AJUDA URGENTE! Todas as minhas contas do Manychat foram banidas e desativadas automáticamente (não ao mesmo tempo). Eu utilizo o Manychat para enviar links de afiliado ou até mesmo dos meus proprios produtos dentro do direct do Instagram. Mas nos ultimos meses as minhas contas começaram a ser desativadas e o suporte sempre me responde com essa mensagem.  Não encontrei nada sobre o que pode ter causado isso e não quebrei nenhuma regra da plataforma. Todos os produtos que vendo são legitimos e aprovados para venda tanto na META quanto no manychat. Toda vez que crio uma conta nova, basta eu criar um fluxo que ela cai na mesma hora ou leva algumas horas para ser desativada. Preciso de ajuda urgente com isso. Já tentei de tudo mas o suporte não consegue me ajudar! 

Hi everyone,I’m trying to figure out whether there is a way to use a keyword trigger or at least a workaround to start an automation whenever a user sends a file through WhatsApp. More specifically, I’d like to trigger a flow when someone uploads a document such as a PDF.I’ve tried using conditions such as "message starts with https" and "message contains pdf", based on the way files appear in the Inbox as links (for example: https:// manybot-files.manychat dot io/example.pdf), but that approach didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We are having issues on couple of our client’s accounts where new follower message if not sending. We have tried the usual fixes, like refreshing your IG permissions but they don’t work. One client also reported that when he tried to refresh his permissions, it would just open the IG inside of the pop-up window, instead of presenting buttons to confirm the permissionsWe have also found other bugs with the New follower automation as well, such as if someone quickly follows, unfollows, and then follows again, they will start the automation twice, even thought it should be only one time thing per lead, if I’m not mistaken 

I am using IG with ManyChats. If I post in Facebook with Keyword responses, will the automations work with Facebook or do I have to have separate automations?

I wanted to ask if there is an option to create an automatic reply to comments without sending a private message to the user.If this is possible, could you please explain how to set it up?Thank you!

Hi there, I have had so many issues using many chat and its not been fun at all. I managed to delete all my automations as for some reason it kept asking the same questions to customers in the DM when they send a message enquiring about the price of an items repeatedly. This has cost me a few sales already but despite deleting all the automations it still sends the messages and I dont have any other automations. i have refreshed permissions and still doesnt solve the problem. I keep having to apologise to the ones i am able to about it being an AI glitch but it just ruins the customer experience and also defeats the purpose of my setting it up my setting it up.

I just subscribed to PRO with Manychat AI.I went through all the steps (under Manychat AI section) to realise that this automatically setup my Insta instead of my Whatsapp.How do I setup AI on the Whatsapp? I even went to Automation > New Automation but now I have more questions:1.  What is the difference between ‘Automate conversations with AI’ & ‘Smart replies powered by AI’?2.  What was the point of me going through all the steps under Manychat AI section? Hey there,i just completed a message template with the “flow” feature at business.facebook.com and its already active. But it does not show up in Manychat (right account) → Settings → Whatsapp → Message Templates. So basically the synronisation is not working. Am i missing something?Thanks in advance!

I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, but I need help!   I am trying to set up this sequence for IG:Keyword commented/random comments from me entered under post stating link is being sent via DM/DM goes to commentor with link.The steps work but the DM that goes to the commentor does not send the link!I have set this up so many times and spent hours trying to figure it out.  Did the exact steps in all the training.  Here is my workflow:Can anyone help or is there someone I can contact?   Thank you!

hello i have set up my automation on comments and when people follow me but it is very inconsistent sometimes it dm’s them when they follow me sometimes it doesn’t  same for comments and i have been quite frustrated because i am losing quite a few leads 

Currently, when you share a template that includes a Comment Trigger, that trigger cannot be changed on the users end when the template is protected. Templates when protected are also, by default, installed toggled off. When the user installs they have to go toggle everything on,  but they cannot turn on comment trigger flows because the trigger is protected in it’s “off” position. We could simply not lock the specific automation that includes the comment trigger, but if the entire template is locked, the trigger is locked within the flow regardless of the specific automations locked status.The user cannot alter the trigger word either way. This means your protected templates cannot include a comment trigger, which feels like a pretty big feature to exclude from sharing. Any chance we could get a patch? 🥺🙏 

I have a template I want to share protected and locked for editing. When the template is uploaded into a new account, it uploads correctly and looks ready to go, but the only trigger available to turn on is for message keywords. All the other triggers are grayed out, disabled; and, well… locked. Despite the fact that I selected them in growth tools and they are visible in the automation folder. They simply can’t be enabled because they are locked for viewing (which is what I want). But I also want them to be able to actually use the template lolI know there must be a way to enable the triggers, because what would be the point of sharing a locked template if they can’t actually enable the triggers to turn the automation on? That would defeat the purpose of a locked template, so I’m sure there must be a way! I just can’t figure it out.TLDR: how do you enable a trigger on a locked template without viewing the automation? The toggle switch is grayed out/locked.

Hi Manychat Community / Support Team, I am reaching out for help with a recurring billing issue on my account. My Pro trial has just ended, and I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan!Every time I select the "Monthly" option and proceed to checkout, the system automatically switches it back to the "Annual" model. I have tried this over 10 times, but the payment attempt always shows the full annual amount, which I have to decline each time.Has anyone else experienced this "forced annual" bug? I simply want to proceed with the standard monthly billing.I have already tried:Selecting the monthly toggle multiple times. Clearing my browser cookies and trying a different device. Hi!I just set up the automatic DM messages that are sent to new followers, but no messages are being sent. I already refreshed the permission from Instagram, but this doesn't help either. Hello guys,I'm setting up an automation to send a DM to new followers.My goal is to collect their email address in exchange for a freebie.However, after the first welcome message is sent, it seems the only option available is to add a link (screenshot)I cannot add a "User Input" step to ask for and collect the user's email address.The conversation flow stops after the first message. Is this a bug, or am I using the wrong feature?How can I create an automation that DMs new followers and then asks for their email?Thank you for your help!

Hi, my Instagram account “snellies_caravannetje” seems connected to an old ManyChat workspace.I removed the Meta permissions but I still get the message “already has contact”.Can you disconnect/reset the Instagram account for me?
