I have many chat pro version and I can’t connect my Instagram to it. I have my Facebook business page connected but it won’t connect to my Instagram. Do you not get two channels with the pro version?

Hi, I used to have ManyChat connected to my Instagram. But the original email address I used to connect to ManyChat I no longer have access to. Therefore I cannot log in to that workspace to change my prompts and return to using ManyChat. It is now super important for my job that I have DM automation. Is there any advice that you can offer on how to be able to successfully get back to using ManyChat?  I have gone into Instagram and unlinked everything I could from that end but when I login here it still says its connected to an account already. HELP

Comment to DM feature for both IG and FB is not working for me. This appears to be a manychat issue. Please confirm if this is a known outage and the fix.

Picture this: in the event your telegram account is compromised, and you are unable to retrieve said telegram account, how am I supposed to prevent the person from accessing my Manychat account? I have been trying to delete my old account since it was grandfathered in years ago, but already maxed out, and deleting and clearing it did nothing. And I don’t want to upgrade on this old account because I’m literally over the limit on that account for contacts I don’t even have and are 8+ years old.ManyChat support won’t help me delete the old account, because I’m not a paid user but I have to request a refund to get rid of the $1 that’s magically on my account for some reason.I can’t create a new account because I need to run it through FB, and since the FB is tied to my old account above (and I’ve disconnected everything, but still there) every time I try to connect FB on my new account it syncs with the old one and opens it right back up.So literally ManyChat put me in a position to where I can’t even use their service, and I WANT to pay them.Any suggestions?

Estoy en el plan gratuito y en Configuración → Facturación solo aparece “Suscripciones”. No tengo acceso a datos de pago, tarjetas ni a la sección completa de Billing.Soy el único usuario y dueño de la cuenta, y los permisos de facturación ya aparecen activados pero no puedo modificarlos.Ya envié 10 tickets de soporte. En todas las respuestas me indicaron que necesitaba soporte técnico humano, pero después de confirmarlo no recibí más respuestas.¿Alguien más ha visto este caso donde Billing aparece incompleto aunque el usuario sea el dueño? ¿Hay alguna forma de forzar la activación de la pestaña completa de Billing cuando solo aparece “Suscripciones”?Gracias por cualquier insight. 

Hey Manychat and Manychat community! I recently set up an automation that would trigger when anyone commented a keyword on one of my Instagram posts, and as long as people mentioned the keyword in a normal comment, the automation triggered just fine. But if they used the keyword in a REPLY to a different comment on the same post, nothing happened. Is there something I need to include in my flow to capture those comment replies? Or can Manychat only trigger a comment to DM on original comments and not replies? Thanks for any help!

Hi team,I’m trying to connect my Instagram account ​@finanflix.ok to Meta Business tools from Instagram, but I’m getting an error message saying:“You can’t log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that’s connected to this Instagram account.”Here’s what I’ve already done: I sent the access request from my Business Manager. The request was accepted by the owner of the Instagram account. The account @finanflix is correctly linked to the Finanflix Facebook Page. In Instagram settings, the integration Manychat-IG appears as authorized today (Oct 30, 2025), so the connection seems active. However, Meta still shows the status “Request sent”, and I can’t access the account from Business tools. It looks like the connection between Instagram and the Facebook Page isn’t syncing properly.Could you please check what’s blocking the connection or manually refresh/force the sync on your side?I’ve attached screenshots showing: The account connected to the right Page. Dear AllI have searched the forum and asked the AI’s here and there - but can’t seem to find the reason why my automation on Facebook has stopped.One clue though - someone is mentioning that they experienced it after applying for Meta Monetisation - I did that also - probably around the time it stopped working.But I don’t know if I am chasing shadows of if this is the real beef. - I can’t find much about this elsewhere.Do any of you know about this being an issue? Thank you  Asger, Denmark

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have some bad news.Meta’s Instagram AI does not seem to properly recognize ManyChat.Five of my accounts were banned. To test what was happening, I created a brand-new account using a new phone, a new mobile connection, and a new email address. The account was running ads and I was replying to messages manually. Everything worked perfectly.The moment I connected ManyChat, things changed.To be clear: this is NOT ManyChat’s fault.Meta’s AI appears to interpret the ManyChat connection as bot activity, automated behavior, or unauthorized automation. My account was disabled because of it.I managed to get the account restored through an appeal. After that, I deliberately avoided using ManyChat for two days. The account remained active, ads continued running, and there were no issues at all.Then I connected Instagram to ManyChat again.Less than an hour later, I was forced through multiple security checks, identity verifications, and prompts asking whether I wanted to reverse recent actions.F

Hi,I have an automation set up with a keyword trigger on Instagram comments.When someone comments the keyword, the Public Reply works fine but the DM sequence doesn't start after.On edit it works when i do the withing 24hours window but when I save it tell me male it as a private replay and the sequence doesnt follow.before to set on save eveything ok when i click to save when i change for private replay, u can see i cant connect wth the rest How can I fix this so the DM sequence ? The flow is set up correctly, my Instagram account is properly linked to Manychat, but I can't select Manychat as a Partner App to choose the flow in my Meta ad. I followed all the steps correctly and it still doesn't show up.How can I fix this?Thanks.

Todas las automatizaciones de whatsapp dejaron de funcionar después de un par de pruebas, ahora no se dispara ninguna siendo que en teoría todas están activas e incluso mis mensajes manuales a mis contactos no salen, no les llegan. ¿Alguien sabe que está pasando o podría ayudarme?

Hello, so I have removed all of my many chat logins and deleted every single ounce on both instagram/meta to many chat just so I can see if it will send the request to allow my instagram which is owned by my business portfolio in meta but I never get the request to approve me to allow my team to use it for our new followers.How can this issue be fixed?  

Olá, tudo bem?Estou com um problema ao tentar criar/acessar minha conta na Manychat.Quando tentei criar uma conta usando meu e-mail, o sistema informou que já existia uma conta cadastrada com esse e-mail. Porém, quando tentei fazer login com esse mesmo e-mail, o sistema informou que a conta não existe.Ou seja, para criar conta o e-mail aparece como já existente, mas para fazer login ele aparece como inexistente.Depois disso, consegui acessar a Manychat usando outra conta. Porém, ao tentar conectar o Instagram à Manychat, o sistema solicitou acesso justamente à conta vinculada ao e-mail que está apresentando esse problema de “existente” e “inexistente” ao mesmo tempo.Gostaria que verificassem essa situação, pois parece haver algum cadastro preso, incompleto ou inconsistente no sistema. I’m facing a strange issue with one of my ManyChat automations and hoping someone can help.1. I set up a trigger keyword for an automation. But when I test it by sending that keyword, the reply I get is completely unrelated to what I have set up in that automation.2. I’ve checked all my automations in the dashboard, but I cannot find where that unrelated reply is coming from, it doesn’t seem to belong to any of my current automations.3. To troubleshoot, I turned off all automations except for the one with the keyword I’m trying to use. But after doing that, when I send the keyword again, I get no response at all, not even the correct one.Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
