Has anyone previously used the AI step as a complete customer support agent to handle entire customer queries? I just wanted to know if that's even possible because there is no option to add large text as a knowledge base yet on the WhatsApp and Messenger channels, like it is on Instagram. So it's nearly impossible to add all the information into multiple AI steps. Because of the character limits and creating multiple AI steps, and using the intent triggers for every step, it's not very efficient and cannot handle a conversation successfully.

Hi there, I tried logging into my clients’ manychat account, but when she receives the OTP Link nothing happens on her end or on my end. My second option was logging into my account and adding her instagram account to my manychat, as i have done that for another client. However, when i request access, we both receive an error. Overall,  i’m struggling to log into the account and would really appreciate the assistance. Hi, I’m trying to connect only my Facebook Business Page to ManyChat Messenger.I follow: Add New Account → Facebook Messenger → Facebook login.I select only:my Facebook Page “L’Encre Virtuelle” my Meta Business Portfolio “L’encre virtuelle”After that, Meta forces me to choose an Instagram account. If I select “current assets only” and select no Instagram account, the Continue button is disabled.The only Instagram account displayed belongs to one of my clients, so I cannot grant ManyChat access to it.I have already tried:a fresh ManyChat profile with no channel connected private/incognito browsing reconnecting from Add New Account → Facebook Messenger selecting only my own Facebook Page and Business PortfolioManyChat is not listed yet in my Facebook Business Integrations.How can I complete a Facebook Messenger-only connection without granting access to any Instagram account?

Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana

I have tried every option I could find through the ManyChat AI and through Google, but my comment-to-dm on instagram is not triggering at all for new or non-followers who comment on my automation. It worked for long-time followers and for my other accounts though, so I know that it is triggering perfectly fine, just not for any new people on my page. I have set “Connected Tools” to “On” in my Message and Story Replies account settings, made sure the comment trigger is turned “On” in the automaton, refreshed my permissions, etc. I can’t seem to figure out what the issue is and why the trigger is only working for long-time followers. I also have a welcome message automation and it worked for one new follower randomly, but. I have gained about 50-100 new followers in the past week. The AI chatbot is giving me the same answer and I can’t talk to a real person unless I pay for the upgraded account, but before I do that, I need to know if ManyChat even works for what I need! 

I’m a pro user. I am giving away an online product to anyone that comments, DM’s or Messages on both FB and Instagram. I created a simple trigger sequence to deliver a link that sends the to a registration page to access the giveaway. I tested it in MC and it works fine however it is not working from the posts I have put up to promote it. Simply my automations are not working. Any ideas?

Hallo zusammen,hat jemand von euch eine Lösung für folgendes Problem gefunden?Mein Follow-to-DM ("Say hi to new followers") läuft seit über einer Woche mit 0 Runs, obwohl alles korrekt eingerichtet war: Trigger aktiv, Conversation-Routing-Berechtigung bei Meta aktiviert, Permissions frisch autorisiert, sogar mit einem gezielten Test durch einen echten neuen Follower bestätigt, dass trotzdem nichts ausgelöst wird. Meine Automation ist dabei kein Standard-Flow aus der Vorlage, sondern ein selbst gebauter, custom Flow im Flow Builder mit drei Antwortoptionen statt nur einem Button, der Support hat mir aber bestätigt, dass der Aufbau technisch korrekt ist. Meine Comment-to-DM-Automation auf demselben Account funktioniert dabei einwandfrei.Der ManyChat-Support hat mir bestätigt, dass der "Say hi to new followers"-Trigger aktuell eine Meta-Beta-Funktion ist, zu der Meta selbst steuert, welche Accounts Zugriff bekommen, ohne Bewerbungsmöglichkeit, ohne Liste und ohne Ankündigung bei Entzug.Gi

Have tried following the docs a ton. Just getting a perpetual loop with facebook and instagram to connect it to Manychat. It’s connected, but manychat is saying it’s not enough. Need help. It’s the primary reason I want to use Manychat.

It sometimes runs correctly, but other times it doesn’t trigger at all.What happens:Sometimes the automation runs normally (DM sent, comment reply works). Other times nothing happens at all (no DM, no comment reply).Setup:Using an Instagram Post/Reel Comments trigger. Flow is published and the trigger is active. Instagram permissions were refreshed.Observation:The behavior is inconsistent across multiple test accounts. The trigger only fires once per user per post, which is a known Instagram limitation. Steps already tried:Confirmed the automation is published. Verified the trigger is active. Refreshed Instagram permissions. Tested with multiple accounts.

Hi Everyone, hoping to get some insight. Manychat was working for me earlier today, but all of a sudden stopped working for my last 2 posts. My old posts and my stories have working automations. I’ve done all the resets - resetting permissions, going through FB and IG settings and removing Manychat from the added apps options. I’m also currently on the trial version, so I’m wondering if there are any restrictions. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

cuento con manychat pro y conecte el anuncio de meta  de instagram y a facebook. conecte las plantillas de manychat pero no estoy pudiendo ver grandes resultados, puede que meta solo me muestre las conversaciones terminadas?  ya genere la automatizacion correctamente y se que anda la misma pero  no estoy teniendo resultado. necesito ayuda antes de seguir pagando por el servicio que no me funciona… es mas me cuenta en mi bandeja de entrada mensajes donde realmente no veo las automatizaciones de bot que genere.

No vale la pena tratar de colar algo como utilidad si tiene aunque sea un hint de promoción. Meta lo detecta, rechaza la plantilla y encima te deja un antecedente en la cuenta. No es el ahorro que parece.Sobre la audiencia:El quality rating de tu número depende directamente de que la gente reconozca tu mensaje. Si mandás a lista fría o comprada, vas a acumular bloqueos y reportes de spam. Y una vez que el número entra en rojo, recuperarlo es un dolor de cabeza.Sobre los costos:Varía mucho por país. Chile y Uruguay están cerca de los 10 centavos por mensaje de marketing. Colombia está en 1 centavo. Hello. I need help setting up my ManyChat automations and IG settings. Is there a tutorial or mentorship program available somewhere? 

I’m trying to connect a Professional Instagram account to a new Manychat account using “Connect Via Instagram.” I approved access to comments and messages, but Manychat then displayed “Your account might not support this method yet” and returned to the Connect Instagram screen.In Instagram, “Allow access to messages” is on, and message requests are set to Everyone. The account has never successfully connected, so I cannot use Refresh Permissions.What else should I check to make this Instagram connection work?
