In the last two days I had a few new followers before I start using Manychat. Is there a way to manually send the automation for new followers to them?

Hello everyone,I am currently building an automation in Make.com that updates a user’s custom field in Manychat after verifying their payment status from Google Sheets. The scenario works as follows: Google Sheets – Watch Changes → detects updated payment status. Set Multiple Variables → prepares reservation/payment data. Google Sheets – Update Row → writes reservation code or status back into the sheet. Manychat – Set a Custom Field → should update a custom field inside Manychat for the corresponding Instagram user. The issue I am facing relates to the “Subscriber ID” input in the Manychat: Set a Custom Field module.

Is there any way to prevent yourWhatsapp co-existence from triggering automations for the recipient? If a team reaches out tp someody through the app. It triggers the default automation and causes confusion.

Hi, My Manychats account keeps coming up with the error ‘to connect to your instagram you must link your facebook’My instagram is linked to my facebook, but for some reason it is not letting me connect many chats to it. It allows me to connect manychats to facebook though – super confusing…I’ve spoken to the Bot, but it is useless. I believe it could be the fact that the last Social Media team has connect to many chats in the past, but never actually used it. So its may be already linked to a manychats account.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Harry

Can the chatbot respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager? Because I had the same problem when I used a different chatbot platform, and the automation only worked for organic traffic, it couldn't respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager. I’ve created simple sequence Follow First created from template. It worked for first 4 comments, then stopped.Commenters are added as ‘Unknown Contact’.I’ve tried duplicating the automation, turning it off and on, refreshing permissions couple of time - to no avail.Last month similar known issue is resolved, that’s why I create this post. There’s ‘Automations Webhooks Missing Issue’ on https://status.manychat.com/ - what’s the expected resolution here? Hello community, I’m a newbie.. I’m trying to setup comment to dm flow for Facebook Messenger.I have different keyword triggers for different posts. So, in the trigger block, i’m using multiple triggers.  I have to know in the end the post where the automation was triggered? So i am trying to use facebook_last_comment.post_permalink.  I have created a User field which i am trying to update with this value, but i am not sure where to place it in my scenario.  When i place it in the way i have shown in attached image, i get invalid variable error. Would be thankful if someone can share best practices on how to capture facebook_last_comment.post_permalink in a multi trigger scenario like this. Thanks.

I’m running into something strange with the “Get Updated” button in Messenger. I have a list of subscribers, and all of them have clicked Get Updates inside the bot. My understanding is that this should allow me to message them outside the normal 24-hour window. But when I send a broadcast, it only goes out to people who have interacted within the last 24 hours.The users who clicked Get Updates are not receiving anything at all.It should be possible after my understanding to send them after 24h if they clicked get update

I have a ManyChat automation that automatically moves contacts from ManyChat to Flodesk. The issue I have is the automation runs but doesn't seem to create the contact within the Flodesk audience and segment.  I know the automation is working because I then create a row in a separate Google sheet with the contact's details, but I can't still see the contact within Flodesk.  This how the steps look in many chat.How it looks in many chaty You can see that the contacts get to the flodesk actionThe contact is logged on to google drive

Hi, I use software for the reels I upload to Instagram. In the last reels Instagram identified me as a robot and gave me a week's penalty without being able to respond to the messages I receive / write messages in my chatHow do I avoid this? I'm sure using the MANTCHAT software caused me to receive the penalty. If I have a large amount of messages on a video how can I respond without Instagram thinking I'm a robot

Since the recent changes to Manychat I am unable to set up automations with buttons that go to Thrivecart links. I just get an error message stating that it is not a valid link ….. This is so frustrating especially considering in my field Thrivecart is one of the main forms of external links to get affiliate income / recognition.The only way I can do this is to add the link in the text but that isn’t a great customer experience as they then have to copy and paste it anyway.Any idea when this glitch will be addressed / fixed? Is there a different way for me to get the convent clickable links for my followers?

When I had my free trial it worked fine, but now that I am a Pro user it isn’t working anymore. Please advise on how to fix this. I tried the delay and then removing the delay and still no luck.

Hi everyone!I’m trying to connect my Instagram Opening Message to a Smart Delay inside a private reply flow, but ManyChat isn’t letting me link the two blocks.Here’s what I’m trying to do: IG Opening Message → Smart Delay (23 hours) → Next Step But I can’t seem to connect the Opening Message to the Smart Delay when it’s set as a private reply. Is there something I’m missing, like a setting, channel type, or a different block I should be using to trigger the delay?Would really appreciate any tips or screenshots if you’ve set this up before!

I CAN’T delete or change new bot. Before it is easy, but i’m not finding delete button now

When I try to connect our FB account to MC it says it is already connected but it isn’t. When I go to FB in settings, it tells me to connect to an account but then it shows that the account is connected and I can’t do anything. I did notice that we seem to have a FREE and PRO account with MC - is that normal? The FREE account is connected to FB. So is that why I can’t connect the PRO account? How do I resolve this?
