Trying to troubleshoot - I had to change my IG Password this weekend and reconnecting ManyChat has taken me more time than I care to admit. None of my automations are working no matter how much I refresh my persmissions, edit my meta suite, and all the ManyChat instructional videos I’m finding are too old to help (My screen looks completely different than what they’re showing). I tried re-doing my automations, still nothing. ManyChat has no customer service so I’m at a complete loss of what to do next. I’ve been at this for hours.

Hello I ran an Instagram Raffle contest where people had to comment on the post. Is there any way to export all the comments to a .csv file?
Manychat has been triggering a DM automation every time someone comments the word “good” on any post (which you can imagine is a pretty common word). I never set up a DM trigger using that keyword and have searched my automations at least 10 times and it doesn’t show any trigger with that keyword. It is triggered at least 10x’s a day at looks extremely unprofessional. Does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening or how to actually get a hold of Manychat customer service? Thank you!

Hello everyone,I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days. Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword?

Olá a todos!Minhas automações em 2 contas diferentes, para responder no DM com gatilhos em mensagens em Posts, pararam de funcionar já tem praticamente 1 semana.A questão aqui, deixou simplesmente de funcionar, sem avisos, sem alterações e tudo está certo entre instagram x facebook, já segui os passos que eles indicam para resolver esses problemas a risca, mas nada resolve.Obviamente, já procurei tanto no facebook, como no instagram por avisos de qualquer suspensão ou limitação por o que seja, mas nada há.Já abri um ticket de suporte e até agora, não me respondem.Mas dia 15, eles vão lá descontar os USD 30 certamente.Alguém já passou por isso? Agradeço qualquer ajuda!

Tengo mi integración funcionando correctamente con el modelo 4o-2024-11-20, pero decidí actualizar al último modelo y lamentablemente deja de generarme respuesta, ahora si vuelvo al modelo 4 vuelve a funcionar correctamente. Quise realizar este cambio porque cuando alguien le pregunta la fecha, ChatGPT siempre devuelve que es un viernes y eso me genera un problema. Muchas gracias

Hi everyone,Whenever I use Webhooks by Zapier to send a POST request to an external API (like ManyChat’s), if something fails, Zapier always shows the same message:❌ Failed to create a request in Webhooks by ZapierThe app returned “Validation error”.This is extremely generic, and it’s the same message no matter what the actual issue is. But when I test the same request in Postman, I get a helpful error body from the API — for example, it might say something like “Missing phone number” or “Invalid field format,” which lets me fix the issue immediately.My questions are: Is there any way in Zapier to see the full API response, especially the message body? Could Zapier expose the raw error from the API in the task log, console, or anywhere behind the scenes? Is this something other users have run into? How are you debugging around this? I’d love any workarounds, tips, or clarification. Right now, I’m spending a lot of time guessing what went wrong because all I get is “Validation error
