I have an existing account using “EMAIL A” that is already running my IG account automations. Now I want to connect my FB account on this account but it keeps on saying that I already have an existing account.I do have an account on “EMAIL B” but I already deleted those. Everytime I proceed to connect my FB account, it will logged me out of “EMAIL A” account on manychat then logged me in on “EMAIL B” account. Anyone that can on this? Would appreciate a help.
Hi guys, Is there a way to add a delay to auto reply on facebook/instagram to have a more human feeling? Maybe a work around? Using the tags or something else? I did some research but nothing seems to come up since few months. Thanks!
Hi,my goal is to:Update a status on airtable Send a whatsapp message to the particular contact (via tag automation)My current idea is to search with phone number in custom field to get the subscriber ID first.However I can’t seem to set user field with the phone number (although contact is already subscribed), it always shows {Invalid Variable}.Any solutions or better idea to get the subscriber ID?

Hello everyone, I hope you're well.I've set up automatic replies to comments on my Facebook posts, and it works well. However, after a while, I get blocked by Facebook because the comments are coming too quickly over a relatively short period of time.I haven't found a way to space out the replies by setting a waiting time between replies (which can be in blocks).I would really like a solution, please. 🙏🏾
Hello,Currently i’m using an automation tool called N8N i was using with twilio to send whatsapp messages to our customers, but after checking out manychat and we found it more promising for social channels, we started to migrate into here, so currently when we get a new customer i start create a new subscriber, but i want to be able to send him a message on whatsapp via API, as i want to send him his credentials and some messages on whatsappis there a direct api using message templates? also does it have a variable injection for the template?

Another user not me, commented on the post and in both cases the second message( the second DM button) didn't work so the external link -the video or PDF- I wanted to refer them to, wasn't working. I can not cancel it in manychat because I don’t have access anymore. But you keep charging me every month. I didn’t find any other way to contact you. I recently created a free account and set up an automated reply for a specific Instagram post.The trigger is correctly defined, and as far as I can see, the connections to both Facebook and Instagram are active. The automation is published and marked as live.However, ManyChat does not send any automated replies when a comment is made. I do receive the Instagram comment itself, but no reply is sent from ManyChat.Could you please help me? I’m not sure what else to check or adjust.Thank you so much in advance for your support! Hello! If I send a WhatsApp message to a contact that appeared to have a valid phone number, but that turns out to not be true, is the message I sent charged as usual? A few of my contacts had invalid phone numbers (that passed as valid), but the message wasn’t sent or didn’t have arrive to their phones, so I’m wondering if I’m paying regardless.Thank you!
I am using the voiceflow to manychat connection template by Omnifusion (linked below) however I’m experiencing a bug somewhere in the pre-made template and I can’t for the life of me figure out where it is or how to solve it. I think I’ve pinpointed it to one area of code, however when I’ve validated the code it appears to be fine. Has anyone experienced similar errors?
