[KNOWN ISSUE] Delays and failures in Follow to DM (Say Hi to New Followers) automation on Instagram

We want to keep you in the loop regarding an issue affecting the feature “Say hi to new Followers”.

Since March 17, the Follow to DM feature has been working inconsistently. Some users may notice that messages are either not delivered at all or are sent with an unexpected delay after gaining new followers.

We’ve investigated this thoroughly, and, after checking directly with Meta, they confirmed this is a bug. They are actively working on a fix, but at the moment, there’s no ETA for resolution.
