Problem with opening the date and time windwon sent in chat by a chatbot.

I set up a date and time data collection for reserving restaurant tables, but when the message for time collection is sent in chat and the user presses the button to enter the date and time that window with the calendar and the clock doesnt show up. Instead only a white screen is shown and after some time the message error is on the screen. The only channel I used is messenger but it used to work last week when I checked but now the problem presists for few days. Would love to get some help or is anyone experiencing the same issue.
