Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand an issue with an Instagram follower automation.
We’ve gained around 4,000 new followers, but only 253 people have entered/received the automation that is supposed to trigger for new followers.
I understand there may be eligibility or Instagram/ManyChat limitations, but the difference seems quite significant. Has anyone experienced something similar?
I’d like to understand:
- Why would only a small percentage of new followers trigger the automation?
- Is there a specific setting or eligibility requirement I should check?
- Is there any way in ManyChat to see which followers were eligible, which ones triggered the automation, and why the others didn’t?
- Is there anything we can change to increase the percentage of new followers entering the automation?
For context, we have approximately 4,000 new followers vs. 253 automation entries (~6%).
Any advice on what I should check or how to troubleshoot this would be really appreciated. Thank you!
