Bonjour,Je rencontre un problème avec le déclencheur "commentaire" de mon automatisation Instagram : le mot-clé en commentaire ne déclenche plus l'envoi du DM automatique.Résultat :-Aucun message reçu, aucune erreur visible dans le flow builder- Permissions Instagram déjà rafraîchies (Aide > Refresh Permissions)- Accès aux messages activé côté Instagram (Paramètres > Confidentialité > Messages > Outils connectés)- Le déclencheur DM par mot-clé fonctionne normalement de mon côté, seul le déclencheur "commentaire" est affectéJ’ai l’impression que je ne peux plus utiliser cette fonction. Merci d'avance pour votre aide ! 

Instagram Broadcast Channel invite links open in Instagram app when sent manually in a DM, but when the exact same link is used as a Button URL in ManyChat Instagram Automation, it opens inside an Instagram web page instead of opening the channel directly , and its buggy. Hello ManyChat Support, I’m experiencing an issue with Instagram Comment Automation that has existed since the very beginning. It has never worked, even once. When someone comments with the correct keyword: The trigger is activated.The Flow starts and completes successfully.Every step, including the Send Instagram Message action, is marked Completed (green) in the Automation History.However, the user never receives the Instagram DM. I have already checked and tested the following: My Instagram account is a Professional account.It is properly connected to a Facebook Page.Instagram and Facebook permissions are enabled.The automation is published and active.The keyword is correct.I disconnected and reconnected Instagram.I created a brand new Flow with only a Comment Trigger and a simple “Send Instagram Message” action.I tested with a different Instagram account.The issue is exactly the same every time. Since the Flow completes successfully but no DM is ever delivered, could you please inv

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing an issue since I started using ManyChat, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.When people comment on my Instagram post, ManyChat triggers the automation, and they receive the notification saying that I sent them a message. However, when they open the chat, there is no actual message. They just see something like "sent a message," but the message itself never appears, so they can't access the link or continue the conversation.This has happened maaaany times, and people often end up messaging me to tell me they never received anything, even though they got the notification.I'm worried these are just wasted leads because they never get the automated message.Has anyone experienced this before? me dice que mis nuevos contactos no reciben automatización, primero estaba con el plan gratis que eran 25 contactos y 4 automatizaciones eso no es nada, tome una prueba gratuita de 7 días con el plan plus 250 contactos pero llego al limite, elimine los contactos pero aun asi no me deja hacer nada y la automatización esta detenida...esa es mi duda..el siguiente plan es 2500 contactos que pasa si llega al limite de contactos la automatización se detiene?? como lo hago o que tengo que hacer porque no se esta automatizando y tengo la prueba gratuita

Setup:~140 contacts, all interacted with my automation today (within the 24-hour window) Audience filtered by tag, message set to "Within messaging window"When I click "Set Live", a red toast pops up: "Mass sendings within 24 hour are limited by Meta, avoid restrictions by using Instagram DM List" — and the broadcast stays in Drafts. I set up an automation for a post where if people comment with “don’t stop”, the automation should message the commenter. Its currently not working for anyone who comments “Don’t stop”.The automation config claims that the trigger words are case insensitive. This is either wrong or there is a bug. I connected my WhatsApp number to ManyChat using Coexistence, keeping the Business App active on my phone alongside the automation.After activating a flow (tested with both Default Reply and a keyword-triggered automation), incoming messages from customers started showing up as already read on my phone, even though I hadn't opened the conversation. This happened even with messages that didn't match any keyword.When I disabled the automations, the behavior stopped. Minha assinatura no Manychat, está paga, a cobrança foi gerada no meu cartão, e consta nas faturas do manychat, porém, minha assinatura consta como EXPIRADO, e não me permite utilizar as funcionalidades pelas quais pago para usar. Já tentei fazer todos os passo a passos enviados pelo chat, simplesmente nada funciona, estou há 5 dias sem sistema, e isso está me prejudicando, pois são 5 dias sem leads recebendo contato.
