Hi! We created a chatbot about a couple of years ago, when there was a free subscription if you pay with a Ukrainian card. Then, a year later, it was extended again. Is there now an opportunity to extend the tariff from the card of Ukraine for free, or is this service no longer available?

Hola! tengo una duda, estamos pensado en volcar nuestra cuenta a manychat, pero tenemos una duda, cual es la cuota fija que ellos cobran por utilizar la app, imagino que tendrån una cuota fija y luego los gastos de los que envio.  luego queria preguntar que tal vincula con shopify, se puede integrar con shopify para tener el chat de whtasapp en la pagina? y se puede vincular con shopify para que los clientes reciban la confirmacion de pedido por Whtasapp. muchas gracias Edu

hi guys. i ve been losing my hours trying to understand why manychat is giving me the error above when creating a simple automation with chatgpt. when i access openai platform to check the usage (on both my accounts) they are 0/5$ and 0/18$ with zero tasks and zero requests. i understood i need paid plans or to add credit for this process to use, but there are also a couple of free tries, right? i didnât use anything and still get that error. anyone help? thanks!Â
 Allow to âhide system messagesâ for every message by default on app. (at the moment 1 by 1 manually)If Mobile app is used by Live agent, most of time not a tech person, they donât need to see system messages and donât care what happening at background automations. Simplify UI for them will help a lot using Manychat for those people. Â
Add âtake a photoâ to open camera directly and send the photo. At the moment is allowed to select a photo from gallery which is annoying, everytime open camera app, take a photo, open manychat > gallery > select photo and send.Same as whatsapp app, should have gallery or take a photo to improve User experience (think about business that send 20 or more photos daily) Â
I would like to send photos and videos straight from the Photo App in iphone, as you can do for whatsapp or many other apps. This is important because I have many payment receipts I have to send to my clients. With Whatsapp, I could send it easily, but through manychat I have to download it, open the app, find it on my phone files and then send it. Is there a way I can add Mnaychat shortcut there?Â

Hello Manychat Community,I have attempted to set up a rather basic automation of Auto-DM links from comments. The Automation works, but not how I thoguht it would, in other words, I set it up to send a DM on specific words âDisciplineâ for example. But I want to set it up so that it would send it ONLY if somebody comments SOLELY the word discipline and nothing else.In the way that it is now, is that if that word is used in a sentencer, it will still send a DM. For example:âI love the way that I have been building my discipline.â â Send a DM but I DONâT want it to.âDisciplineâ â Sends a DM, and I would like to automate that it sends ONLY in this case, with just the word âDisciplineâ written in the comments. I have looked around the platform but couldnât find anything to configurate it.I would be very grateful if someone could assist me with that, thank you! JC

Bom dia, eu pesquisei um pouco na documentação do Manychat e fiquei com uma dĂşvida relacionada a implementação do mĂłdulo âAtraso Inteligenteâ.Eu gostaria que meu grupo de contatos fossem enviado em intervalos de tempo e fiquei na dĂşvida se poderia utilizar esse mĂłdulo para esta ação.Por exemplo eu tenho 100 contatos e queria saber se ao invĂŠs de disparar para os 100 de uma vez, eu conseguiria disparar para 20 contatos e depois de alguns segundos disparar para mais 20 e assim sucessivamente atĂŠ finalizar a lista.

Since June 13, 2025, weâve experienced a significant influx of unmessagable accounts. Users clicking the âSend Messageâ CTA in our Meta ads are 100% unmessageable, likely due to Instagramâs privacy settings routing messages to âMessage Requestsâ or blocking them for non-followers. This is affecting multiple meta ad campaigns (e.g., Ad 1: 27/27 unmessageable, Ad 2: 38/43 unmessageable).Post-troubleshooting, 40 recent ad clicks still resulted in unmessageable users. In weeks prior, we were getting a mix of accounts we can message and accounts that we could not. Currently they are all 100% unmessageable. This discrepancy is evident in our data: Meta Ads Manager shows fewer messaging conversations from June 13â16 than recent weeks and suggesting the flow isnât triggering correctly for ad clicks. Steps Taken: Verified Instagram is a Business account with âAllow access to messagesâ enabled (Settings > Messages and Story Replies > Connected Tools). Ya aprobado desde instragram, aceptado el permiso, manychat sigue en un loop infinito de seguir pidiendo solicitudes de permiso sin pasar al 2do paso. No se como seguir y tampoco veo que tengan soporte desde Manychat, alguna idea de como solucionar este problema?

I notice when I set up dm automation for comments on the next post they wonât send dm. Even after confirmation it works I have no way to mass or auto dm all the people that requested links in the comments.
