Hi everyone,
All my Instagram comment-triggered automations have stopped working across all posts, including older automations that previously worked. They still show as LIVE in Manychat, but leaving a comment with the correct keyword no longer triggers the automated message.
However, my separate automatic DM automation still works.
The issue started after I downgraded my subscription. I’m not sure whether this is related.
I have already:

Used Refresh Permissions to refresh the Instagram connection.

Checked that the comment automations are LIVE and the correct posts and keywords are selected.

Tested commenting, but the issue persists across all posts.
I also tried contacting support, but the Get help button and support request form are not working for me.
Has anyone experienced this? Could the plan change affect comment automations while DM automation continues working? What should I check next?
