Hey everyone, I’ve connected my Facebook page to ManyChat and it shows as connected, but I can’t make any changes in the “FB” section. Instagram is working perfectly though. Has anyone faced this or knows how to fix it?

I can't see the "User follows your account" trigger when setting up an automation. I've followed the steps the AI chatbot gave, but I still don't have the trigger.

Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well.

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

I have switched to a paid account, but the automation “say hi to new followers” still does not work despite having refreshed my authorizations with instagram account, disabled/enabled the automation.it is marked as live but don’t understand why on all new followers it does not work. it had worked for several weeks under free account, I have checked on many other issues on this forum to ensure I did not miss anything. may you please help me?  

My automation for new followers isn't working. I've done everything according to the steps. Everything is linked together in Meta Business, but unfortunately the automation still doesn't work. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Hi ManyChat Community and team,  I need escalation to a human/technical team for an Instagram Follow-to-DM trigger issue. Problem:My Instagram “Say hi to new followers” / Follow-to-DM automation is LIVE but never triggers.In the automation Activity, it stays at 0 / n/a after multiple test follows. Other Instagram automations Do work (e.g., comment triggers fire), so the channel is partially functional.  AccountIG handle: @luketencate The automation was working fine, I recently verified the IG account (Blue check)Around 12/26/2025, it stopped working. In Instagram Accounts Center → Apps and websites, I see “Manychat-IG — Expired on 12/26/25.” After multiple reconnect attempts it still shows as Expired.Troubleshooting already completed: Rebuilt the Follow-to-DM automation (deleted/recreated, republished, confirmed LIVE). HiI have an issue I had not had before with smart delays.I have message sequences with several smart delays. All work but not the last. It was working but since my last update of the sequence (just message content changes) I get an error messages.I set the smart delay to 23 hours and it tells me it need to be below 24 hours (???). Even if I put one hour I get an error. Then I tried minutes and it also only accepts if it is 23 minutes or below.I really think this is some kind of glitch. It was working before without any issue. 

Hi, for the past week and a half, the automation for Auto-DM Links From Comments for Instagram has not been working properly in two ways. One is that the automatic comment replier is only trigger about 1 in 20 times, leaving a bunch of unanswered comments. Two, it does not seem like the DM is actually sent to the majority of the people (70-80%) because when I click on that message sequence all I see is “You messages user about a comment they made on your post. See Post” but there is no actual message there. I have tried to resolve this issue by changing up by auto-replies messages and the first message in the DM sequence but neither solution has helped with these problems. Please help if you have experience this issue before. 

I have a problem connecting my Manychat account to my Instagram. Previously, my Instagram account was already connected to another Manychat account, but I wanted to switch it to a new Manychat account created with a different email address. However, I received this message: 'Musique Media FR already connected to Musique Media FR. Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Musique Media FR.'

I have been using Manychat for over a year. But last month I had to delete the facebook account attached to my IG and connect it to a different facebook because of some problems I had with Meta business suite. However, now that that is done I can no longer access the manychat account for that old facebook page to fix my billing (I pay for multiple accounts) and reconnect my IG accounts to my manychat.  There is literally no way for me to fix this without someone from the manychat team helping me out because the old FB login I used to connect doesn’t exist anymore.  I love the product and I’ve spent over $500 over the past year using Manychat, someone please help me out here 

Hi, My automations are not working 90% of the time and the contacts who do not get the comment replies are marked as “Deleted conversation”. I have raised tickets and reached out to support but nothing has worked. I have followed all the necessary steps since this glitch started 2 days ago.

Hi ManyChat team,I’m on the Essential (paid) plan (not Free).
