support” Instagram manual and automation is working with no issues.

Hello together,unfortunately, I cannot find the area to create a Flow. Is there a specific tool for it what is missing? I just see Automation. The Flow Builder is missing. Eu liguei a automação no Instagram e fiz o teste com meu outro perfil e a mensagem foi enviada com sucesso, porém as pessoas estão comentando e a mensagem não está sendo enviada. Para não dizer que é todas algumas são enviadas mas a maioria eu tenho que enviar manualmente. Alguém já passou por isso e consegue me ajudar?

Al crear una automatización que se active cuando detecte palabras claves y habiendo agregado en la respuesta ¡Hola ig_username!, no toma el nombre de usuario de instagram y en el mensaje solo me muestra el ¡Hola !alguien me podría explicar porque pasa eso? Muchas gracias!!

Hi! I am trying to use quick replies as a way to force engagement coming from my meta ads for attribution via a tagging and user fields system Basically, I try to force them to select “Get Info,” or “Unsubscribe” to set appropriate attribution in a specific ad entry flow before sending them to whatever general flow they belong in The default reply settings are supposed to be making them click for 5x attempts I also have flows going for various keywords It appears when they enter the flow but send a message that contains one of my keywords, without clicking a default reply, it is taking them out of the flow and as such not giving the the attribution I either want:The tags/user field actions to fire for the ad attribution before sending to the keyword flow Or, the keyword flows not to trigger on this entry message and force the default reply engagement instead (and then have the keyword flows work as expected after that)I can go back to a button system if that would be better. The end go

Hola 👋 estoy usando ManyChat para automatizar respuestas en WhatsApp y tengo un flujo configurado con palabras clave y mensajes automáticos.El problema es que durante la semana funciona correctamente, pero los fines de semana el bot deja de responder o no se activa como debería.Ya revisé los flujos y los gatillantes (palabras clave y saludo inicial), pero no logro identificar qué está causando esto.¿Alguien sabe qué puede estar pasando o qué configuración debería revisar?¿Puede ser algo relacionado con horarios, ventana de 24 horas o limitaciones de WhatsApp?Gracias 🙌
