I am writing this to formally register my deep dissatisfaction with ManyChat’s services and what I can only describe as non-existent technical support.
For the past three days, I have been unable to send urgent messages to my clients, causing significant disruption to my business operations. Despite marking my request as "Urgent," the experience has been a cycle of incompetence:

Ineffective AI Bot: I was forced to answer dozens of repetitive questions that led to absolutely no resolution.

Evasive Human Support: The operators provide canned, standardized responses. I have been repeatedly asked for screenshots that had already been provided, proving that the agents are not even reviewing the history of the ticket.

Absurd Explanations: In the latest response, I was told that the reason I cannot send messages is because I am—astonishingly—sending messages. This level of technical "reasoning" is unacceptable and insulting to a paying customer.
There has been zero effort to understand the specific nature of my problem or to provide a personalized, effective solution. Instead, I am met with a lack of empathy and a total disregard for the urgency of my situation.
I am documenting this experience not only as a demand for an immediate and real solution but also as a warning to other businesses about the risks of relying on a platform that leaves its users stranded when they need help the most.
I expect a human response from someone capable of actually solving this issue immediately.
