Unanswered questions

Hi all, I have created a quiz where I want the ability to remind users to answer the questions if they don’t answer or “drop off”. Currently the set up is this: But when I run through it, if I drop off on the second question, it sends me the reminder message for BOTH questions. So if I’m on question 3, I get it three times etc. I have tried SO MANY THINGS and I can’t get it to work! 

How do I filter conversations using the new tags feature? I want to see only the conversations that have a specific tag. On mobile it’s easy to do this, but on the desktop browser version I can’t find where to apply this filter.

I want to add another IG account to my Manychat account… but the error message“Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI.” appears…How can I add another account? 

When WhatsApp is linked & Approved on Manychat, does Manychat controls this WABA?That means the WABA is locked to ManyChat's platform and Meta intentionally restricts direct API access to itself directly. Is this is by design? ie. ManyChat manages the API layer on my behalf. I ask this because I’m trying to build a Make workflow to send an HTTP scenario from Google Sheets directly to a WhatsApp number via the META Whatsapp API. (to access it independently, via Meta).  I’m hitting a permission wall over and over again here.Im not successful yet with A below. I want to try B now. SUMMARY:A:  Meta Cloud API — works only if YOU own and control the WABA directly, not through a Tech Provider like ManyChat B:  ManyChat API — works only for existing subscribers, but since ManyChat owns the WABA, this is the correct path for your setup

Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for about a month now and can't figure out if it's a bug or something on my end.**Setup:**- WhatsApp Business via Manychat (PRO)- Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads running on Meta- Automation trigger: CTWA click from a specific ad + keyword "contains" trigger as backup- Everything is connected, live, and was working perfectly for months**The problem:**Some leads click the ad, message us, write the exact keyword — and the automation simply doesn't fire. No flow assigned, no tag applied, nothing. But the contact DOES appear in Manychat's contact list.**Key details:**- Contacts show up in Manychat with NO tags and NO flow history- Always new contacts (not re-engaging old ones)- Happens across multiple different ads, not just one- Started ~1 month ago with no changes on my end- Meta shows more ad clicks/conversations initiated than Manychat shows flow activations — the gap is real- Reconnected Meta ↔ Manychat integration: didn't fix it- A

Hi ,I'm running into an issue after disconnecting and reconnecting my WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Manychat. Here’s what happened: I originally had my WhatsApp number connected to Manychat and everything was working fine.   The WABA was verified and connected to a shared credit line in Meta Business Manager. Recently, I had to delete and reconnect the WhatsApp integration inside Manychat. After doing that, Manychat seems to have created a new WABA instance, and now: I see “Access removed” next to the original credit line in Business Manager. I can’t select the original credit line or ad account during the reconnection flow. Can´t connect again my whatsapp with coexistence. I want to restore the connection to the original WABA, or at least reassign the original credit line to the current integration. But so far I haven’t found a way to do this from the Meta interface or Manychat settings.Has anyone dealt with this before? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi everyone! I've set up an automation and I'm seeing a very worrying discrepancy between my "Sent" and "Delivered" metrics, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going wrong.Here is how my flow works: Trigger: User leaves a comment on a Facebook post. Message #1: Bot sends a message with a button asking them to confirm they want a link to a free test. (Sent as 'as Private Reply'). Action: User clicks the button, receives the message with the link, and a Smart Delay of 45 minutes starts. Message #2: A follow-up message checking in on their test results and offering a low-ticket paid product. The Problem: My "Delivered" rates are drastically lower than the "Sent" rates, despite everything happening well within the 24-hour interaction window. In Message #1, it shows 210 Sent, but only 55.7% Delivered. In the follow-up Message #2, it shows 22 Sent, but an abysmal 9.1% Delivered! (which means practically no one is getting the follow-up).     

I set-up this workflow instead of the other comment dm workflow because it doesn’t take two steps to send the link to someone. For some reason, its not working at the moment

Hi! I'm having an issue with the Automation Pause feature and hoping someone can help.The Problem:I have "Pause automations during conversations" set to 3 hours in my Inbox settings, but ManyChat is still sending flows even after a live agent has replied to the contact.My Questions:1. Why is the automation pause not triggering even though the setting is enabled?2. Is the automation pause ONLY triggered when replying through the ManyChat Inbox? If an agent replies directly through Facebook Messenger (outside of ManyChat), will the pause NOT be triggered?3. Is there any way for ManyChat to detect when a reply is sent through Facebook Messenger directly — so it can automatically pause the automation even without using the ManyChat Inbox?What I've observed:In the conversation log, I can see a note that automated replies have been paused temporarily — but the flows still seem to be running regardless.Is the only solution to always reply through the ManyChat Inbox? I’m new to Manychat and have linked both FB and IG accounts. I’m on the Pro 14 day trial. When I go to set up auto DM from comments I don’t see any of my FB posts to select from, only Instagram posts. I want to use the feature with Facebook. I have refreshed, checked buisness integration permissions, logged out and in again to Manychat, started the flow from scratch but nothing works. Not sure what to try next? Any help would be appreciated :) 

Hi everyone,In my “Say hi to new followers” automation, I offer a free recipe guide in the initial message. If the follower clicks the button, that triggers the next message with an external URL button to the guide. I get quite a few people that don’t click, the button but rather write a reply like “oh yes please!” and then the automation stops. Is there a workaround where I don’t have to manually action all of these?

I'm trying to register my WhatsApp number to a new Manychat account, but it keeps showing the following error:"The phone number entered is not associated with the selected company. To continue, you need to unlink this phone number from the company in question or enter another number."The number is not connected to any Facebook page.How can I proceed?

Why does the auto-message to follower feature use a different font and require a button at the bottom? It doesn't look like a natural message, and because it appears automated, the response rates(double tap like) are quite low. I usually send these messages manually myself. It takes a bit more effort, but the response rate is much higher. While this new feature saves some time, it makes the greeting feel less personal and less like it was sent by a real person. Is it possible for us to change these?For example, can we at least have an option to remove the button at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks exactly like an automated system message and comes across as really insincere.

Hi guys, I have an AI agent integrated with n8n and Gemini and one of the issues is that when a Live Agent needs to chime in and interact with the user, the AI agent doesn’t get the context and since this automatically pauses the automations, all the info is not sent to n8n.I saw that there’s no official way of solving this and there’s an open feature request:  but I wonder how you have solved this issue on your agent? Appreciate the help here!Thanks

I’ve watched many videos and support information. What I am struggling with is how to use these flows and ideas to sell a tangible product. It seems that Manychat is ideal for selling services, coaching and marketing expertise. But what if you have artwork? I can’t offer constant “free” materials as an incentive for email addresses. When I offer a discount code… never get a response. I have had over 700 engagements with new followers, dms, stories, etc. Only gained 4 new emails. Trying to figure out how to make it be more effective. Any advice, links, suggestions, details… I am hopeful to know more.  Thank you.

Hi everyone, I’m stuck with a very strange Instagram connection issue in ManyChat and would really appreciate any insights. I wanted to contact official support, but I’m unable to upgrade my ManyChat account because no workspace is created. When I try to upgrade, I’m redirected back to my dashboard without any active Instagram channel. So I currently don’t have access to proper support either. Meta confirms that my Instagram Business account is successfully connected. The authorization flow completes without errors, and I get the confirmation that the Business Portfolio is linked. However, no Instagram workspace is created inside ManyChat. After the connection finishes, I’m redirected back to the reconnect screen and my account is not visible. There is no “Already connected” error anymore. It looks successful on Meta’s side, but ManyChat doesn’t initialize the channel. I have already:• Switched Instagram from Business → Personal → Business• Reconnected it to the correct Facebook Page•

All of my automation on both my account aren’t working anymore for 3 days.I’m desperate for help from Manychat, but…. it’s not really fast.Since I tried “say hi to news follower” every thing stop.It was working very well for the last 2 year.But now, it’s over, I tried everything recommande by the AI Chat bot, stuff ask with the 2 emails from ticket, but that’s all….Any idea ? When I tried the routing message in Business Facebook, I got this error message.    I tried of course to disconnect Manychat, reconnect, refresh everything, with no result...

Analytics for ManyChat automations is very sparse… it seems that a request for date-based anayltics comes up a lot. Is this in development? What’s the verdict? 

I can’t see the dynamic block in intstagram, am i doing something wrong?

Hello,I am new here, I created and linked my Business FB profile, IG account and business page on Manychat easily. The only feature I was interested in using is unavailable to my account. I think I have all set up correctly. So, I have a FB page - FB business page - my IG profile is set as Business - On IG Connected tools are OK. all seems in order I refresh Manychat permissions but that feature remains unavailable.See image.I am not sure if this is something I can solve, if so how?   

How do I link my WhatsApp business 

Hi there,I am sending a welcome message with a question to new followers and would like to start a lead qualification when they answer. The AI step seems to be really helpful, but I am not quite sure yet how and when to use it. I have three questions which I would like to ask new followers to identify if they are potential customers, but I have some technical questions on how to set this up:Is it possible to start an automation (incl. the AI Step) if a new follower responds to my welcome message which doesn’t contain a link? How would I start the automation with the AI step as soon as a follower responds?Is the AI Step “smart enough” to skip questions if the first answer contains already all answers? How would I train the AI to do that?Can I only give context within the AI step? I am working in a specialised domain and could give the AI much more context for the interaction (through files, chats with clients, example chats doing the qualification manually, etc.).
