Hi, i need help with an account issue i cant fix on my own. My IG @unboringvisuals got connected to a duplicate ManyChat account called “Unboring Visuals” that was created by accident during signup, and i cant access it. Every reconnect attempt fails with “already connected to Unboring Visuals”.
What i’ve tried: removed Manychat from Instagram’s Apps and Websites (nothing listed there), removed Manychat from Facebook Business Integrations, Refresh Permissions in Manychat, created a fresh account via Facebook login (same error), and Request Access (the approval link just sent me back to the channel picker).
Im on the free plan so i cant open a ticket, and the AI bot cant connect me to a human right now. Could a mod please disconnect @unboringvisuals from the duplicate account on the backened? i can verify i own the IG and the linked Facebook page.
