I am trying to link a Messenger (Facebook) account to set up automation, but it recognizes another page I created and won't let me select the one I want to automate. Could someone please help me?

For the past two days, we've been having problems with our WhatsApp messages and our bot. The ManyChat bot's replies are not showing up on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web, but they do appear on our mobile devices.The ManyChat bot works and replies to messages, which are recorded in the ManyChat conversation and displayed perfectly on our mobile devices, but they don't appear on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web. When we log out of WhatsApp Web and re-link it using the QR code, the old messages do appear, but the new ones still don't.Is there a reported bug or issue that could explain this?

I am trying to understand how to get a person who comments (for example) “Core” on one of my videos to then go through the Manychat messaging to eventually be brought into my Active Campaign Automation. All the Youtube videos i see suggests it can only be done using Zapier, but then I don’t understand why there would be an integration in Manychat for AC?

Hi everyone,I’ve used ManyChat successfully for over a year, but for the past few weeks buttons in the first Facebook Messenger messages randomly don’t work for some users. I’d estimate ~20% of the time — which is huge at scale and causes real brand damage.Sample flow in screenshot.Issue: users click buttons and nothing happens.I’ve done everything Support / AI Bot suggested (permissions refresh, reconnect, automations off/on, Advanced Messaging checks). I registered to manychat and keep getting this error every time I tried to connect my IG Account. I chose the quick automation “Say hi to new followers” This is the error I usually get after connecting.

Hi everyone,I really hope someone can help me quickly – this is urgent.I’m using ManyChat with Instagram and I’ve set up a comment trigger to send a lead magnet. Everything worked perfectly until yesterday. Now, users still receive the first message after commenting, but the button they are supposed to click (to confirm and receive the lead magnet) is either: not showing at all or showing but not clickable As a result, users can’t opt in and don’t get the link to my lead magnet anymore. This is a major problem because my funnel relies on this automation.Here’s what I’ve already done: Reconnected Instagram in the ManyChat settings Checked all permissions in Facebook Business Integrations – everything is granted Rebuilt the flow to test different button types (standard, URL, even quick replies) Set up keyword-based fallbacks (e.g. user types "YES") – but still, buttons are often not displayed Tested with different accounts and devices Checked Flow Logs – no clear error messag

Hey there!I set up an Auto DM on my boosted post that I boosted through the instagram app, it’s a post that is on my feed. The manychat automation worked fine yesterday, even after boosting, but now it is not working at all. I have refreshed permissions, deleted it and re-set it up. Yet, it’s still not working. Help! I’m trying to get class sign ups and it’s time sensitive!

Hello,I would like to know how I can disable or remove the call icon from my WhatsApp Business account.I am using WhatsApp Business for messaging only, and I do not wish to receive voice calls through the app.Could you please guide me on whether it is possible to hide or disable the call button for customers?Thank you in advance.  

Hi ,I'm running into an issue after disconnecting and reconnecting my WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Manychat. Here’s what happened: I originally had my WhatsApp number connected to Manychat and everything was working fine.   The WABA was verified and connected to a shared credit line in Meta Business Manager. Recently, I had to delete and reconnect the WhatsApp integration inside Manychat. After doing that, Manychat seems to have created a new WABA instance, and now: I see “Access removed” next to the original credit line in Business Manager. I can’t select the original credit line or ad account during the reconnection flow. Can´t connect again my whatsapp with coexistence. I want to restore the connection to the original WABA, or at least reassign the original credit line to the current integration. But so far I haven’t found a way to do this from the Meta interface or Manychat settings.Has anyone dealt with this before? Thanks in advance for any help!

I am building a WhatsApp bot to collect customer information and send two daily reminder messages at 8 AM and 8 PM. The flow works until the reminder stage. I am using Meta templates and have set up rules with tags to trigger the messages. During testing, the evening message came through but the morning message did not. Hi everyone, Facebook just flagged my account for suspected automated behavior and warned about possible restrictions. I’m not sure what triggered this since I’m only using standard flows and broadcasts. In the notification, it says they believe my account is engaging in automated activity and that I should ensure no third-party tools or unauthorized users are accessing it. They also warned that the account could be temporarily restricted or permanently disabled if the issue continues. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it and prevent it from happening again? Thanks in advance!

Hi, it always shows like this.can’t broadcast a message even though this page is connected on my fb account. 

I understand recurring notifications were being phased out, and this finally hit my pages yesterday. I was under the impression that when these were phased out id be able to use ‘marketing messages’ as a replacement means of contacting inquirers outside the 24 hour window. Now i can no longer send recurring notifications, but i also dont have access to ‘marketing messages’, so i have no way of contacting users outside the 24 hr window. Does anyone have any further information about why i cannot do this?

Ao entrar na minha conta do Manychat, consegui conectar no facebook, mas da erro quando tento conectar no Instagram. Parece que o pedido foi enviado, mas não passa dessa parte.

I just set up a free account to see if this will work for me. I was able to add my Instagram account. When I added my Facebook business page it made a whole 2nd account it seems. When I am on the Facebook one I cant seem to send a dm when someone comments a key word like what I can do in Instagram. Is this user error or is it not an option in FB like it is in insta?

I’m currently trying to integrate ManyChat with our Meta account, but it’s showing that the account has already been linked. Unfortunately, we can’t locate which email address it was originally connected to.How can I remove the linked email some how without having access to it and regain access?

I can see that in the Manychat live chat it is able to see the full DM conversations on my IG account which includes the reels that another user directly shared to me.  However, i cant figure out how to trigger an automation when this happens, it only works if someone sends a message with text to my IG account but it doesn’t trigger if they share a reel.  Is this feature possible with Manychat?  

Hola, estoy queriendo hacer una personalización para una conversación iniciada luego de comentario en post o reel, la idea es hacer una encuesta desde many chat y no de forms de google, pero se me complica, llega cortada la conversación o me dispara mal los  mensajes, si alguno me puede ayudar.. 

Hi Everyone, I’ve tried many troubleshoot and ensures that:Facebook page and instagram accounts are being connected (I see from setting > linked accounts in page settings) Im the owner of the page with full control I ensure that i click ON on “allowing message” from another aps in Instagram account I ensure that my instagram is professional account; creator. (I use another MC Account that connected to creator account but it works well) I already tried to disconnect/remove manychat-IG from my Instagram and try to connect as a channel again, but failed When I try to connect instagram as a channel, after I log in to instagram log in pop up window, it shows like picture above.  I watch several YT video as troubleshoot but none work  Questions:Any settings that i need to do as troubleshoot? Am I missing something? What should I do? Anyone know the solution?
