Hi!I just set up the automatic DM messages that are sent to new followers, but no messages are being sent. I already refreshed the permission from Instagram, but this doesn't help either. Can someone maybe help me further? The new followers are also not followers who followed me before, but genuinely new followers.Kind Regards,Melina

estamos trabajando únicamente con ManyChat y la IA propia de ManyChat. La IA responde muy bien; sin embargo, estamos teniendo el siguiente problema:Cuando un cliente hace clic en un anuncio, por ejemplo “INFORMACIÓN DEL CURSO LENGUAJE”, el bot envía correctamente la información del curso y además coloca automáticamente la etiqueta correspondiente.No obstante, si posteriormente el mismo cliente hace clic en otro anuncio, por ejemplo “PAREJA”, el mensaje que llega a WhatsApp es “INFORMACIÓN DEL CURSO PAREJA”; sin embargo, el bot responde indicando que no tiene información de ese curso y, por lo tanto, no coloca la etiqueta correspondiente.Cabe mencionar que las etiquetas son diferentes y cada curso cuenta con distintas palabras clave.

El problema que estoy teniendo es que en cada mensaje o nodo tengo que configurar esto manualmente de forma individual, y tengo muchas automatizaciones con muchos nodos, entonces se vuelve bastante engorroso y difícil de mantener.Entiendo que quizás no haya una forma nativa en ManyChat para resolverlo, pero me llama la atención porque es un comportamiento muy normal en un bot: que la persona no conteste o que escriba cualquier cosa en vez de tocar los botones.Mi idea era ver si existe alguna posibilidad de resolverlo con etiquetas o alguna lógica más global. Por ejemplo: que si la persona no responde dentro de cierto tiempo, se aplique una etiqueta y automáticamente se envíe un mensaje de recordatorio específico; y por otro lado, que si la persona escribe cualquier cosa en vez de presionar los botones, el sistema envíe automáticamente un mensaje de error indicando que debe seleccionar una opción válida. AJUDA URGENTE! Todas as minhas contas do Manychat foram banidas e desativadas automáticamente (não ao mesmo tempo). Eu utilizo o Manychat para enviar links de afiliado ou até mesmo dos meus proprios produtos dentro do direct do Instagram. Mas nos ultimos meses as minhas contas começaram a ser desativadas e o suporte sempre me responde com essa mensagem.  Não encontrei nada sobre o que pode ter causado isso e não quebrei nenhuma regra da plataforma. Todos os produtos que vendo são legitimos e aprovados para venda tanto na META quanto no manychat. Toda vez que crio uma conta nova, basta eu criar um fluxo que ela cai na mesma hora ou leva algumas horas para ser desativada. Preciso de ajuda urgente com isso. Já tentei de tudo mas o suporte não consegue me ajudar! 

Hi everyone,I’m trying to figure out whether there is a way to use a keyword trigger or at least a workaround to start an automation whenever a user sends a file through WhatsApp. More specifically, I’d like to trigger a flow when someone uploads a document such as a PDF.I’ve tried using conditions such as "message starts with https" and "message contains pdf", based on the way files appear in the Inbox as links (for example: https:// manybot-files.manychat dot io/example.pdf), but that approach didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Fui informado que vocês não trabalham mais com a plataforma. Estou buscando outra plataforma para divulgação. Meu maior problema hoje é o suporte, pois tenho comissões pendentes dentro da impact. Inclusive as comissões que vendi esse mês de maio, na plataforma tinha como data prevista o pagamento em Julho de 2026, essas comissões simplesmente sumiram.Estou preocupado, pois essas indicações fazem parte da minha renda, sempre divulguei a plataforma, não sei o que fazer. Hi there, I have had so many issues using many chat and its not been fun at all. I managed to delete all my automations as for some reason it kept asking the same questions to customers in the DM when they send a message enquiring about the price of an items repeatedly. This has cost me a few sales already but despite deleting all the automations it still sends the messages and I dont have any other automations. i have refreshed permissions and still doesnt solve the problem. I keep having to apologise to the ones i am able to about it being an AI glitch but it just ruins the customer experience and also defeats the purpose of my setting it up my setting it up.

Quisiera pedirles ayuda con un problema que estoy teniendo con la IA de ManyChat.Actualmente la IA responde correctamente las consultas; sin embargo, las respuestas llegan desordenadas y sin espacios entre líneas. Por ejemplo, cuando la IA envía pasos de inscripción (6 pasos), todo lo manda en una sola oración continua, de esta forma:“1. ingresar al link 2. digita tus nombres y apellidos 3. adjunta tu voucher de pago…”Como pueden ver, no hay separación entre cada paso y el mensaje se vuelve difícil de leer en WhatsApp.Lo que necesito es que cada paso aparezca con espacio entre líneas, por ejemplo:1️⃣ Ingresar al link2️⃣ Digitar tus nombres y apellidos3️⃣ Adjuntar tu voucher de pagoYa configuré instrucciones y objetivos dentro de las automatizaciones indicando que debe responder con separaciones y saltos de línea, pero aun así la IA continúa enviando todo en un solo bloque de texto.¿Alguien sabe cómo podría solucionar esto o qué configuración adicional debería realizar?Muchas gracias po

I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, but I need help!   I am trying to set up this sequence for IG:Keyword commented/random comments from me entered under post stating link is being sent via DM/DM goes to commentor with link.The steps work but the DM that goes to the commentor does not send the link!I have set this up so many times and spent hours trying to figure it out.  Did the exact steps in all the training.  Here is my workflow:Can anyone help or is there someone I can contact?   Thank you!

hello i have set up my automation on comments and when people follow me but it is very inconsistent sometimes it dm’s them when they follow me sometimes it doesn’t  same for comments and i have been quite frustrated because i am losing quite a few leads 

Currently, when you share a template that includes a Comment Trigger, that trigger cannot be changed on the users end when the template is protected. Templates when protected are also, by default, installed toggled off. When the user installs they have to go toggle everything on,  but they cannot turn on comment trigger flows because the trigger is protected in it’s “off” position. We could simply not lock the specific automation that includes the comment trigger, but if the entire template is locked, the trigger is locked within the flow regardless of the specific automations locked status.The user cannot alter the trigger word either way. This means your protected templates cannot include a comment trigger, which feels like a pretty big feature to exclude from sharing. Any chance we could get a patch? 🥺🙏 

I have a template I want to share protected and locked for editing. When the template is uploaded into a new account, it uploads correctly and looks ready to go, but the only trigger available to turn on is for message keywords. All the other triggers are grayed out, disabled; and, well… locked. Despite the fact that I selected them in growth tools and they are visible in the automation folder. They simply can’t be enabled because they are locked for viewing (which is what I want). But I also want them to be able to actually use the template lolI know there must be a way to enable the triggers, because what would be the point of sharing a locked template if they can’t actually enable the triggers to turn the automation on? That would defeat the purpose of a locked template, so I’m sure there must be a way! I just can’t figure it out.TLDR: how do you enable a trigger on a locked template without viewing the automation? The toggle switch is grayed out/locked.Thanks in advance!!

Hello,J’ai un problème avec l’automatisation des commentaires Instagram.Tout est correctement configuré de mon côté :L’automatisation est en LIVE et le trigger est activé Les mots-clés sont bien configurés Mon compte Instagram est connecté Les permissions sont bien activées La page Facebook est bien liée J’ai déjà contacté le support mais aucune réponse en 2 semaine Mais rien ne se déclenche :Aucun DM envoyé Aucune réponse en commentaire Aucune réaction quand quelqu’un commenteJ’ai testé avec plusieurs comptes externes, et même avec une automatisation très simple (1 mot-clé → 1 message), et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.J’ai l’impression que ManyChat ne reçoit pas les événements de commentaires Instagram.Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà eu ce problème ou sait comment le résoudre ?je vous mets mon automatisation :

Hi everyone,I need help with an Instagram DM flow where I want to read a user's natural text reply and branch based on keywords — without using Quick Replies or AI Step.Setup:- After my question message, I added a User Input block to capture the reply.- Immediately after that, I placed a Condition block that checks if the reply contains "expensive" (or similar keywords) to branch into objection handling vs. WhatsApp request.- I tried both saving the reply to a custom field and referencing {{last_input_text}} in the Condition.Problem:No matter what the user types, the Condition always takes the "No" branch. It seems like the user's reply text is not available at the time the Condition checks it.Question:What is the correct setup to capture a text reply in an Instagram DM flow and make it available for keyword-based branching in a following Condition block? Are there any specific settings in the User Input or Condition that I'm missing?I'm currently on ManyChat Pro.Thank you in advance!

Issue Summary: I am attempting to set up the Conversions API (CAPI) for my Instagram automation, but the connection is failing despite my automation templates appearing correctly in Meta Ads Manager.The Problem: Manual Setup: Entering the CAPI token manually in ManyChat results in an "Invalid Credentials" error. Meta Events Manager: In the Dataset settings, the option to "Connect Instagram as a Messaging Data Source" is greyed out. Multiple Datasets: I noticed ManyChat has auto-created new datasets (e.g., "Event Data"), which seem to be conflicting with my original dataset. Troubleshooting Done: Confirmed "Full Control" permissions for my profile on all assets. Verified the IG account is a Business profile with "Allow access to messages" enabled. Regenerated tokens and checked for trailing spaces. Identity is confirmed as the ManyChat template shows up in my Engagement ads. Question: How can I resolve the "Invalid" error to link my existing data, and why is the messaging data

What's happening is that the automation is activated normally when my follower comments, and it responds to all comments normally, and then sends the direct message to my follower normally, but my follower doesn't receive it.And when I send the message manually, my follower receives it normally.The Meta Pro support team has already told me that everything is working normally with my account, mainly because the manual message is working normally, and that the problem is on ManyChat's side.ManyChat support has responded several times, but always with some suggestion to redo the account connections, but nothing solves the problem.I also deleted the Instagram account from ManyChat and re-established the connection, and still nothing works.Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

As the title says the automation randomly stopped working yesterday on our account across all of our posts. Already tried refreshing permissions and deleting and creating automations, but nothing seems to fix the issue. So just wondering if this is a problem from Manychats side or ours?We also started running meta ads on the same account yesterday and it feels like it stopped working right after we launched ads.Thanks.
