ManyChat currently only allows scheduling the next post, which means I have to manually log in every day to set up the upcoming post. This is a hassle, especially since I plan and schedule my content a month in advance.It would be amazing to have a "Next Post on This Date" option, allowing the entire schedule to be automated without daily intervention. This feature would be a game-changer and make content planning way more efficient! 🚀

Hi, I’m working on a ManyChat automation where users input some data, and at the end, they receive a unique reference number (folio). However, I’ve noticed that when two entries are submitted almost simultaneously (e.g., within one second), the generated reference numbers saved in Google Sheets end up being the same.How could I fix this. Hi, this is Alvaro.I’ve noticed some WhatsApp Business Accounts offering a feature where users can fill out a form directly within WhatsApp. This feature allows users to input their information and send it seamlessly. I find this functionality very useful and am curious if it’s possible to implement something similar using Manychat.I’ve attached a few images to illustrate how these forms look and function. Perhaps someone is familiar with this feature and can guide me on whether it can be implemented through Manychat or maybe know about a tool that you can integrate to get this.Thanks in advance for your help. I can see in my Manychat dashboard that TikTok is now available - but sadly I cannot connect as it’s not available in the UK yet - and also apparently not the US either.So which countries is it available and when will it be opened up to the UK?Anyone know?

HelloI am developing a conversation flow with AI Step that is activated with a trigger (a specific word)After the AI step I would like to add another action either Set User Field or External Request or a message.Althought I connect the AI step with the next ordinal step, I see that it last do not run. Olá, venho através desta propor a liberação de utilizar botões de resposta rápida juntamente com botões de url. Essa funcionalidade otimizaria os trabalhos de disparos de mensageria utilizando o canal do Whatsapp, visto que sempre necessitamos deixar um botão para o lead cancelar a inscrição na lista de disparos. Além disso otimizar a vida útil dos números e contas de whatsapp, colabora para as boas práticas de uso da Meta, e seria de grande valor tanto para operações robustas, como é o caso do Wendell Carvalho e Karina Peloi aqui no grupo Virtus, quanto para estruturas menores. Usando botão de URL sem poder usar um botão de Resposta junto. Botões de Resposta sem poder inserir URL, sendo que precisaríamos construir um fluxo para cada conta usada na ação, e cada ação mobiliza cerca de 20 contas no Manychat. Buscamos essa melhoria pelo volume de contas que utilizamos hoje, sendo hoje cerca de 50 contas com possibilidade de aumento ainda. Conseguiríamos trabalhar nessas melhorias?
Hello, I created 2 chatbots to respond to my Instagram and Messenger DMs. My problem is that every time someone sends me a message, the chatbot replies with a default message like: "Hello! How can I assist you today?" instead of responding directly to the DM. I’ve searched through the different settings and even instructed the chatbot to reply directly, but this issue persists. Do you know how to permanently remove this default message?

I am struggling to get my sequence to send any messages. At first, I set an action in my automation to subscribe the contact to my sequence.When I go into the sequences, I have set up the messages, but it asks for a trigger. So when I set the trigger to “subscribe to sequence”, it basically sends the messages immediately.But I don't get what trigger I am supposed to use in the sequence messages? The delay doesn't seem to be working for me, can you help?

A bit like notes but set via api or flow. This will allow easy access for people doing support tickets or needing to be able to jump back to important bits of chat.
I’d like to be able to automate which live support users are in the different groups via the API. this will enable differerent members of staff to be on call / workign for different teams automatically.

Morning. For some reason my manychat is not showing all messages in live order. I can see the contact being added as a subscriber and the message on my instagram page but it doesnt show in my unnasigned. If I search it I can find the message in manychat and its only when i message them that it pops into manychats chats in time order. Anything I need to do?

Hey there, I build affiliate programs for service-based businesses and SaaS companies and I just added lead magnets to my packages because my (typically) high ticket clients need a way to collect leads through affiliates without an initial purchase. I would like to get them better results by even setting up a many chat sequence to build their list through IG using their lead magnet. I’d like to learn a good basic set up that I can teach a team member and have them do this for my clients. Would anyone like to help me set this up? I’m all about networking and startegic partnerships so I am sure I can bring you value as well. Especially if you are in coaching or real estate!
