Manychat suddenly doesn't work only for certain IG posts

Hi Everyone, hoping to get some insight. Manychat was working for me earlier today, but all of a sudden stopped working for my last 2 posts. My old posts and my stories have working automations. I’ve done all the resets - resetting permissions, going through FB and IG settings and removing Manychat from the added apps options. I’m also currently on the trial version, so I’m wondering if there are any restrictions. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
