I'm using the Manychat Free plan and trying to enable Follow to DM for my Instagram account @studio_arsenso.
My Instagram is correctly connected to my Facebook Page and Meta Business Portfolio.
Manychat-IG has permissions for messages, comments, and insights.
However, when I try Connect via Meta or Refresh Permissions, the Meta login page opens, and clicking "Continue with Instagram" results in "Something went wrong. Try again later."
I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps multiple times. My Facebook Business Integrations list shows 0 active integrations.
I connected Instagram to Manychat for the first time on November 6, 2026.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a way to fix it without upgrading to a paid plan?
