We’re bringing you even more granular filters for your automations! Now, you can exclude friends and family from your Manychat automations. Our recent update allows you to manually pause all automations (forever) for a select number of contacts. This means that your personal conversations stay personal — and your automations won’t get in the way of your chat with grandma.
🔑 Key Points:
- No contact limit: Pause an automation for as many users as you wish.
- Switch it back: Un-pause automations at any time by going back to the livechat.
