Hey i am facing this issue for a couple of days.I have Pro plan My BM is verified connected my phone number successfully Please help me out with this.  

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well. 

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

I have switched to a paid account, but the automation “say hi to new followers” still does not work despite having refreshed my authorizations with instagram account, disabled/enabled the automation.it is marked as live but don’t understand why on all new followers it does not work. it had worked for several weeks under free account, I have checked on many other issues on this forum to ensure I did not miss anything. may you please help me?

HiI have an issue I had not had before with smart delays.I have message sequences with several smart delays. All work but not the last. It was working but since my last update of the sequence (just message content changes) I get an error messages.I set the smart delay to 23 hours and it tells me it need to be below 24 hours (???). Even if I put one hour I get an error. Then I tried minutes and it also only accepts if it is 23 minutes or below.I really think this is some kind of glitch. It was working before without any issue. 

Hi, for the past week and a half, the automation for Auto-DM Links From Comments for Instagram has not been working properly in two ways. One is that the automatic comment replier is only trigger about 1 in 20 times, leaving a bunch of unanswered comments. Two, it does not seem like the DM is actually sent to the majority of the people (70-80%) because when I click on that message sequence all I see is “You messages user about a comment they made on your post. See Post” but there is no actual message there. I have tried to resolve this issue by changing up by auto-replies messages and the first message in the DM sequence but neither solution has helped with these problems. Please help if you have experience this issue before. 

I have been using Manychat for over a year. But last month I had to delete the facebook account attached to my IG and connect it to a different facebook because of some problems I had with Meta business suite. However, now that that is done I can no longer access the manychat account for that old facebook page to fix my billing (I pay for multiple accounts) and reconnect my IG accounts to my manychat.  There is literally no way for me to fix this without someone from the manychat team helping me out because the old FB login I used to connect doesn’t exist anymore.  I love the product and I’ve spent over $500 over the past year using Manychat, someone please help me out here 

Hi, My automations are not working 90% of the time and the contacts who do not get the comment replies are marked as “Deleted conversation”. I have raised tickets and reached out to support but nothing has worked. I have followed all the necessary steps since this glitch started 2 days ago.

Estou tentando criar um modelo de mensagem hoje o dia inteiro, e fica aparecendo para mim uma notificação “Algo deu errado” e o modelo não chega nem a ir para revisão.Já atualizei página, limpei cookies, entrei de outro navegador, atualizei permissões, tentei fazer diferentes mensagens. Every time I click new follower message to enter my information To create a new follower messageit says I need to go to Instagram to activate something and it takes me to the settings page and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be activating because it doesn’t take me directly to the right setting, I guess

About a whatsapp automation. When it's the other way around, it's easy with an external request and a webhook, but in this case, I can't find any useful trigger in ManyChat.How can I make n8n trigger an automation for whatsapp messaging?

Hey! I would love to start a "say hi to new followers" Automation in Manychat Sadly I get the "unknown error" text on my Mobile Phone Manychat App, aswell as when I try it on the desktop Website with "couldn't create Automation"  I have the free plan and would just love to use this simple Automation before paying  I re-connected my Instagram with my Facebook Business Account and it should be perfectly fine, but sadly its not working since days.… Thank you!

My Facebook Page is linked to Instagram on Meta, so my IG posts are automatically cross-posted to Facebook.If someone comments on the Facebook version of a video that was originally posted on Instagram, will that comment trigger my Instagram comment automation in ManyChat, or does the automation only work for comments made directly on Instagram?I want to confirm if linking FB to IG (but not to ManyChat) is enough, or if Facebook comments are ignored entirely.Thanks.

How do I set up meta and Manychat professionally to deliver automations to others?? What do I need to do to set up everything?

Im working on the “say hi to new followers” automation for one of my client to get a lot of chat started.this is the logic i would like to have.new follower → wait 27 minutes to seems real human → opening message → if they respond they will get a vocal message and it is working. if contact hasn’t engaged they should get a fup message but it doesnt work.Can you help me?
