We were using the 199$ plan and we got 2 more seats for our agents. and we reduced the package to 99$.. but manychat is trying to deduct 240$ even after the downgrade.We only need the package of 99$.  what must be done?

Hi, Is anyone else having an issue with automation - in particular the email systems field? The person is adding the email correctly in the chat, the automation is working correctly, but the email is not populating as a system field. This is happening with all of my automations, of which were working correctly a week or so ago. Iv’e refresehed fb and ig settings, checked Kit api integration etc and also checked the correct boxes in the automation for email data field.  On another note, once this is resolved, does anyone know a simple way to go back through 100+ contacts to get their email correctly sorted and through to my kit integration?!  Thank you :)

Since Friday this data collection block hasn’t been working and people haven’t been able to supply their email addresses or phone no.’s? Is anyone else seeing issues with the email/phone no. data collection prompt?

Issue:I am unable to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat no matter what I try, and I keep getting the message "Request Sent". All the settings are correct. I was previously connected through the ManyChat app, but after Log Out, I can no longer reconnect.I followed the instructions in Facebook Business Suite, and everything is set up properly. However, every time I try to connect, the "Request Sent" error appears and the connection still doesn't work.Please guide me on what I need to do to resolve this issue

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues - but since 1-2 days ago some steps on my automation flows are not continuing. For example I have a quick reply button, after the user clicked one of the options, a custom field would be set and the next message would be sent. The custom field is being set but the message is not being sent. I manage 3 different pages and the issue is persisting on all of them. My entire sales channel goes through the automation, so this is a critically urgent error. I’ve tried resetting permissions and even removing and reauth manychat but the issues still persist. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues please let me know. If support knows anything about this please let me know as well. Thank you.

Hi everyone,I built a flow that's supposed to collect the user's phone number before sending them further messages/content. However, it seems the flow is skipping the phone number request step entirely and sending the message directly, without ever prompting the user to enter their phone number.Looking closer at the flow logic, I think I found the issue: I have a Condition step that checks "Phone# is unknown" after a "Waiting for phone from contact" action. But it looks like BOTH branches — the one where the contact never responded/phone is unknown, AND the one where the contact doesn't match any conditions — eventually merge back into the same Action step and continue into the same next automation. So contacts who never gave their phone number are being treated the same as contacts who did, and both get pushed forward into the next automation/message.Out of ~18,600 people the message was sent to, only 97 actually responded with a phone number — so this branching issue is affecting the

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled.I’m paying around €100/month for ManyChat and my business launch is currently completely blocked because ManyChat cannot share its WhatsApp credit line with my WABA.The error is:“Manychat's credit line could not be shared with you.”I have already followed the official ManyChat WhatsApp Credit Line Troubleshooting documentation step by step.We verified:WABA currency is USD There is no payment method attached to the WhatsApp Business Account There is no existing credit line visible in Meta Billing Hub ManyChat was removed as a partner and reconnected The WhatsApp number is connected and the account is active The error still remainsYour own documentation then tells me to remove the phone number from the existing WABA through WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers → Delete and reconnect it to a new WABA.The problem is that Meta does not provide any Delete/trash option for my phone number, so I physically cannot complete the trou

I was a manychat user back in 2018 and I stop using it, now that I am back, everything is so different. Anyone willing to help me navigate around Manychat so I can quickly get up the speed. Of course I will compensate you for you time. I want to connect it with my Ads on Meta and also get phone numbers or maybe invite them in my skool community or Whatsapp Group. Use Broadcast the right way without violating the rules etc. Let me know.

This is driving me crazy.I set up an automation flow to trigger when a user puts a specific word as a comment on any post. My flow looks (to me) exactly like the example that manychat provides:1. Trigger on the keyword in a comment to a FB post or reel2. Respond with a private reply with an “OK” button3. Clicking the button takes you to a request for an email address4. there are more steps but I can’t get there The trigger is firing and the private reply message with the button shows up. I click the button and nothing happens! On the automation flow I see 100% CTR for the button but 0 Sent for the next step requesting the email address.I’ve refreshed permissions many times, The flow is published. But nothing ever happens. 

Hi Everyone & ManyChat Team,Has anyone else been struggling with activating a Default Reply flow in the updated ManyChat interface?Here is the exact issue:In Automation > My Automations, my WhatsApp Default Reply flow is listed as STOPPED. When I click the three-dot (...) action menu next to this flow, options like Rename, Duplicate, Convert Channels, Move, Share, Delete are listed, but THERE IS NO "SET LIVE" BUTTON! Inside the flow editor, the Publish/Set Live button is disabled (Saved), so there is no direct way to set the flow from STOPPED to LIVE.Why is turning ON a system flow made so complicated or counter-intuitive? Why do we have to duplicate or rebuild flows just to toggle them from STOPPED to LIVE?What is the official/correct way to turn a STOPPED Default Reply back to LIVE in this new UI without hacking it by duplicating? Would appreciate any insights or UI fixes from the team!Thanks!

Estou com problema para conectar a conta do instagram da minha empresa, aparece pedido enviado, mas minha conta nao recebeu nenhum convite no meta business suite ou no proprio app do instagram, entrei em contato com o suporte e mesmo assim ele fala que esta conectado em outra conta manychat, mas nao sei qual conta e até ja desconectei no proprio instagram, mas continua dando esse erro de pedido  enviado e nao conecta meu instagram, me impossibilitando de usar o software de voces

I have 1 Facebook account with 2 business pages for my business. I want to create 2 business Manychat accounts that follow the 2 business pages that I have on Facebook and Instagram. It looks like I have to create 3 Manychat accounts to do this (1 facebook account and 2 business pages)My question is: Can the primary Facebook account be the Free or Essential plan and the other 2 be the Pro plan to prevent me from spending $39 x3 per month? I don't use the Facebook primary account for anything business related - it’s just linked to my 2 business pages.

I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again? 

I tested this for 12 hours, I have the trial and I had to upgrade my trial unfortunately because of what happened. The problem was that the platform added 170 new contacts to my plan, but the actual number of accounts that got the message was maybe 20. I’m afraid this tool will send messages to bots, etc. Compared to the 'comment a word' automation, this feels like losing my monthly contact so fast and I went close to the limit for nothing. I regret even running it for 12 hours :( I Wonder if there is any way to repost this? Or did I just loose the contacts for non working tool?
