✋ Question: Deleted Chatbot Automation (Messenger Ref URL) Automation Appears Under Widgets on the Contacts Tab I’m working on setting up the bots for my client and I noticed that whenever I was duplicating an automation that the widgets would appear under the “Contacts” tab when I had already deleted the copies of the automations. Do you guys know if there’s a possibility for me to delete this? I don’t see a trash button beside it. FB AD trigger will not activate?
We have a “user mentions you in their story” trigger set to send a 10% discount code to thank them for tagging us. I have it selected to send “once per 24 hours” if they tag us (some people tag us multiple times). It is sending them the message + code multiple times. Thanks in advance for the help! BTW - I have refreshed Instagram and Facebook permissions.
If my client doesn’t have access to the Instagram Broadcast is that because they never applied for the beta (and it’s too late to do so as I’ve seen they’re pausing the beta?). Wondering why I don’t see the option to have them join it when I am building a message.

But currently I can't seem to find a way to do this. I can only save the responses from a user as a custom field but not my first outbound message. Aujourd’hui plus rien ne marche, alors que toutes les automations sont bien en vert, active. Rien du tout, si je reponds le mot clé, rien ne se passe… cela fait 5h que je suis dessus, personne d’instagram ou de manychat ne peut me répondre

On the older version of Manychat there was no need for a trigger event to start the Welcome Message.After pressing ‘Get Started’ you could select the Welcome Message as the ‘Start’ of the automation. With the new version of Manychat you seem to have to first ‘trigger’ an event. How do I set the welcome automation without a trigger event, and if I have to use a trigger, which trigger should it be to start the Welcome Message after the ‘Get Started’ button is pressed which is performed as part of the ‘Greeting Text’?

Criei um modelo de mensagem que já está aprovado. Pagamento esta em dia. Estou no período de deste da conta Pro.Fiz um disparo teste para 3 contados meus para verificar a funcionalidade, porem aparece que foram entregues mais não chega nos destino. Esse Entregue e Ler só apareceu depois que eu mandei uma mensagem pelo outro lado. Porém a mensagem que eu disparei não chegou em nenhum contato do WhatsApp que coloquei. Alguém pode me ajudar?
Hi all I made a bot, so when you press start, it shows you a list of other telegram groups to join. Ive linked the telegram groups via the http link. The issue is when clicking the groups, it seems to go to manychat; it loads up manychat, then it sends you to the telegram group. Why is it not just loading up the telegram group to join?Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Manychat AI did not save phone number sometimes so I can not create a deal for my company. It should happen 5-6 times in day. You have to fix that.
Olá!Nos últimos dias tenho tido problema com um fluxo publicado em relação aos botões nos blocos de mensagem. Blocos com botões estão assumindo botões que são pertencentes a outros blocos, bagunçando o entendimento e resposta do usuário. Ja recriei o fluxo em outra conta, testei outros fluxos e todos apresentam o mesmo problema. Estou usando o fluxo até onde entendo de maneira correta, com opt-in. Por exemplo a imagem abaixo o botão ‘Quero AGORA!’ não era para aparecer, ele não esta na bloco de mensagem. Outro exemplo: O Botão ‘Mais Informações’ não deveria estar aparecendo. Alguém sabe por que isso acontece?
