Hello,J’ai un problème avec l’automatisation des commentaires Instagram.Tout est correctement configuré de mon côté :L’automatisation est en LIVE et le trigger est activé Les mots-clés sont bien configurés Mon compte Instagram est connecté Les permissions sont bien activées La page Facebook est bien liée J’ai déjà contacté le support mais aucune réponse en 2 semaine Mais rien ne se déclenche :Aucun DM envoyé Aucune réponse en commentaire Aucune réaction quand quelqu’un commenteJ’ai testé avec plusieurs comptes externes, et même avec une automatisation très simple (1 mot-clé → 1 message), et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.J’ai l’impression que ManyChat ne reçoit pas les événements de commentaires Instagram.Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà eu ce problème ou sait comment le résoudre ?je vous mets mon automatisation :

Hi fellows, I have found that the Next Step after AI Step never gets fired. I have read the documentation about it but it doesnt explain about the next step after AI Step. In my case, People are engaging and chatting with AI perfectly fine but at the end of each message from AI, the person should get a link or button to continue to next step or start another automation. I have tried asking the AI Step in GOAL and in CONTEXT to continue to next step but it does not. I have even tried asking the AI Step to do this by adding a separate task and it did not work. Check attached screenshots. Is there any workaround to this? Note that I have also tried asking AI Step to send a button to the reader; on clicking this button, the reader should get redirected to my Automation but the AI Step generated a button that redirected to a phone number 000000000 and tried to start a new chat. Which also does not help.  

Hi everyne, Spent Sunday evening creating account and setting up telegram bot flow and other automations. End of night got blocked and can not log in for whatever reason.  I've sent a support ticket to the team by filling out the form same Sunday Night (March 29th, 9:30pm EST) - No reply from anyone for almost 48hrs now. Is that normal? Can’t even check the status of the ticket as it’s asking to log in and I can’t log in with that account whatsoever as access is denied.

I’ve set up the automation, filling in all the suggested inputs. When I test it, it only sends the first one and doesn’t give the user the button to click, or anything past that. So I don’t actually get to send the link. I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same issue. And I can’t find the link to contact support. Can anyone help?

Hi there,my problem is that my Instagram automations are not being triggered, even though the page is connected.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat. I checked the permissions and made sure all required access was granted. I duplicated the automation and restarted it to test if this solved the problem. I generated a new automation  I do not have any restrictions on Instagram - already checked that  Despite these steps, the automations still do not work. I already have a Support-Ticket, but no answer to my mails. Could someone please help me resolve this issue, since we started a launch and need the automations?Thank you for your support!Anne 

I am not able to login my main account which is connected with my instagram and now i cannot create new account because it says that my instagram connected with some other account for which I have to login from that and disconnect which I cannot. This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. But that's not true—all payments are in order, my account is fully funded, and I still have 5 days left on my subscription.At the same time, I can no longer log in to ManyChat; I get the following error:{“0”:“Access denied”,“state”:true}What happened? 🚨 URGENT - Need ManyChat Staff Help ASAP 🚨I've been trying to connect a client's Instagram account to a new ManyChat workspace since Friday and I'm completely stuck. I'm a paid subscriber and have an open support ticket (#476467) but need this resolved TODAY.The situation:My client's Instagram account is stuck connected to an old/inaccessible ManyChat workspace. Every time I try to connect it I get the error "[Business Name] already connected to [Business Name]."What I've already done:✅ Confirmed full admin access to the Facebook Page and Meta Business Suite✅ Removed ManyChat from Connected Apps in Meta multiple times✅ Created a new ManyChat workspace and attempted to reconnect✅ Provided all proof of ownership to support✅ Upgraded to a paid planManyChat support confirmed this needs to be manually disconnected on their end but I cannot get through to a human agent via chat.Has anyone dealt with this before? Brand new (mostly) to ManyChat. Tried to connect client’s Facebook via Messenger. Clicked the WRONG profile, and imported the wrong business. Now my free contact limit has been maxed and there’s no way to fix that?That feels like something ManyChat should be able to help with. Very frustrating.
