I manage a retail store that has many products, every month we launch promotions of different products normally the conversion is done through WhatsApp or IG messages.

A few days ago we switched to Manychat to use the live chat functionality so we can give better customer service, but the person in charge of sales says that before using manychat she could see which product the customer was specifically asking about because the conversations always start by message announcement. I have been looking all over and I can't get manychat to say which ad the message starts with, do you know if this can be done and if there is a way to set it up (I am leaving some images for you to see what I mean)?

When you click on "View ad ” you can know which product the customer is consulting. or just see the thumbnail.
