The new method of zooming in and out of the workflow is delaying my speed in completing the job. I need to do an extra step to zoom in and out. If you build flows daily, you should know zooming in/out is a constant move when building the flow. The current new method is not helpful but using more time to complete my job.

How to skip Opening DM and send a single link

Hi there,I’m trying to determine what shifted to where a specific comment triggering a custom DM to be sent has shifted to requiring an ‘Opening DM’ where the commenter has to click yes to get the custom message. I never had this issue in the past (typically someone comments the specified word and they get my custom DM with a link). Any thoughts on how I can set up the automation to skip the Opening DM?thanks!

Estou tentando conectar na conta do facebook, porém não vai de jeito nenhum a mensagem que da é a seguinte:Não é possível conectar a esta página devido a um erro!Parece que você está logado com outro perfil no Facebook.Por favor, tente sair de sua conta no Facebook e tente novamente.A conta que eu estou tentando conectar é a que esta logada, porém não vai , mas quando vou na configuração do facebook em integrações comerciais a conexão do manychat esta tá com todas as liberações ok e nesta data de conexão no caso 06/11/2024. O que fazer ? por favor, alguem me ajude. Desde já agradeço a atenção

Error en reconocimiento de flujo

Hola a todo!,tengo una pregunta respecto al link entre manychat Facebook. Actualmente estoy intentando de publicar un par de anuncios por meta, y tengo un flujo creado en manychat que se activa con palabra clave y se inicia una conversación en instagram. El tema es que no puedo publicar el anuncio porque me aparece un error y al parecer es porque no se reconoce mi flujo creado. Cómo que mi facebook no estuviera con manychat, lo que si esta hecho.Ayuda por favor 😬

Why was next post automation removed??

Why would the next post automation be removed as a feature? That was the most helpful feature so I had my posts set up ahead of time that way when it went live people could start commenting the keyword and the link was sent to them. I’m so confused why that feature would be removed.

Having a hard time using Manychat for onboarding via WhatsApp

Hello everyone! I’m having a hard time with two things on Manychat:Capturing the user’s data and then sending a message via WhatsApp (welcoming them to event and then inviting them to the event’s group); Integrating Hotmart, a digital platform through we sell online courses, so we can send onboarding messages via WhatsApp.I know it is possible, but it feels really difficult to trigger a WhatsApp flow. For example, I’ve used Manychat’s webhook to send the user’s info to Make, collect their data on Active Campaign, then change apply a new tag to the user and, from that new tag, trigger a WhatsApp flow, but it simply doesn’t work.I’ve also tried using Manychat’s native integrations. With ActiveCampaign, it seems to work well, but with Hotmart it’s super unstable, not to mention that we can specificy which products we’d like interact with the user about.I’m new to this world of automations, so I’d like to ask you guys about a simple way of integrating, first, Manychat with ActiveCampaign s

Calendly, Asana, Zapier integration

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on an automation flow that integrates ManyChat, Calendly, and Zapier, but I'm encountering an issue with identifying and tagging contacts who book a call via Calendly.Here’s the flow I’m trying to achieve:A lead engages with our Facebook Messenger bot and provides their details (such as phone number, email, AC type, etc). We then forward them to Calendly to book a call with our sales team. After the lead books a call, a Zap is triggered in Zapier to create a task in Asana for the booked call. At the same time, we want to tag the ManyChat contact based on their Calendly booking, which will then trigger another Zap that sends the contact’s additional information to Asana i.e. it should update the task associated with that contact.The information we collect in ManyChat (name, email, phone, etc.) will only be forwarded to Asana once the lead has successfully booked a call. Additionally, we want the task in Asana for that particular lead to be updated with

Automation Flow not working- create new facebook?

Hello everyone!Its my first month on Manychat, I created a conversation flow for Instagram, where a Post or Reel comment leads to a DM automation. The conversation starts in the DM, but the flow stops in the middle and my audience does not receive a link. The automated response in the comments works thoough (Like: hey, got your message, I’ll send you a DM with the link).I have done ALL THE STEPS explained in by manychat support PLUS info tutorials shared here.refresh permission ✅business integration shows: manychat ✅manychat is shows under white listed search bar etc etc and all the other things you recommend ✅so my question to you guys is… should I create a NEW facebook account and facebook page, to connect to my instagram? because it seems something is off with the old facebook account (that i’ve had since 2007 and support has stopped replying because they probably don’t have a clue how to help me.I really want my manychat automation to work before black friday salesThanksAnike

Need support - my account is broken

Long time user of Manychat, back when I had to wait to get an account (I think this was in 2017?)Anyway, I’m back to using it again and I’m running into a lot of issues. For example, it won't let me reconnect my instagram account @WhisselRealty because it said it was connected elsewhere, but I checked everywhere and I don't have another account. Also, it says I need to update billing because I have too many contacts, but I deleted all of my contacts but it still says I have 1452/1000 What is the best way to reach out to support directly? I think I need someone to dig into my account to help figure this out!

Hola Chatboteros.Les platico, ya tengo una cuenta de Whatsapp API vinculada a Facebook mediante una plataforma de Chatbots (similar a ManyChat).El proceso para pasar las verificaciones de negocio fueron bastante arduas, el personal de la plataforma me ayudó con todos los detalles para la verificación del negocio, creando incluso una muy básica “página web temporal”. El proceso fue complicado, pero se logróMi preocupación es:Al buscar conectar ahora a Manychat con Whatsapp API, tenga que pasar por el mismo proceso complicado y que no se me conceda pasar las verificaciones.Mi pregunta es:Como ya se hizo la verificación del negocio y la cuenta de Facebook, ¿puedo utilizar esa misma cuenta de Whatsapp para conectar a Manychat? Para no tener que pasar de nuevo por el proceso de las verificaciones.(Entiendo que debe ser una cuenta nueva para no perder información, sin embargo, no veo problema con eso).Gracias!

En ese tiempo, si la persona escribe más cosas, lo ponemos en una ‘cola de espera’ Cuando procesamos la respuesta, usamos todos los mensajes que escribió la persona en ese minuto de espera.Esto es ideal si estás usando ChatGPT/OpenAI con información de tu negocio, o Assistants API que suelen tomar unos segundos para generar la respuesta.

Can't acces smy account

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges.

Why can't I add more links

Every morning I post on Instagram and put 3 links on many chats that get sent to followers. I was not able to do so this morning. My set up looks completely different. What happened. Followers are asking for links to my post, but only sending them 1 of the 3 links. What happened to the add button for more links

Issues with non followers receiving automated DM

Have an automation in place to send 1 of 2 DM’s to people that comment on a post. One message includes a button with a link to an external site and works just fine. The second option is a message with quick reply options. It seems that accounts that don’t already follow us don’t receive this message. It gives them a message notification, and while on our end it looks like our message was sent, they have an empty DM. Not sure if this is an issue with the automation, their Instagram DM limitations, or Instagram in general. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution?

Chatbot is not going off

Hi, we have a chatbot that is supposed to start a DM based on a word trigger in Instagram DMs, but it’s not working. When we use the comment-to-DM feature, it works partially, but only for the first two sentences.When I checked the Facebook Business settings, I noticed that the primary receiver protocol for ManyChat isn’t listed there. I’ve already refreshed the connection multiple times, but it’s still not functioning properly.It’s odd that the comment-to-DM feature works partially, but the word-to-DM trigger doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t load. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
