I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

Is it possible to change the button text color? It isn’t visible in dark mode on my Macbook Pro.

I had a simple dm automation set up and it stopped working the other day. When I test it, it works. But it isn’t triggering. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and even creating the same automation with the same keyword. I can’t get it to work.

 I have created the Many chat account, but it doesnt seem to be linking to my Instagram page. I have created 2 automations but they are not showing on my Instagram page. Can someone help please thanks 

I’m seeing WhatsApp template messages show as Sent, but Delivered stays at 0%. Other templates deliver fine with the same audience and setup.Already checked: Using a template send (not free-form), both inside/outside 24h window Contacts active/subscribed, E.164 format Template language/version consistent All placeholders populated Questions: Any known causes for “Sent but not Delivered” on templates? Specific log/error codes to look for that pinpoint the issue? Proven fixes/workarounds you’ve used? Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hi all! I noticed yesterday morning that my comment stopped triggering my manychat automations-- on multiple posts so its not just one trigger keyword malfunction. I have sent in a support ticket and I have literally tried everything myself to fix this issue: refreshing permissions, disabling and reenabling… even went as far as completely disconnecting from FB and instagram and reconnecting and then refreshed permissions again and nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have you recently and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

I’m unable to reconnect my Instagram Business Account (@bencorde) to ManyChat because the Meta authorization page only shows the Instagram login, not the Facebook login required for the new API.Every time I click “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers,” it sends me to Meta’s “Authorization Request” screen → I log in with Instagram → and get this message:“You can’t log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected with this Instagram account.”I’ve tried everything — clearing cache, different browsers, devices, removing/re-adding ManyChat in Business Integrations, confirming admin access, and linking my Page + IG correctly.The issue persists because my account is still connected via the old Instagram OAuth API, which Meta deprecated in 2024.ManyChat chatbot confirmed the old API connection (ticket #399766) and said the issue needs manual migration to the Unified Instagram Onboarding Flow — but I haven’t received a response.

Hi allMC tells us to setup CAPI so that it connects to an engagement campaign that uses ‘message destinations’https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14580897414300-Conversions-API-CAPI-integration MC support has confirmed to me that only engagement campaigns work (not sales or lead campaigns) My problem is that Meta support says that CAPI events will not be used as optimisation signals for an engagement campaign with message destinations (CAPI events will only be used for reporting). See 2 attached screenshotsCan somebody please tell me. Is meta support wrong? Or is it really the case that ManyChat CAPI events do not actually optimise the results of the engagement campaign?

Instagram ads are no longer clicking into the bot flow directly from ads.  Even with all the correct settings and partner ads chosen.Meta has stopped the lead with a pop up screen which causes most of the leads to bail.  This is costing everyone a lot of money.  The IG ads used to be a single tap redirect from the ad to the flow.  Now Meta is presenting the user with this: Most at this point leave the ad bc they don’t know what to do.Very few will tap on ‘message streampremiere’ which actually takes them to the bot flow.Anyone left could send a message in the blank box which also doesn’t send them to their message they just sent. It gives them a fast pop up at the bottom of their screen to view what they just sent. At that point I have to then try to prompt them with a keyword to get into the bot flow.  Most don’t respond and try.All of these choices totally defeat the purpose of these efforts we are making and end up discouraging leads from completing the task.  They don’t know what t

I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook account to ManyChat, but the platform simply won’t link properly.Although ManyChat appears as a connected app in both Facebook and Instagram settings, the account doesn’t fully connect — I can’t access the automation setup screen, and the system behaves as if there’s no connection.I’ve already gone through all the available troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, switching browsers, checking permissions, reconnecting pages, logging out and back in, etc.), but nothing has worked.The Facebook Page and Instagram profile were never connected to any other ManyChat account in the past.Can you please investigate and help me finally complete the connection?

It says:‘You can't log in with this Instagram accountTry using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account.’ But the Instagram account is connected to the Facebook page that is owned by the Facebook profile. I can see the connection in page settings and also in Meta business suite so I don't know why I'm getting this error. It's frustrating.

For the past month, my Instagram ads have been duplicating. We have gone through it multiple times and confirmed that we only had 159 people message but meta is saying 270 people. As you know that is a really big difference and can affect the cost of the ad by double.  They are saying this is an issue with manychat. I've never had this issue before, I've been using this for months now. Has anyone else had this issue? They were basically refusing to help me because it's not their problem. They're saying.

This feature finally appeared in my account yesterday - as I am sure it did for many people. But I am having trouble connecting to it as it’s asking me to refresh permissions. I have been a MC user for a long time so I am connected the ‘old IG API’ apparently, and this feature needs to run on the new IG API. But when I click to refresh, I get nowhere - just sends me round and round with IG log ins.Pretty sure all my back end set up is correct. Accounts are linked in accounts centre - never had any issues with connection previously. Have been through all the troubleshooting docs - but nothings working. I do have a support ticket in but am keen to resolve asap.If I remove Manychat from Business Integrations - not just toggle off, actually remove - will it keep all my contacts and automations if I manage to reconnect? I can’t think of anything else to try?

Hi, Contacts are not showing up, even after typing the name. In the contacts section is there, I tried also sending more messages to that account but still not showing up. What’s the problem?
