I subscribed to this service Manychat so I could have it help me auto respond to comments on my Instagram and Facebook page. However, after I signed up, I noticed that the comments on the last two videos that I’ve posted are no longer showing up at all. It tells me that I have 9 comments, for instance, on this video but when I actually open the comment section 0 are visible. I logged into another instagram account I own to verify, and I also could not see any comments on those 2 posts. I also checked my last 2 posts from a friend's phone on their Instagram account, and faced the same issue where I could not see the comments. Also, the automation I created to respond to a keyword commented on those videos is not working - the trigger does not send them a DM and does not reply under their comment.I included screenshots below of how it says there are 9+ comments yet only 1 is visible.From the looks of it, this is an issue specifically with Instagram, possibly reacting to the Manychat inte

I have tried several differnt days to connect the “Hi to New Subscriber” feature.  I have a yellow text box that says, “Unavaliable for Now” To Use this automation, you need to update Instagram permissions. When I click the link, it update permissions…  I click the “update permissions” button and I get a box to select the busniss asset to share with Manychat. There are two drop downs - one for Business Portlio - It’s greyed out and I can’t select it.  The Instagram box doesn’t have anything under it. There are two round buttons on the side that Asset Selection that is half filled in, and one underneath that say  Permissoin Confirmation. When I click Permission Selection there is a bunch of stuff and a save button. When I select Save, I get, “Could not connect ManyChat. You may not be connected to netowrk (I am) or we could not establish a connection with our server. (I cleared the cache as suggested by the bot) Check your connection and try again later.  My internt connection is fine.

I’m trying to understand an issue with an Instagram follower automation.We’ve gained around 4,000 new followers, but only 253 people have entered/received the automation that is supposed to trigger for new followers.I understand there may be eligibility or Instagram/ManyChat limitations, but the difference seems quite significant. Has anyone experienced something similar?I’d like to understand:Why would only a small percentage of new followers trigger the automation? Is there a specific setting or eligibility requirement I should check? Is there any way in ManyChat to see which followers were eligible, which ones triggered the automation, and why the others didn’t? Is there anything we can change to increase the percentage of new followers entering the automation?For context, we have approximately 4,000 new followers vs. 253 automation entries (~6%).Any advice on what I should check or how to troubleshoot this would be really appreciated. ello, I have a single Instagram account (@flavi_iovine) and a single ManyChat account linked to the email iovineflavia@gmail.com. When reconnecting my Instagram today, the system shows my account is already connected to a workspace called "Flavia| Farmacéutica&Yoga Terapuetico" (the old name of my Instagram profile, before I recently changed it to "Coach Yoga"), and it asks me to "request access from the owner" as if I weren't the owner myself. I already sent the access request but it remains pending, without being approved. I have never had more than one ManyChat account or Instagram account, so I don't understand why two different connections appear for the same profile. I need to recover access to my existing flows and automations, without losing the work already configured. Could you please check my account and let me know what's happening? Thanks,

Hi, I need help with an Instagram Post/Reel Comments automation for @pacochasylwia.The automation is LIVE, saved and configured for a specific Instagram post with the keyword IDE.I have already checked and completed:Manychat is connected to @pacochasylwia Manychat with the ID ending in 612 is selected as the default app in Meta Conversation Routing Both Manychat partner app permissions are enabled Instagram permissions were refreshed in Manychat The trigger is active I tested with a separate Instagram account I used a fresh post that the test account had not commented on before The test comment contained the exact keyword IDEThe result is still:no automatic comment reply no DM Runs = 0This looks like the Instagram comment event is not reaching Manychat at all.Has anyone experienced this with the New Enhanced Connection? Is there anything else that needs to be enabled, or could this be a webhook/connection issue on Manychat or Meta’s side?Thank you.

Whenever someone DM’s me, ManyChat counts it as a Subscriber/Contact -- even though it doesnt trigger an automation…Is that how it works? Because it doesnt make sense lol

Eu ativei váaaarias, mudei o formato, modelo… mas mesmo assim, não funcionou, os meus seguidores não recebem nada vindo da automação. Já fiz as atualizações das permissões, já removi página do facebook, já coloquei UPgrade no plano e mesmo assim não funciona.Alguém já passou por isso?

The trigger only fires once per user per post, which is a known Instagram limitation. Steps already tried:Confirmed the automation is published. Verified the trigger is active. Refreshed Instagram permissions. Tested with multiple accounts.

Hello,I’m unable to complete the payment for my Manychat subscription.When I try to pay, I receive the following message:“Something went wrong with your card. Please, check your bank payment history or try again using another card.”After that, I’m redirected back to the payment page and cannot complete the subscription payment.Could the Manychat team please check whether there is any billing restriction or payment-processing issue with my account and contact me privately to resolve it?This is urgent because I use the account for active WhatsApp automations.Thank you.

Where can I change the button text shown here? My followers are Turkish, and the word "Following" can sometimes be confusing. Can't I edit it to say whatever I want?

Hi, has anyone experienced a similar issue?My billing date arrived, ManyChat was unable to process the payment, and as a result my Pro subscription expired automatically and the account was downgraded to Free.The main problem is that I cannot complete the payment with any card. I have already tried multiple cards, different payment methods, and different browsers, but the payment continues to fail.I already opened a support ticket explaining the entire situation, but so far I have not received any response. In the meantime, my WhatsApp automations are blocked, which is directly affecting my business operations.Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you solve it? What do you recommend I do to get the case reviewed by support as soon as possible?

The automation is LIVE and the trigger is active.The first message includes a Quick Reply button called “Quiero los recursos”, which is connected to the next step where we ask the user for their email address.Users coming from the Instagram ad are successfully entering ManyChat and receiving the first message. However, when I check the conversations, only the message text appears and the “Quiero los recursos” button is missing, so users are not moving to the next step of the automation.I’m attaching screenshots of the configured automation and the conversation received.How can I fix this so the “Quiero los recursos” button is correctly displayed to the user and they can continue through the automation?Thanks! 

Hi! I'm building a flow for TikTok, and when I went to test it, it wasn't working.I tried using the Preview option, but it says it's not working. The flow is supposed to be live, but when I send the keyword to test it, the message isn't being delivered. On my end, it actually shows that it's a violation.I'm not sure how I'm supposed to test the flow if this is happening. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how I can test it?

I set up a date and time data collection for reserving restaurant tables, but when the message for time collection is sent in chat and the user presses the button to enter the date and time that window with the calendar and the clock doesnt show up. Instead only a white screen is shown and after some time the message error is on the screen. The only channel I used is messenger but it used to work last week when I checked but now the problem presists for few days. Would love to get some help or is anyone experiencing the same issue.

Hola, necesito ayuda con un problema muy extraño con las automatizaciones de Instagram en ManyChat.Yo tenía varias automatizaciones en ManyChat que respondían automáticamente a comentarios en publicaciones de Instagram y enviaban mensajes directos.Eliminé esas automatizaciones y también las eliminé permanentemente de la Papelera. Es decir, ya no existen en ningún lugar de mi cuenta de ManyChat.Sin embargo, Instagram sigue enviando exactamente el mismo mensaje automático antiguo que estaba configurado en una de esas automatizaciones eliminadas.Lo que no entiendo es: ¿cómo puede seguir enviándose un mensaje si la automatización fue eliminada completamente, incluso de forma permanente de la Papelera?También actualicé los permisos del canal de Instagram, pero el problema continúa.¿Puede haber quedado algún disparador, configuración residual o algún tipo de caché en ManyChat que siga activa aunque la automatización ya no exista?¿A alguien le ocurrió algo similar? Muchas gracias. 

Hola buenos días. Tengo un problema y que Manychat desconecta Whatsapp. Y por ejemplo si yo hago la prueba de enviar un mensaje al número que tengo conectado con Manychat solo aparece un chulito. Funciona por un rato, y luego vuelve a pasar. Me ha tocado desvincular el número y volverlo a vincular para vuelva a funcionar. Está última vez me di cuenta que si espero varias horas se vuelve a conectar solo. Pero igual esto me afecta porque si tengo un anuncio en meta corriendo y la gente llega a mí WhatsApp y no le llegará ninguna información pues es como complicado. Alguien sabe a qué se debe esto y qué puedo hacer? Gracias!

Cuando sucede:• El teléfono principal continúa funcionando normalmente.• ManyChat permanece conectado, recibe mensajes y ejecuta las automatizaciones.• La WABA continúa aprobada y conectada.• En Settings > WhatsApp no aparecen errores ni advertencias relacionados.• Solo se invalidan las sesiones de los dispositivos vinculados.Después de volver a vincular los dispositivos, funcionan durante un tiempo, pero posteriormente se desconectan otra vez. No hemos retirado permisos, cambiado de BSP ni desconectado Coexistence. Hello ManyChat Community,I’m having an issue with my Instagram Follow-to-DM automation. i have created a new account.The automation “Say hi to new followers” has been LIVE for about 45–60 minutes, and I have received several new Instagram followers during that time. However, the automation still shows:Runs: 0 Sends: 0I also tested it with another Instagram account that had not followed my account before, but the automation was not triggered.I have already checked the following:My Instagram account is a Professional account “Allow access to messages” is enabled in Instagram My Instagram account is connected via the new Instagram API I refreshed the Instagram permissions in ManyChat The permissions screen shows access to Instagram messages, comments, insights, profile/posts, etc. Regular Instagram DMs are successfully appearing in the ManyChat Inbox / All ChatsSo the Instagram connection itself appears to be working, but new follower events are not triggering the Follow-to-DM automation.

I’m a Pro member, I’ve attempted to connect my Instagram countless times and it keeps failing as it says its already connected (its not). I’ve spoke to the AI chatbot which can’t solve my problem.I’ve asked it to connect me to a human and multiple different times, on different days and all i’m met with is ‘can’t connect you to someone right now’. I’ve tried messaging their instagram account - same stuff.I can’t find where to submit a support ticket.This is actually a joke, the fact that i’ve subscribed to pay for a service that I can’t even use and can’t even get help to solve the issue.Right now first impressions are completely terrible.If anyone has a way to resolve this that would be great.

I have reached my contact limit and automations have stop causing a significant impact to my business. Every time I try to upgrade I see this error message. I’ve tried clearing my cache/cookies, using different browsers and devices and using a private browsing mode but nothing works. I have opened a support ticket but I have not heard back.I really need to get this fixed so my automations can re-start.
