Instagram already connected to another ManyChat account

Question

Hello,

My Instagram account is showing the error: “This Instagram account is already connected to another ManyChat account.”

I no longer have access to the old ManyChat workspace.

I am the owner of both the Instagram account and the connected Facebook Page.

Please disconnect the old ManyChat workspace so I can connect my Instagram to my current ManyChat account.
