Hi, If I understand well: when I post on instagram with an automation flow (type the word and I’ll send you the link), it doesn’t send the automated link when it is after 24h, calculating from the first reaction. Correct? How do you guys manage this, because it happens a lot and it’s not professional that the link does not follow after someone is tying the word in comments, even if it is 24h after the first comment… Do you have a best practice to share? Thanks! Hi Manychat team, I'm requesting access to the Follow to DM beta for my Instagram account @dadhoodcollective, which is connected to my Manychat account (Dadhoodcollective@gmail.com). It's a Creator account in the fatherhood/family niche (~710 followers and growing). I checked Automations and the flow builder — the Follow to DM template and a follow trigger don't appear for my account. Could you enable beta access, or let me know what eligibility criteria I need to meet? My goal is to send each new follower a one-time welcome message with a link to my shop. Thanks,Brandon MorrellDadHood Collective

Hi everyone,I am having an issue with my whatsapp automation. It is a very basic automation where i have the default reply set which then triggers a couple whatsapp messages to our customers and thats it. I only use the default reply as I want the automation to trigger no matter what the customer says. However, the automation has stopped firing when someone messages. I have used AI to try and figure it out and after checking everything it said to ask manychat directly for help. My default reply is set to:Live and PublishedMessage ‘every time, not once every 24 hours”Definitely toggled on and green  I don’t understand why it is not firing eventhough everything is set up properly but it’s suddenly stopped working. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Olá! Uso o plano gratuito do ManyChat.

I’ve enabled the automated DM for new followers, but unfortunately, only 8% of new followers receive the message. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Hi, I’m trying to connect my Instagram account @itsstackd to my ManyChat workspace for Stackd, but I keep getting “Showit & SquareSpace Website Designer already connected to ItsStakd.” That connection is to an old workspace I can no longer access, because the login was tied to hello@itstakd.com, an email I deleted. Meta has confirmed the connection (Business portfolio: itsstackd, ID 1578499120179205; Instagram: @itsstackd, ID 17841475519930183). Could you please release @itsstackd from the old workspace so I can connect it to my current one? I can verify ownership with my ABN and business details.

Hello,  This query is concerning the comment-to-DM feature on Manychat. A person who commented under our post with the trigger word got the DM in their inbox, but the DM lacked the button with the link. Has this happened to other accounts? They sent a screenshot and the message shows no link/button - however, on our end, it does show the message with a link/button. Any thoughts on why this has happened and what can be done to fix this? Thank you!

Hi Guys,i set my first automations in manychat an connect with my instagram account but when i comment a post/reel oder send direct message there is no automatic respond. I refresh the Permissions but not work.Has someone a clue wheres the problem is.

Hello! I’m setting up Manychat for the first time on the Free plan, using Microsoft Edge on Windows.I select “See More Options” → “Connect Via Instagram”. After approving access, I repeatedly receive this error:“Something’s not quite right… Your account might not support this method yet.”What I have already checked: My Instagram account is professional. “Allow access to messages” is enabled under Connected tools. Manychat-IG appears as active in Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings, with profile and message access granted. Comments and Insights permissions were disabled because I only need DM automation. The Manychat AI support assistant said these permissions are not required for this connection method. Reloading Manychat and repeating authorization gives the same error. I do not have a Facebook account or Facebook Page. After choosing “Explore Without Connecting”, the dashboard still says “Connect Instagram to get started”. There is no “Refresh Permissions” option in my Help

My automations have not been working for the last week. I have refreshed permissions, mulitple times, disconnected MC from my Meta Business Suite and then readded it and then refreshed permissions again and it it still isn’t working. I created a ticket last week. Someone got back to me, I responed and never heard back. This is really frustrating. And for some reason, I am not able to create a new ticket to ask for more help… Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with someoe who can help? Thank you!

I need help connecting my Facebook Page  to my Manychat account. Here is the issue:My Manychat profile i I already successfully connected/authenticated my Facebook profile with Manychat. When I select Facebook Messenger → Add New Account, Manychat says:“We haven't found Facebook Pages managed by you.” However, when I check Facebook, clearly appears under Pages I manage using the same Facebook profile,  I also selected “I can't see the Page I want”, but the Page still does not appear in Manychat. I have previously used Manychat's free trial, so I would also like to confirm whether my previous trial/account status is affecting the connection. I do not want to create a new Facebook Page. I want to connect my existing  Page. Please help me determine why the Page is not being detected by Manychat and what needs to be done to connect it.Thank you.

I’m trying a Make scenario that’s supposed to check if a contact exists, and if not - create it.It created it just find the first time, then I changed something and wanted to check again, so I deleted the contact. The problem is that now Make still finds the contact, with status “deleted”, so it won’t create a new one, but also won’t let me send anything to the contact, because of its status. I can’t change the status, because the contact doesn't show up in my “Contacts” tab.Is there a way to actually delete a contact completely, or at least restore a deleted contact?

We are a GmbH, a VAT-registered German company. Manychat has started charging VAT on our subscription. Under current regulations, Manychat, as a company registered in the United States, does not have to charge VAT for B2B transactions. I have already filled in the company’s VAT ID in the payment settings, but Manychat still continues to charge VAT.Where exactly can we enable B2B reverse-charge billing and avoid VAT being charged on future invoices? In my Pro account, I do not have a button to contact support.

Hi! I need help with an Instagram comment-to-DM automation that is not detecting real comments.Instagram account: @dr.maryna_shevchenkoConnection type: New Enhanced ConnectionAutomation: Auto-DM links from commentsAffected Reel: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeMvSZXsFNI/Keyword: СТЕАТОЗ (exact Cyrillic uppercase)What is already confirmed:- Instagram is connected to ManyChat.- Instagram account is Professional.- Allow access to messages is ON.- Refresh Permissions completed successfully.- Correct Reel is selected.- Correct keyword СТЕАТОЗ is configured.- The DM flow works correctly in Preview: Opening DM → “Отримати гайд” → delivery DM → “Відкрити гайд”.- Real test comments from external Instagram accounts appear on the Reel, but ManyChat still shows 0 Runs / 0 Sends / No data.- The automation is currently STOPPED while troubleshooting, to avoid a broken CTA for users. This suggests that the Instagram comment event/webhook is not reaching ManyChat, while the DM flow itself is configured

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with a ManyChat automation and would really appreciate some help.I built a basic DM automation using the Default Reply. The goal is simple: whenever someone sends a message containing any keyword/message that doesn’t match another specific automation, the Default Reply should trigger and send my predefined automated response. However, I previously connected Manychat AI and fed it the client’s Knowledge Base. It appears that the AI is now interfering with or taking over the Default Reply automation. The problem is that even after: Turning off ManyChat AI Deleting the Knowledge Base Removing/deactivating the AI-related setup …the issue is still happening. The Default Reply does not consistently behave as expected, and it seems like something from the previous AI setup is still affecting the message handling. My question:Is there another place in ManyChat where the AI/Knowledge Base configuration needs to be completely removed or disabled? Could there be

I recently did a webinar, and someone asked me this question: "What's the perfect flow for commission-based booking businesses?"And it's way easier than you think. We have issues related with the automation. When people send the keyword in the message and put a correct phone number, the automation keeps repeating that they have put the invalid phone number even though the number is real so people are not getting the real information. This is happening to a few automations. Do you maybe know how to fix this issue?
