Hi there! Every time my bot is activated, the connection with ManyChat goes down. This happens consistently, and I have to update Instagram permissions each time. But this week it's even worse! A conta do Telessauders do Facebook foi bloqueada, e como sendo uma conta institucional não temos como comprovar através da identidade, algo que o Facebook pede. O bloqueio vaio através do Manychat, talvez porque ainda não tivesse atualizado as permissões que o Facebook pede.Já tentei buscar diversas formas de tentar resolver com o Facebook mas não consegui, pois no site de ajuda pede para logar sendo que a conta está bloqueada. Não achei nenhum número ou e-mail para tentar resolver com o Facebook, fiz uma reclamação no reclame aqui e eles não respondem também. E preciso ativar novamente a conta do Facebook para que o Manychat volte a funcionar! Alguém já esteve nessa situação sabe como me ajudar a resolver, preciso resolver com o Facebook ou com o Manychat?

Hello! I'd like to know if it's possible (and how) to automate a message sequence (once the user replies to a story) only when they reply to the previous message sent. For example, if the user replies “Yes” to a story, it triggers a message sequence including a first message that says “Hi Jacque, how are you? Do you have any experience in this field or not at all?” Then the second automatic message is sent when the user has replied to the first message. I don't want the user to have the choice between several answers already written, but to give his own answer so that the rest of the sequence follows. Is it possible to do this? If so, how? I’ve been using manychat pro but I got a new credit card. Because of this, my Manychat was removed from pro and is now basic. I can’t for the life of me find how to upgrade. Idk if it is a glitch, but there is no option anywhere to do it. Can anyone help with this?

So I only have 1 automation on my dashboard, but whenever someone DM’s my IG, doesn’t matter what, it sends out an Auto DM telling people to send their e-mail. Now, I remember writing this flow but I have deleted it I’ve tried multiple times to click ‘refresh instagram permissions’ in case it was stuck, but it still says the same. I’ve tried everything and have searched everywhere, with no help to be found. Any ideas what I should be doing? Note: The 1 automation has nothing to do with the DM, it’s a comment flow
Hi everyone,Hoping to get some help here as there have been support delays at Manychat. We have a new pro MC account and we are working with several influencers on Instagram. I have already been added as an admin on their Facebook accounts, and their FB accounts are connected to Instagram, per MC recommendations. I have gone back and forth with MC, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, confirming 2FA, etc., still the Instagram accounts of the influencers are not showing up when I go to add a new account in MC. Has anyone dealt with this? It’s really slowing us down now and MC support is taking 5-7 days between replies. Thank you

I created an automation to send a Whatsapp message to contacts I have on Manychat. I have tried several triggers based on contacts but none send message. I have tried: Contact subscribes to a sequenceContact has a tagBut none work, from the automation I see that the trigger starts (I see the value 1-2 on the trigger) but the message is not sent then. Trying to run an automation so that when someone comments on a post on Instagram they are entered into a giveaway, but having some issues.It worked the first time I commented (on my clients post), and sent the message as set out in initial flow split 1, but when I commented a second time it did not send another message/update their count.I also set up a secondary automation that when they get tagged as having entered the giveaway it will send a message and get them to confirm their email, but this also didn’t come through for me. No matter ow many times I tried to change it, Many chat will only show my secondary Facebook page (which has minimal followers) and not my main Facebook profile. It's really frustrating snd means I have not been able to use Many chat at all.
