Does the visitor counts as a contact and should i delete it at the end of the month to get more space for contacts for next month?

Hi ManyChat Support,I'm reaching out because I need help troubleshooting a funnel issue. My setup: I'm using ManyChat Auto-DM with keyword triggers on Instagram Reels. When people comment a keyword, they receive an automated DM with a link to my opt-in page (built in Systeme.io).The metrics: - Total DMs sent: 90 - Total clicks on the link: 30 (33% click-through rate)The problem: The clicks are being registered in ManyChat, but I'm seeing zero new leads appearing in my Systeme.io list.This means people are clicking the link, but something is breaking between the click and the opt-in completion. My questions:1. Is there a known issue with ManyChat links not properly passing users through to external landing pages?2. Could there be a tracking or UTM parameter issue that's preventing Systeme.io from recognizing these visitors as coming from ManyChat?3. Are there any ManyChat settings I should check to ensure the link is being passed correctly? I've tested the full flow myself and it works

Hey everyone! 👋I’m running into a strange issue with my ManyChat broadcast, and I’m hoping someone here has seen this before.Here’s what’s happening:I sent out a broadcast to 749 people. It’s been a while, and only 80 messages have been delivered. 😕 (But it says 730 are sent, and only 80 messsages delivered) Some even replied back to me, and are not in the “delivered” tap The rest seem stuck or delayed, and I don’t know why. This was a promotional message, but everyone on my list opted in to receive these.I’ve checked a few things:✅ The broadcast is marked as "sent" in ManyChat.✅ My audience subscribed willingly and engaged with past messages.✅ I followed Meta’s rules—or at least I think I did! 😅  Is Meta throttling or delaying my messages?Could some messages be blocked? How do I check?Should I break this into smaller segments instead? Any settings I might have missed?

Hi there,  so my delivery rate has been around 30% for some time which I think is very low, too low. However since 2 days my delivery rate is 1,5%. Yes, manychat sends all messages but it wont be visible for my recipients. I tested this with my boyfriends account. He commented on my facebook post (I solely use facebook) and my page did send the dm but the dm is nowhere to be found in the messenger inbox (also not the spam requests) from my boyfriend. Very disappointing. So my sent rate is 100% and delivery rate 1,5%. I opened 2 tickets and they both got completely ignored. I am in my trial period and I am not able to test the service correctly because it is not being delivered (or is this service just fake?) and the support is so far terrible. Help! 

Need some help folks - been playing around with Manychat AI and it’s doing a pretty good job.  However it’s getting into a bad habit of essentially repeating what the comment is and adding a few words to it.  See image below as an example. We have added a guardrail that says “Do not repeat what the user said exactly when responding, unless it is necessary in replying directly to the point”How best to setup guardrails to stop this sort of behaviour?  

I’m feeling frustrated, as when I create a post on instagram, it duplicates the post on my connected Facebook page (which is fine, and what I want.)However the ManyChat automated responses will only respond to the comments on the instagram post.There doesn’t seem to be an option to have the Facebook account connected on my same manychat account. Forcing me to have to create 2 seperate profiles with 2 seperate paid subscriptions.Surely there must be a way ManyChat can sort this out as I don’t want to be having 2 seperate memberships and having to create 2 seperate automations every time I do a post.Any help appreciated.

We use ManyChat for Instagram DMs. Our issue is that when our own team sends a manual message to a contact from the business Instagram account, it triggers our automation flows if the message contains any active keywords.Our use case: we have prospects who don't complete our intake form, so our medical team needs to follow up with them manually via Instagram DM to guide them. But ManyChat fires the bot on top of the manual message, which confuses the prospect.We need a way for the system to recognize that the message was sent by the page admin and NOT trigger any automation.Questions:Does ManyChat have a native way to detect that a message was sent by the admin (not the contact) and suppress automation? Is there a setting or workaround to prevent keywords from triggering when the business side initiates or continues a conversation? Would using "Pause Automation" via API or Zapier be a viable scalable solution?

Hi guys,I have a robowar happening by some reason. Another bot starts the conversation saying, Please identify yourself, this on whatsapp channel. However, it is impossible as I don’t even have broadcast messages enabled. How can I track the logs of this conversation in a more tech view?

I’m new to manychat. I just set up an Instagram automation, but it is not working. I have no idea what’s wrong. Any idea what could be the issue?

I am running the same funnel for years; an initial sign up and and two week series of email and SMS messages encouraging people to redeem the offer. However, Manychat now won’t let me save the funnel with a warning message: “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”I have 4 email and two SMS messages timed to drip out over the next 2 weeks after a person registers. I set them all to 23 hours to test, but I keep getting the same error message.Is this telling me I have to send all messages within a 24 hour window? Makes no sense and defeats the purpose of a Manychat funnel if I only have 24 hours to complete the funnel. What is going on? Can anyone clarify this for me? I’ll modify my winning funnel accordingly but I don’t know in which direction I’m allowed to go now. Help please. 

Today I tried to log into our ManyChat account and was shown this error:{"0":"Access denied","state":true}I have tried logging in through Google, Meta, email login, and incognito, but nothing has worked.From what I’ve read, this issue may be related to an account being flagged for Terms of Service reasons. I went through the Terms of Service list and I don’t see anything in our account that should have caused this. Hi everyone,this is the issue that is affecting one of my clients. In some cases, message that is sent after the button is being triggered multiple times even though button was only pressed one or twice. I designed my automation with that in mind specifically, so that when button is pressed, automation checks was that button pressed previously. As you can see from the screenshots, button was in this case pressed once, and those 3 extra duplicates came BEFORE the smart delay was over, (smart delay is set before the voicenote, it has nothing do to with the duplicate sending of the video message)I am running this same design across multiple other accounts, and only on this account are these things happening so often. End result is lost leads of courseWondering did anybody have any similar issues before, and of so, how did you fix them?

I’m having a very random issue with a particular automation, and what’s even more random is it happens sometimes whilst other times not. I have a system set up where people can ask me for a free guide by saying GUIDE. They’ll immediately receive a link to my guide if they’re following, and if they’re not, they’ll get another message asking to follow me before the guide is sent. As soon as they click following, the automation asks them to follow me, again. So they click following and, once again, they’re sent another message asking to follow me. By then, they leave the chat (obviously...)Any idea why this is happening? It doesn’t happen to everyone! Which is even weirder….Thanks

Estou com problema para conectar a conta do instagram da minha empresa, aparece pedido enviado, mas minha conta nao recebeu nenhum convite no meta business suite ou no proprio app do instagram, entrei em contato com o suporte e mesmo assim ele fala que esta conectado em outra conta manychat, mas nao sei qual conta e até ja desconectei no proprio instagram, mas continua dando esse erro de pedido  enviado e nao conecta meu instagram, me impossibilitando de usar o software de voces

Hola, necesito ayuda con este error al intentar reconectar Facebook con nuestra cuenta PRO.Cuando hacemos clic en "Actualizar Permisos" en Configuración → Messenger, Facebook abre la ventana de autorización correctamente, pero al confirmar aparece:"Hemos encontrado que este perfil de ManyChat ya existe - Se le redirigirá automáticamente a este perfil"Y nos lleva a una cuenta diferente en lugar de reconectar la cuenta PRO.Ya eliminamos la cuenta FREE asociada a ese Facebook pero el error persiste.Nuestra cuenta PRO tiene más de 100,000 contactos y todos los flujos activos. No queremos perder nada.¿Alguien ha resuelto este error antes? ¿Cómo lo solucionaron?Gracias 🙏

Buenas, gente :) Os hago un consulta, por si alguien pudiera echarme un cable.Resulta que el año pasado estuve usando mi cuenta de Manychat y todo funcionó genial, capté muchos leads y las automatizaciones se activaron perfectamente. De hecho, este mismo año usé la opción de saludar a mis nuevos seguidores y también fue bien. El problema viene cuando vuelvo a activar mi suscripción esta semana pasada. Sigo manteniendo toda mi información tal cual estaba, incluso el mismo flujo para saludar a los nuevos followers, pero al darle a activar, no funciona. Pero además de eso, he creado otros 5 flujos con 5 nuevos lead magnet que pretendía empezar a usar ayer, pero no pude porque no había forma de que funcionase la automatización.Todos los flujos tienen el cartelito de “LIVE”, he actualizado los permisos de Instagram y de Facebook, he borrado todos los contactos que tenía guardados de las veces pasadas… y nada. Hi,We had this issue happen less than an hour ago, where ONE API call resulted in sending FIVE messages to the lead on Instagram. This is not a visual bug on Manychat, this was confirmed on Instagram that the lead got 5 messages, from 1 API call. There is no other system calling an API for this lead, no automation, nothing, just this oneThis led to lost of this lead, and is unacceptable. If there are any ongoing issues with Manychat’s API, please advise  

 I’ve just seen this pop up on my Manychat, a change to the 24hr window rules, where the new messaging window is within 7 days of someone entering via an ad. This seems to ahve come in within the past day or so as i havent seen this prior and cant find any information on changelogs for Manychat/meta?Ive tried a test broadcast to people who subscribed less than 7 days ago, but interacted more than 1 day ago, and its showing my audience is 0, where it should be 1000+ if this new set-up is true.Does anyone have any more information on this? is there anything i need to do specifically to message people, or does this just need time to roll out?
