Hi! I'm building a flow for TikTok, and when I went to test it, it wasn't working.
I tried using the Preview option, but it says it's not working. The flow is supposed to be live, but when I send the keyword to test it, the message isn't being delivered. On my end, it actually shows that it's a violation.
I'm not sure how I'm supposed to test the flow if this is happening. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how I can test it?

You can try reconnecting your TikTok channel in Manychat. Refreshing the connection often resolves authorization glitches or false violation errors. Once reconnected, send the test keyword again to verify if the flow triggers and delivers the message.
If reconnecting the channel does not solve the issue, it will be necessary to open a ticket with Manychat Support: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat
