All Instagram automations down, Pro account, support confirmed no webhook. Ticket #579123

Every Instagram automation on my Pro account stopped firing yesterday. Comment triggers, DM keywords, all posts. Nothing changed in my flows. A brand new test automation with a DM keyword also fails.

Support (Maya) tested and confirmed no webhook is arriving. I replied with full details on ticket #579123 and haven't heard back.

What I've already done:
- Refreshed Instagram permissions multiple times, approving everything
- Confirmed "Allow access to messages" is on, and toggled it off and on
- Confirmed all automations are live
- Confirmed Instagram Account Status is clear
- Confirmed my Instagram and Facebook Page are in the same business portfolio
- Confirmed the Enhanced Connection (ID ending in 612) is under Connected apps in my portfolio, with full Instagram permissions for comments and messages

What I can't do:
- Support asked me to set the routing app to the 612 connection. That setting doesn't exist on my account. Conversation routing in business settings is empty, and my Page has no "Instagram conversation routing" option under Page setup.
- When I refresh permissions, the Facebook window lets me select my portfolio and Instagram account, but never shows a Page step.

Possible trigger: about a week before this started, I connected ShopMy and created a second Facebook Page during setup. My Instagram is still linked to the original Page. ShopMy has no messaging permissions.

This looks like it needs a backend reset or a webhook re-subscription. Can a Manychat team member escalate ticket #579123?

You've ruled out everything you can control. App connected with the right permissions, account status clear, support confirming no webhook. That means the subscription on their side is dead and only they can rebuild it.

Asking for escalation here won't get you there though. ManyChat staff rarely read this forum and moderators have no route into tickets.

Two things that move tickets. Quote their own troubleshooting article: "If you assign a new Facebook Business page to your Instagram account, your Instagram automations in Manychat will stop working. To restore functionality, you'll need to contact our Support Team to reconnect the Instagram account on our end." Your Instagram is still on the original Page so it isn't exactly your case, but the end state is the same and that line gets you past someone asking you to toggle permissions again.

The other is saying you're cancelling. Not as a bluff, just that you're paying for Pro, nothing has worked for two days, and you're deciding whether to keep it. That reaches a different queue than a technical description does.
