Hi there!After checking with multiple Manychat users, I still can't seem to make it work so I hope you have an idea how to solve this.As you can see, the first message goes out perfectly (6 times) but only 2 people got Message #1 (but all 6 clicked!). I can see their ‘Yes please’ but they don't get the next message. I've been setting up many flows but all of them have the same problem: the second message doesn't get sent (well… the funny thing is, some people DO get it, but others don't ).Any ideas?
If I cancel my Manychat subscription, will my existing WhatsApp QR code still direct people to my WhatsApp chat? I would like to message them manually during developing stage of my business.If I restart my subscription in a few months, will everything (including the same QR code) be restored to the current state? On my products there is QR code printed and I have to make sure that when the business will be doing better I have the same QR code.
Hi,I have setup manychat autmation ‘Auto-DM from Comments’ for a reel and it works perfectly fine. However, the automation doesn’t work at all when the reel is boosted. How to fix this?P.S. I noted that meta creates a different reel ID for the boosted reel and perhaps that’s why manychat is unable to apply automation to it.. but at the same time, in Manychat’s documentation, it is written that it does work for boosted content.

I’m running into an issue with the Gallery Image Block on ManyChat. I’ve tested the same block on two different phones, but it displays differently on each (I have screenshots showing the difference). Does ManyChat render the Gallery Image Block differently depending on the phone/device specifications? Is there a known workaround to ensure a consistent display across devices? I have an auto DM set up for a specific post of mine. It says “Comment the word pool” and i created the flow from scratch. It was working when I first tested it but, not it is not sending. I believe it can be due to two reasons: I ran an IG boost on that post and it got denied so Meta is blocking auto Dm’s I have been commenting TOO much from my test account Screenshots of automation are attached.

My Instagram Business account is connected to ManyChat and I can see new contacts appear in my Audience list when they send me a DM — but no automation replies are sent at all.Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Tested on a new ManyChat account with a simple “send hi” flow — same result. Confirmed Instagram account is Business (not Creator/Personal). Tried with multiple external IG accounts to trigger the flow. Flow is published, trigger is a keyword, and the first step is a simple message. Checked in Live Chat — incoming DMs appear, but automation doesn’t start.
