You can now record voice messages in Live Chat on your desktop!
*Note this feature is only available for Pro accounts and currently only available on WhatsApp with plans to roll out across all channels in the near future.
Now you have an easier way to have authentic conversations with your customers within Manychat’s Live Chat. By recording a voice message, you can communicate instantly with your customers in one of the world’s favorite ways to communicate.
What does this solve? Rather than Live Chat agents having to jump back and forth between Manychat’s mobile app and their desktop app, they can now rely exclusively on whatever application works best for them!
How do I use it? Simply go to your Live Chat section within Manychat and click on the microphone icon within the chat window. Make sure you have your audio permissions set up correctly on your computer, and speak! Once you finish your message, click stop, and send your recording to your customer. You can always play back recordings within the Live Chat window.
