Hi, I use software for the reels I upload to Instagram. In the last reels Instagram identified me as a robot and gave me a week's penalty without being able to respond to the messages I receive / write messages in my chatHow do I avoid this? I'm sure using the MANTCHAT software caused me to receive the penalty. If I have a large amount of messages on a video how can I respond without Instagram thinking I'm a robot

HI all, thank you for the quick response.I need your help with the following.All flows begin with triggers is what I noticed.So If flow 1 has triggers but flow 2 doesn’t.Will flow 2 still start when Flow 1 initiates it (with the Start automation feature) ?

I am making a multi flow chatbot, how do i make it so a flow can be triggered by another flow? for example:If Flow 1 ends with: start Flow 2 automation In flow 2, which first step should i put so its triggered when a action is Flow 2 automation?

Just wasted an hour setting this up, not working and zero support.  Any ideas on what I can do to make the automation work?  I’ve refreshed, its showing live and its not doing what its supposed to do.

Hi everyone,I’ve built an Instagram DM chatbot using ManyChat + n8n, and I’m facing an inconsistent delivery issue.The flow works sometimes, but for other messages, ManyChat does not send the response back to Instagram, and I can’t identify any pattern. Hi, I have been having issues with Manychat ever since I opened my account and have never used it. I tried to set up the auto dm for new followers but I keep getting a refresh permissions pop up. I have been through all the steps to  refresh these and keep getting the message to say they have been refreshed successfully but when i try to set up the automation, the pop up comes back. I have chatted with the support bot twice and submitted a ticket that hasn’t been actioned yet. I seem to have mixed API according to the bot and have worked through all these steps. My personal fb is connected, my business fb is connected as well as my IG account.  Does anyone have any advice or suggestions because it is driving me nuts.   This is the pop up I keep getting.  Thanks   

Hi,I'm having trouble creating a WhatsApp message template for verification. The issue I'm facing is that when selecting the category, I only see "Marketing Lite," "Marketing," and "Utility," but no "Authentication".My message is a one-time passcode, has been rejected by all categories offered by ManyChat. Therefore, it clearly fits into the Authentication category according to the documentation from Meta.BTW, I was able to create the template on the Meta Business platform, but it does not appear in ManyChat Templates folder.- Am I the only user in ManyChat that need this?- Has anyone found a workaround for this limitation?- Does this mean I will need a separate platforms and get new number just for sending OTP messages?Thanks.

Hi,Please see image of the Basic builder. In flow builder  there is a button that says go back to basic builder.  How in basic do you go to flow builder? There is no button.Also, instead of a link in my bio on Instagram, I want to tell people to DM me a key word and send them a link or start a chat where I send them a link. Is the correct template “Respond to all of your DMs”? THANKS!!

I’m facing an issue with my accounts.I started with a free trial on XYZ EMAIL , then I upgraded my subscription on my Pro account YFT EMAIL The problem is: both accounts are currently connected to the same Facebook Account Which is have my Meta Suite Access , and I want my Pro account (kareem7mf@gmail.com) to be the ONLY account connected to that Facebook page.Could you please help me with:I Already Discounted My Free Account From All The Pages ANd Even Tried to Deactivated it and remove the access from facebook itself and i logout both account and restart the browser and still get the same erorr i just need to deactive my free account from my facebook page so i can use it at PRO account PLEASE HELP ME Thank you in advance — really appreciate your support. 

I was creating flows and made sure all my message texts stayed within the character limit. Normally, if a message exceeds the limit, Manychat shows the exceeded count with a minus value, correct?However, when I used only a few words and tried to set the automation live, I received the error: “Message Texts with Button cannot exceed 40 characters.” None of my message texts go over this limit, so I’m unable to publish the automation.Could this be happening because I’m using Burmese text and Manychat’s character counter isn’t detecting the characters correctly? Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello,automatic DMs work for me for a bit and now they are now working at all. Please help!!! I also have to sign in each time and reconnect to FB and it’s a process. Is this part of the issue? Someone please help me. Thank you! Gabby

Let me elaborate, many customers via FB or IG do wire transactions. To accept these payments they have to send them via WhatsApp to have everything done, the thing is that if they repeat the keyword the same automation that they previously triggered on other platform will on the chat and may be tedious when we´re talking about closing a sale. What do I need to do in my WhatsApp automation?

My Instagram Business account is connected to ManyChat and I can see new contacts appear in my Audience list when they send me a DM — but no automation replies are sent at all.Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Tested on a new ManyChat account with a simple “send hi” flow — same result. Confirmed Instagram account is Business (not Creator/Personal). Tried with multiple external IG accounts to trigger the flow. Flow is published, trigger is a keyword, and the first step is a simple message. Checked in Live Chat — incoming DMs appear, but automation doesn’t start. Followed ManyChat support’s Instagram Automation Troubleshooting steps: Refreshed Facebook/Instagram permissions. Reset ManyChat permissions in Facebook Business Integrations. I'm testing WhatsApp automation. The automation is triggered by the user, but it doesn't respond. I tested it with a pre-made template, and it doesn't work either. The log shows that the automation was triggered, but no WhatsApp messages were received.HiThe "Automate Appointment Scheduling" automation was triggered.

Anyone else’s Manychat’s link not showing up as a blue link so people can easily click? Also, is anyone else’s bold text not working in their Manychat flow? It is just showing up as example:  *dog* rather than dog in bold text.

Hi, I have a paid plan with ManyChat, and I'm trying to publish an Instagram automation flow that I've created. However, every time I click the 'Publish' button, a modal appears offering to upgrade to the ManyChat AI plan ($29/month), which is blocking me from publishing. This happens repeatedly, even though I already have a paid subscription.Questions:1. Does my current plan limit the number of flows I can publish?2. Is there a specific feature in this flow that requires the AI plan?3. Is there a way to bypass this modal or contact support directly?4. Could this be a billing/permission issue with my account?Thank you.

New to many chat literally just tried to make an account and connect- I did everything followed all steps and went back to many chat and it’s just stuck on the connect page, I click connect with meta and it just takes me to my Facebook page, I click connect with instagram and it just takes me to my Instagram page? How do I connect ??

Anyone having issues with their automations? Literally ALL of my Instagram automations have stopped. Like years of automations. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions twice, and nothing. Also weird stuff is going on with my Instagram (it’s only allowing me three hashtags on posts, and my scheduling o  Updates: First I discovered my story automations ARE working. But posts/reels aren’t. Also if this is applicable to anyone...all this mess started when I tried to post today and Instagram wouldn’t let me post more than three hashtags. Then I noticed my scheduling option on Instagram disappeared. And then I noticed none of my automations are sending. My scheduling option is finally back, but I’m still having the hashtag issue and the automation issue.

My language is Dutch, and part of my audience also speaks Dutch, but the largest part of my target audience will be English-speaking. How can I best split this up? Also, how does ManyChat recognize or handle this in automations? Does anyone have experience with managing multiple languages?Greetings.

I am desperate.  I have filed two tickets with support.  None of my automations are working.  None of the troubleshooting is helping.  Black friday sales start tomorrow.  I am dead in the water with NONE of my automations working and not being able to create any new ones.  Does anyone know how to get help from ManyChat?  A number?  A direct email?

Hi guys,  I started with Manychat a month ago and was extremely happy with it, having accomplished 1000+ contacts within some successful videos of mine. My structure is simple: I ask people to comment “map” mostly on all my reels and with an automation (active on all my reels) I send them a free map. (within the map download link they subscribe to my newsletter).  Unfortunately as of today, out of nowhere, main automation “MAP” stopped working. All new versions I have tried to create (and test) failed. Has anyone experienced this? I basically can not use any Manychat service atm.
