I subscribed to this service Manychat so I could have it help me auto respond to comments on my Instagram and Facebook page. However, after I signed up, I noticed that the comments on the last two videos that I’ve posted are no longer showing up at all. It tells me that I have 9 comments, for instance, on this video but when I actually open the comment section 0 are visible. I logged into another instagram account I own to verify, and I also could not see any comments on those 2 posts. I also checked my last 2 posts from a friend's phone on their Instagram account, and faced the same issue where I could not see the comments. Also, the automation I created to respond to a keyword commented on those videos is not working - the trigger does not send them a DM and does not reply under their comment.

From the looks of it, this is an issue specifically with Instagram, possibly reacting to the Manychat integration. I chatted with your AI assistant for a while, and I can confirm the following about my account: Allow access to messages is turned on in Insta, my profile is a professional account, and I have reset the permissions multiple times already.
This is incredibly frustrating. Not sure why this is happening or how to fix, but this is day 3 of troubleshooting it. The ManyChat AI keeps giving me the same answers when I ask for help but I’ve already tried all of those methods to resolve this problem
