Hello. I need help setting up my ManyChat automations and IG settings. Is there a tutorial or mentorship program available somewhere?
IG-ManyChat Integration
Issue #1: I’ve already set up my first automation. I lost my way in the final stages.
Issue #2: I tested the automation using a keyword. It appears that if the contact enters the keyword again or uses the keyword in a sentence, the auto response is triggered once again and the automation sequence starts all over.
