Hello ManyChat Support,
I am the owner of the Instagram account @donyaye.sakhteman.
I am trying to connect this Instagram account to my ManyChat account, but I get the message “Request Sent” when I try to connect it.
I believe this Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat account that I no longer have access to.
Please help me disconnect/release @donyaye.sakhteman from the previous ManyChat account so I can connect it to my current ManyChat account.
I can provide proof of ownership of the Instagram account if required.
