Hi, I’m having an issue with the Facebook Messenger Main Menu for my ManyChat account. My current ManyChat Default Menu has only 3 items: 1. Энгийн меню 2. Сэт меню 3. Хаяг байршил However, Facebook Messenger still displays an OLD 5-item persistent menu, including two old items that no longer exist in my ManyChat Main Menu: * Ажиллах цагийн хуваарь * Өрөөний цагийн үнэ I have already tried: * Main Menu is enabled. * Clicked Update Menu successfully. * Made a small edit, updated the menu, reverted the edit, and updated again. * Refreshed Facebook permissions. * I have Full Control of the Facebook Page. * I am the Owner of the ManyChat account. * ManyChat is the Default Routing App for Messenger. * There are no Dynamic Menus configured. * All 3 current menu items are correctly linked and have no unpublished changes/yellow dots. * Meta Business Suite Frequently Asked Questions is OFF. * I tested from a different Facebook account and the same old 5-item menu still appears. It appears that an old persistent menu may still be stored on the Facebook/Meta side and is not being replaced when ManyChat publishes the current menu. How can I completely reset/remove the old Facebook Messenger persistent menu and republish the current 3-item ManyChat Main Menu?
