Minhas permissões estão ok, mas toda vez que entro no manychat pede para atualizar, meus bots pararam e minhas automações não funcionam mais. Já tentei de tudo, alguém pode me ajudar?
Hey, I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. Regarding ‘Welcome Message’ start flow button restore.In the WELCOME MESSAGE flow, the 1st ‘COMMAND’ button connects to a FLOW button, which should read: [FB] BB CORE Growth Tool Greeting [CUSTOMIZE]. However the box is empty! Anyone know how to restore it?
Oi, gente! Preciso de ajuda e não encontro respostas em lugar nenhum. Seguinte, de 2 semanas pra cá clientes estão comentando no post que não estão recebendo a mensagem no direct. O detalhe é que, o manychat responde o comentário que foi enviado, ok, e quando eu abro a conversa no direct pra mim aparece a mensagem que foi configurada no fluxo, mas para os clientes está em branco. Vários deles me mandaram prints e realmente a conversa está em branco. Já atualizei permissões e nada. Tipo, de 10 mensagens enviadas pelos 6 retornam dizendo que não receberam nada. O que pode ser isso?

Hey! I’m new to Manychat, so this may be a very simple answer, but I don’t seem to have access to the User Input field. I have a pro account, but even then when I go to create the “reply in dm” the only fields I can build are text, image, card, audio, video, and gallery; I don’t even see “user input.” All tutorials I have seen show that I should also have “user input” as an option so I can ask customers a series of survey questions. Has this feature changed and been grouped into another feature? I know I can create a text reply with multiple button response but that doesn’t seem like the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hola a todos. Tengo un cliente que me pide hacer un chatbot en arabe. Todo bien con eso, tengo el flow de conversación diseñado pero mi único gran bloqueo es que al pegar el texto en arabe, se pega como el alfabeto español o ingles, que va de izquierda a derecha, cuando el arabe se escribe de derecha a izquierda. Dentro del chatbot que será para whatsapp, al pegar el texto no encuentro ninguna opción para configurar eso. Alguien sabe como hacerlo? existe alguna solución? Gracias

Estou com um problema que não estou conseguindo resolver de forma alguma… Estou com 2 automações ativas:1- Resposta ao direct, que está OK2- Resposta ao story e comentários em publicações, que não está funcionando legal! Quando a pessoa responde o story com a palavra-chave, ela recebe a automação na DM corretamente, mas quando comenta no post, a automação não é disparada!Já conferi as palavras-chave, já dupliquei a automação e já desliguei e liguei os gatilhos, nada resolve! Um adendo, estava tudo funcionando corretamente quando estava usando o Free Trial, mas após o período gratuito expirar e assinar o PRO, esse problema começou a acontecer! Já tentei acessar o suporte e abrir ticket, mas nada resolve… Espero que alguém saiba me auxiliar, obrigado!
