Can't log into manychat

Question

Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana

In this case the request is sent to whoever created the original Manychat account, and they have to approve it.

If you’ve lost access to the account, the only way to recover it is by talking to support by opening a ticket at https://help.manychat.com

You’ll need to prove that you’re the page owner and lost access, and they’ll be able to move you over.

hola, me pasa lo mismo ,me han hackeado mi perfil de Facebook principal y me han eliminado la pagina y el api whatsaap Facebook y ahora quiero iniciar sesion con otro perfil de facebook
