I continue to have people message me that they cannot see the links I am sending in the automation. They can see my message in the blue box, but they do not see the links below that. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Users not seeing link boxes in DM
If they are on desktop the buttons don’t usually show, nothing you can do just how the instagram inbox displays. If on mobile and the buttons are not showing that could be another issue with the links themselves
