78 Messages Sent - 0% delivered, opened, clicked

I’ve had 78 comments on a new page, around a week old, across 6 videos. I’ve got 750~ followers now.

I’ve had 0% delivered which I figured wasn’t right.. so commented with another account to test this out. The message just goes into Spam for this account and it’s the only one that’s flagged as delivered as I opened it and responded.

What can I do to fix this? Very disappointed that whilst the posts have generated a bunch of engagement and followers the fact that the messages go straight to spam is just so much lost potential.

Thanks in advance

Nothing's broken, and your test showed it. The only one marked delivered is the one you opened and replied to. That's what delivered means in that report, the recipient accepted the request. Everything else is sitting in Requests unopened, which shows as 0%.

So the messages are arriving. Non-followers just never see them. Instagram files a business DM from someone you don't follow into Requests, often the hidden spam tab inside it, with no notification at all. That's Meta, not ManyChat, and no tool gets around it.

Three things actually move the needle.

Get the link out of the first message. Send a short conversational opener and put the link in the second one after they reply. A reply pulls the thread out of Requests and into their normal inbox.

Vary the wording instead of sending one identical DM to everyone. Identical text at volume is a spam signal by itself.

Say in the public comment reply that you've just messaged them and to check their message requests. That's what gets non-followers to go looking.

One more that's probably the biggest in your case. The page is a week old, 750 followers, and you've pushed 78 automated DMs through it. A brand new account doing automated outbound at volume is about the strongest spam signal there is. Ease off for a few weeks and let the account age, you'll get better placement for it later.
