I need help connecting my Facebook Page to my Manychat account.
Here is the issue:
- My Manychat profile i
- I already successfully connected/authenticated my Facebook profile with Manychat.
- When I select Facebook Messenger → Add New Account, Manychat says:
“We haven't found Facebook Pages managed by you.” - However, when I check Facebook, clearly appears under Pages I manage using the same Facebook profile,
- I also selected “I can't see the Page I want”, but the Page still does not appear in Manychat.
- I have previously used Manychat's free trial, so I would also like to confirm whether my previous trial/account status is affecting the connection.
- I do not want to create a new Facebook Page. I want to connect my existing Page.
Please help me determine why the Page is not being detected by Manychat and what needs to be done to connect it.
