Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!

Anyone else feels like the AI Steps in ManyChat are pretty much useless?I’ve been testing them with Arabic, and they make tons of mistakes — sometimes no response at all, sometimes completely wrong answers, even with well-crafted prompts.Has anyone actually managed to get good results with them?Especially for non-English languages?Curious to hear real experiences before I give up on it 😅

Hi everyone 👋I’m running into an issue with a new follower welcome automation on Instagram and I’m a bit stuck.Context: Brand new Instagram account Automation is set to LIVE in ManyChat The automation should send a message when someone follows the account I’ve tested it multiple times with different new followers The message never triggers What I’ve already verified / tried:✅ Instagram account is Professional (Creator/Business)✅ Instagram permissions are correctly enabled: Instagram → Settings and activity → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools “Allow access to messages” is ON ✅ Clicked “Update permissions” in ManyChat (Help section) ✅ Automation shows

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

Hi there! For about 6 months already I’m seeing low delivery rate for Messenger messages ranging from 7% to 56% on numerous accounts. There are no links included in the copy, no highly-promotional content, etc. Has anyone find a solution for this?

I'm reaching out because a Manychat promotional link is appearing at my Instagram DMs. This is happening for all followers and all conversations.As a Pro Plan subscriber ($15/mo), I was under the impression that branding could be removed. Could you point me to the exact setting to disable this? Is there any other requirement to hide this "Powered by" content? Attached is a screenshot of the automated messages being sent ("I'm so excited..." and "Tap below to check it out"). Thanks!  

I would like to set up an auto-dm from comments for the same reel that went to instagram and facebook. It works for instagram now. I then tried to go to settings - channels and connect my facebook channel to set up a auto dm there as well (I assume I need to do two automations for insta and facebook separately)? It then took me to a payments plan again - do I need two payment plans for instagram and facebook separately? If no, how to I set up the same automation that I did for the post on instagram for that post on facebook?

The automation seems to be functioning correctly in the business suite, yet not all conversations are appearing in the live chat panel, even when the 'all conversations' tab is selected. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Ou existe algum upgrade específico necessário para remover isso? I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Is there a way to do this without having to rely on a third pary like Zapier?Thank you. 

Hello everyone,I have an automation in ManyChat that is supposed to reply to Instagram DMs.However, I’ve noticed an issue with line breaks (\n):When I send a DM that contains a line break, the automation does not trigger. When I send a message without a line break, the automation works as expected.Additionally, I am using n8n for the response:If the message received by ManyChat does not contain a line break, everything works and a reply is sent correctly. If the response from n8n contains a line break, the message is not sent in the DMs.Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?Best regards,Marko

My messenger manual replies and automation are not wokring, people are still able to send me messages and i can recieve them. However, i can not reply and their messages do not trigger the automation. tried everything from refreshing permissions to giving full access through my page to manychat. The error message is “Message failed to send, please contact manychat support” Instagram manual and automation is working with no issues.

I’m trying to sign up.    The msg I get is this:The problem is, this person isn’t on our team anymore, has no access to our page (she used to, pre-covid), and doesn’t have access to the email she had (we disabled it).   I can’t find anywhere in our Meta page settings that shows a request, and in the team members, she’s not listed there.   How can I delete/scratch all of this to start over?

Hello together,unfortunately, I cannot find the area to create a Flow. Is there a specific tool for it what is missing? I just see Automation. The Flow Builder is missing. Eu liguei a automação no Instagram e fiz o teste com meu outro perfil e a mensagem foi enviada com sucesso, porém as pessoas estão comentando e a mensagem não está sendo enviada. Para não dizer que é todas algumas são enviadas mas a maioria eu tenho que enviar manualmente. Alguém já passou por isso e consegue me ajudar?
