I’m a pro user. I am giving away an online product to anyone that comments, DM’s or Messages on both FB and Instagram. I created a simple trigger sequence to deliver a link that sends the to a registration page to access the giveaway. I tested it in MC and it works fine however it is not working from the posts I have put up to promote it. Simply my automations are not working. Any ideas?

Can you share with us your automation? (some screenshots)
I’ve been working with Manychat customer service. We have resolved the FB side however we are still working on the Instagram side. We resolved some of this with permissions in Meta.
