Unable to connect Instagram @donyaye.sakhteman

Hello ManyChat Support,

I am the owner of the Instagram account @donyaye.sakhteman.

I am trying to connect this Instagram account to my ManyChat account, but I get the message “Request Sent” when I try to connect it.

I believe this Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat account that I no longer have access to.

Please help me disconnect/release @donyaye.sakhteman from the previous ManyChat account so I can connect it to my current ManyChat account.

I can provide proof of ownership of the Instagram account if required.

    If you can’t access the previous Manychat account, contact support so they can help you switch over to your new account.

    Make sure you add proof of ownership of your accounts so they can speed up the process.
