Hi everyone, I need help connecting my Instagram account @digitalklarstart to ManyChat.
My Instagram account is Professional, “Allow access to messages” is enabled, and I can log into Instagram normally.
I already tried:
- Connect via Meta
- Connect via Instagram
- ManyChat app
- ManyChat web version
- logging out of Instagram before reconnecting
- resetting the Instagram password via SMS recovery
But every ManyChat connection attempt still shows “Incorrect password”.
Has anyone had this exact first-time connection issue? What fixed it?
