Meta no entregó el mensaje

Al enviar mensaje por manychat desde ayer me aparece una leyenda que dice: Meta no entregó el mensaje.Alguien ha tenido un problema similar?

Why aren't my audios playing for everyone?

I created automation for my business. I'm using audios, images, texts. However, my automation is no longer loading the audios. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you very much in advance.

Instagram send comment stop working

I had this flow that get people info to be contacted later via email or a phone call, it started with a comment in a post then it takes you to the DM and ask you to tap in a button to start all the process. it worked well but I noticed that in some point the button stop working, when I preview it doesn't seems to have an issue but when a coworker tried to do all the process and tapped the button it start refreshing the tab, I'd try to do it with several coworkers and it happened every time.PD: I don’t need the button, but a don't know how to jump directly to the next step or if I there is some way to just put some text and then the next step.I’ll index the reel link and a screenshot of the flow. https://www.instagram.com/p/DBMoi3wu-L5/Have someone had the same issue o knows how to solve it?

Forma de monitorar templates de Whatsapp não entregues

Olá pessoal,Tenho uma dúvida sobre a possibilidade de monitorar templates de Whatsapp que são enviados mas, por algum motivo (bloqueio/retorno do Meta), não são entregues.Preciso me antecipar a esses contatos que não recebem o template para poder contatá-los de forma mais eficiente.Acredito que nativamente isso talvez não seja possível, mas por exemplo, posso fazer via API? Alguém conseguiu contornar isso?

Instagram Story Replies - Keywords Not Activating Trigger

We use multiple triggers on our Instagram campaigns, but recently noticed that the “Story Reply” triggers are not working for ANY of our campaign flows. The “Post Comment” triggers are working, but at only about 90% - so leads are still slipping through the cracks and having to be contacted manually.SN: we’ve also noticed that our inbox in Manychat is not reflecting the active messages in the Instagram or Facebook apps. facebook ads messenger: greeting message / conversation starter doesnt show when user clicks

I have set the Greeting Text, and i have created a Conversation Starter which leads into an automation, however when i create a Facebook Ad, and select ‘create new’ it forces me to use their default template questions. How can I disable that, and make it so if a user clicks Send message on my facebook ad, they will see only the greeting text i set in manychat, followed by the automation which is triggered by the conversation starter? Thank you
