Hello and good day.
I am trying to connect another instagram account to my existing account. It says request sent but no one is receiving anything.
I originally added the instagram to my manychat account. But then wanted the owner to be the primary owner. So I created the manychat account under their email. I was not able to add Instagram to their manychat but it was originally added to mine.
Both accounts are getting the message “
Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of ...”
How can I fix this?
