However, about 10 days ago, I noticed that, in addition to my usual monthly subscription fee, I have also been charged $0.01 for each interaction. This is likely related to Meta's new pricing for service (non-template) messages on the WhatsApp API, which they started charging for as of October 1st. 🫠
This is not an additional fee from Manychat... it is a direct charge from Meta, and all platforms using the official API are now required to pass these costs on.
