Estou com problema para conectar a conta do instagram da minha empresa, aparece pedido enviado, mas minha conta nao recebeu nenhum convite no meta business suite ou no proprio app do instagram, entrei em contato com o suporte e mesmo assim ele fala que esta conectado em outra conta manychat, mas nao sei qual conta e até ja desconectei no proprio instagram, mas continua dando esse erro de pedido  enviado e nao conecta meu instagram, me impossibilitando de usar o software de voces

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled.I’m paying around €100/month for ManyChat and my business launch is currently completely blocked because ManyChat cannot share its WhatsApp credit line with my WABA.The error is:“Manychat's credit line could not be shared with you.”I have already followed the official ManyChat WhatsApp Credit Line Troubleshooting documentation step by step.We verified:WABA currency is USD There is no payment method attached to the WhatsApp Business Account There is no existing credit line visible in Meta Billing Hub ManyChat was removed as a partner and reconnected The WhatsApp number is connected and the account is active The error still remainsYour own documentation then tells me to remove the phone number from the existing WABA through WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers → Delete and reconnect it to a new WABA.The problem is that Meta does not provide any Delete/trash option for my phone number, so I physically cannot complete the trou

I have 1 Facebook account with 2 business pages for my business. I want to create 2 business Manychat accounts that follow the 2 business pages that I have on Facebook and Instagram. It looks like I have to create 3 Manychat accounts to do this (1 facebook account and 2 business pages)My question is: Can the primary Facebook account be the Free or Essential plan and the other 2 be the Pro plan to prevent me from spending $39 x3 per month? I don't use the Facebook primary account for anything business related - it’s just linked to my 2 business pages.

Automations not working for comment to dm.  

Estou configurando, as mensagens no automatico pra quem digitar QUERO em todos os posts selecionados ele ja configura de uma só vez ate ai OK, mas como que eu faço para configurar as resposta no direct uma vez que cada post tem seu link diferente?

I was a manychat user back in 2018 and I stop using it, now that I am back, everything is so different. Anyone willing to help me navigate around Manychat so I can quickly get up the speed. Of course I will compensate you for you time. I want to connect it with my Ads on Meta and also get phone numbers or maybe invite them in my skool community or Whatsapp Group. Use Broadcast the right way without violating the rules etc. Let me know.

I must be missing something. I’ve set up a ManyChat automation about two years ago for a simple comment to dm automation. And that went fine.But now I’m thinking about setting up something that sends new followers a message, it's looking likely that I will need to upgrade to a non-free plan, which is all well and good, BUT:It seems like we are going to be billed based on an allowance of “active contacts,” which from what I understand is anyone who interacts with the profile in any way. This is based on a few answers I’ve seen here and the AI slopbot that runs the help chat, but I’m confused as to WHY this is the case. Why am I being billed based on engagement with my profile? If I was sending automations to all of them, sure, but I’m not. These are literally anyone who sends me a dm, comments on a post, literally anything, and ManyChat seems to see fit to bill my account based on that? In what universe does this make sense? I don’t have automations on all (most, really) of my posts, so

I have read all of the troubleshooting. It IS business page. I have complete control. It allowed me to set up my IG but cannot even find my FB account. On my FB, it says it is connected and active, but on manychat it won’t even find it to exist. HELP!

My meta account has been suspended which was the account that i used to log in into manychat.And now i just cant reconnect my INSTAGRAM on this new manychat account, i alredy:-submitted an ticket (#546637)-sent a video for proof im the instagram ownerand still got NO AWNSER. And this is very urgent, so please can someone help me deal with this or an manychat staff can redirect my ticket for a human?

I logged into my account yesterday and it has been reverted to the free plan, all connections gone. Last successful payment was 14 July.I have raised a ticket to no avail - nothing heard back.Chatbot next to useless.I just want to chat/speak with a human.

Trying to get my Instagram Professional account connected and I keep hitting this Meta error:"Your account's future activity history off Meta technologies is currently turned off."The frustrating part: the "Connect future activity" setting this error points to seems to be gone since Meta's June 9 update. There's a new one now called "Activity from other businesses," and I already set it to Allow, but the error still won't go away. Feels like there's no actual toggle left to fix it.Is anyone else running into this after the June update? And has anyone found a workaround that actually clears it? Kind of stuck here and would appreciate any pointers.

It hardly ever works; regarding the DM-on-comment automation, out of every 10 comments, only 2 get the automatic reply plus the DM—the other 8 get nothing, as if they didn't exist.The DM automation that triggers when someone follows me isn't working either; not a single message has been sent in two days.I'm starting to wonder what the point of paying for this is.I contacted support, and the only thing they managed to do was run a random test using a fake comment—and they got lucky because it actually worked in that instance. Some test, relying on just one comment; clearly, they really know their stuff when it comes to data, statistics, and probability, right?

We are experiencing an issue with a ManyChat Messenger QR Code / Ref URL trigger on Android.On iOS, everything works correctly: the user scans the QR code, Messenger opens, and the correct automation starts.On Android, the QR code is read correctly and Messenger opens the Facebook Page conversation, but the automation does not start.The strange part is that the exact same m.me URL works if we:1. Copy the URL generated by the QR code.2. Paste it manually into Chrome.3. Hi, I had a friend use two different FB accounts and two different IG accounts. The triggers all showed up immediately, but the Smart Delay messages didn't show up at all. We tried two different tests: Test 1- Click on the link to the landing page in the trigger message but don't fill anything out. After 30 minutes there still wasn't any Smart Delay message. Test 2- Do not click on the link to the landing page in the trigger message and just wait. After 30 minutes there still wasn't any Smart Delay message. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the timing code in the Smart Delay message?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why the Auto-DM New Followers feature isn't working.I enabled the feature that's supposed to automatically send a DM whenever someone follows my account, but it doesn't seem to be sending anything. I've double checked that it's turned on, but new followers aren't receiving the message.Has anyone experienced this before or know if there's another setting I need to enable? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
