I have an automation set up so that when someone comments with a keyword, a link is sent to them, and there should also be a reply to the comment. The links are being sent, but there are no longer replies to the comments. I that been working properly un until now.Edited to add that there is only one post this is not working on. The others are functioning properly, and it initially started out working just fine on this post.

For some reason, I have two separate Manychat accounts; one connected to my Facebook Page and another connected to my Instagram account. The paid account is currently linked to my Instagram only.I don’t want to start deleting or changing things randomly because I’m worried about breaking the automations that are already running. I want to have both my Facebook Page and Instagram account connected under a single Manychat account.I’ve tried deleting the accounts, cloning them, and moving the accounts/connections, but nothing seems to work. When I try to add my Facebook Page to the Manychat account, it won’t let me, even though the Facebook Page and Instagram account are connected through Meta Business Suite.Has anyone successfully combined Facebook and Instagram under one Manychat account? If so, what’s the correct way to do this without disrupting the existing Instagram automations?Thank you in advance for any support!

Hello, I am writing to report a severe issue regarding my experience with ManyChat automations, which resulted in significant damages to my business.  My Instagram account, which is used solely and exclusively for my law firm, was banned and suspended by Meta due to "robotic activity" and "automated behavior" directly caused by my ManyChat setup. The automations I had active were standard flows: replying to comments with keywords and sending welcome messages to new followers. However, Instagram flagged this as suspicious and robotic activity. As a result, my business account remained deactivated for approximately 90 days. Because of this, I suffered severe professional and financial damages. The situation was so extreme that I had to file a lawsuit in the Brazilian courts against Facebook (Meta) just to get my account reactivated. Since ManyChat is an official Meta Business Partner, I trusted that your automated flows were 100% compliant with Instagram’s policies and would never cause

Hi Please can someone help as other posts don’t seem to solve my concern and not sure why there isn’t a support function…? None of my new automations work, I have a paid account, there’s only one word etc all the other problems I’ve seemed to gone through on here but still nothing? Reply to comments also isn’t working? And the accounts are linked. Any advice would be great thanks x

Can I connect two different Instagram accounts to the same Essential plan as my two channels?Is the 250 Active Contacts monthly limit shared across both channels?

I'm trying to enable Instagram Follow-to-DM for new followers. My Instagram is already a professional Creator account. When I try to upgrade/reconnect using the connection required for Follow-to-DM, Meta returns “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I've reproduced the issue in Chrome, Safari and the ManyChat mobile app. Can you confirm whether my Instagram account is currently eligible for Follow-to-DM and whether my account is using the required Unified Instagram connection? If I'm eligible, please help resolve the Meta authorization error.

Is ANYONE using Facebook comment to DM successfully?Has ANYONE got an example where their Facebook automations are being opened and responded to?Is ManyChat now REDUNDANT on Facebook and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE?My account is 6 months old and had strong engagement, but for first 4 months only had 1% delivery/open rate. After reading various forums on here and speaking to Meta agents, I disconnected ManyChat (MC) to rebuild trust in my account. I responded to comments manually for over 60 days (note physically impossible to respond to all) and reached a point where response rate was 45-50%. I reconnected MC this week, have limited the number of messages sent (using a niche trigger word) to prevent any “spam-like” behaviour. I set up 10 variations in comment responses, and 12 variations for the DM. These are sent with smart delays and include no buttons or links, just conversational.Despite this, I am back to a 1% open rate. At the same time I have continued to manually send messages with a 4

Minha automação Follow to DM está LIVE e as permissões do Instagram estão atualizadas. Recebi pelo menos sete novos seguidores entre aproximadamente 00h e 06h, mas o gatilho “Mensagem automática para novos seguidores” continua registrando apenas uma execução antiga. Goal:I want to connect my Facebook Page to ManyChat so I can build Messenger automation flows for my Facebook Ads.What Happened: During ManyChat onboarding, I was prompted to connect a channel. My Facebook Page did not have an Instagram account connected, so I created a new Instagram Professional Account and linked it to my Facebook Page. After connecting Instagram, ManyChat successfully created a workspace under the Instagram channel. However, when I try to connect the Facebook/Messenger channel, the connection does not complete. Current Behavior: ManyChat can see my Facebook Page. My Facebook Page appears in the permissions and integrations. I have Full Control access to the Facebook Page.
