Posted a reel asking to tag a friend and ill send you offer but automation not working

Hi, ive run an offer for buy one get one free on a reel post on instagram. Set up automation in Manychat for this specific post and trigger to be any post or comment. ive also tried trigger to be @ but in both times it did not work. I am now manually replying each every comment on the reel who have begun taggin their friends for this offer.Please help, i am new with Manychat and have included a screen grab below for reference. Is there a way to automate sending them the offer details via dm and also sending the @xyz friends as well?

IG story reply automation NOT working

I am having problems with the IG story reply automation. The post or reel comment automations are working fine but when I try to test my automations for the IG story reply, I don't receive any messages. Also when I try to preview the automation, the 3 digit code won't work. It doesn't do anything and I don't receive any test message. I also did the troubleshooting for Instagram automations. Tried again, and still not working. Please assist. Thanks.

ManyChat to Awber using Make

I want to use Make (Integromat) to grab my subscriber email from manychat (from Facebook) and send it to Aweber. I’m doing this with Zapier, but can’t figure out the custom field parameter to use for Make. Anyone have this built out or have any suggestions?

Privacy setting issue on Instagram

Deletion chat converstion after some delay

Hello,Whether it is possible to delete whole chat conversation (or clean chat history) with user automatically after some delay? I need ability to limit my content availability for user for some time only.I tried to use “Delete Contact” action in the end of my automation but it doesn’t work as needed.

Dead Links w/i body of DM on IG - Help

When I post a trigger, and then see what people get in their DM on IG,I am shocked that links w/i the body of the text, are DEAD, and cannot be accessed. Please advise. I need to be able to share multiple links to studies, w/i the body of the text, while still sharing a link button

Boa tarde a todos! Após configurar input como {first-name}, ele não volta com o nome inserido no restante da conversa. o código {{first-name}} aparece quando deveria aparecer o nome. Estou ainda usando no PREVIEW, isso é comum? Eu acredito que o Preview deva ser o mais fiel possível à realidade, certo?

Variables not working

Hello, I’m currently trying out manychat and i’m on the free plan. I’ve built my messenger bot and when I preview the bot the variables e..g, first name which i opted to be saved in system field. It just comes out as {{first_name}}. Also, I’m building a bot for generating a quote. I’m using custom bot/user fields(number) and it’s basic calculations like “increase value by x” . Now when the bot shows the final number it shows up weird e.g. {{cuf_1093894}}.Please assist with this. Thanks in advance.

Hola, estoy teniendo un problema que me parte la cabeza:Al crear una automatización y simular el input de wsp o messenger, no logro obtener los datos de entrada.Dicho de otra forma, cumplo con generar un input y asignarlo a una variable, sin embargo al llamarla, me aparece sólo la variable. por ejemplo: {{cuf_12011624}} {{last_input_text}} y no el texto almacenado.Esto me está causando el problema de no poder dar un paso adelante con Make, que es la idea. Agradezco me indiquen posibles errores.

Auto-Assign Not Working

Hi MC Community!For some reason, our Auto-Lead assign is not working properly and messages are automatically moved into the ‘closed’ section. The auto-assign is turned on, as well as the option to automatically open conversations for every new message. Some of them are working, and others are being automatically moved to ‘closed’ and staying ‘Unassigned’ Has anyone else experienced this before and know how else we can trouble shoot to fix the issue? Thank you!

Hello all, we are new here. We are trying to figure out how to track track keyword when we use the same one “get started “on all of our posts to know where our increase/leads are coming from. Is there something that I’m missing that I’m not seeing so we can learn how to set this up. I didn’t think I’d have to make a different keyword for every individual post because that would be really, really hard to track And confusing . Como adicionar nome de exibição no WhatsApp?

Olá, pessoal!Um cliente meu possui um número de WhatsApp bem consolidado e preferi não o utilizar para o Manychat.Optei por adquirir um número comprado diretamente pela plataforma (um número +1, dos EUA, pois não há muitas opções de países).Todas as configurações ficaram OK, fluxo funcionando normalmente (conta de WhatsApp toda OK no Business Manager).Mas, quando eu inicio alguma conversa como cliente, não aparece o nome da empresa no chat do WhatsApp, apenas o número comprado. Continua aparecendo o número (isso passa uma certa desconfiança nos clientes, afinal é um número estrangeiro, com prefixo +1 ).Fiz alteração do nome dentro do próprio Manychat, conferi na conta de WhatsApp na BM, e está tudo certo. Achei que houvesse um delay, mas já passaram alguns dias e nada de mudar. O que posso fazer para atualizar o nome de exibição no chat do WhatsApp, em vez de aparecer o número?

I would like to send content to user in this way:day 1: user subscribed to my TG channel and received welcome messageday 2: I send user lecture 1 at specific time (e.g. 19:30 in the evening)day 3: I send user lecture 2 at specific time (at 19:30 in the evening again)ets.How to setup Smart Delay to have this delay (between day 1 and day 2) if I don’t know then in day 1 user actually subscribe to my TG channel? If I use standard 1 day delay and user subscribed e.g. at 13:45 then with 1 day delay the lecture 2 will be send at 13:45 at day 2 but I want to send at 19:30
