I have tried several differnt days to connect the “Hi to New Subscriber” feature. I have a yellow text box that says, “Unavaliable for Now” To Use this automation, you need to update Instagram permissions. When I click the link, it update permissions… I click the “update permissions” button and I get a box to select the busniss asset to share with Manychat. There are two drop downs - one for Business Portlio - It’s greyed out and I can’t select it. The Instagram box doesn’t have anything under it.
There are two round buttons on the side that Asset Selection that is half filled in, and one underneath that say Permissoin Confirmation. When I click Permission Selection there is a bunch of stuff and a save button. When I select Save, I get, “Could not connect ManyChat. You may not be connected to netowrk (I am) or we could not establish a connection with our server. (I cleared the cache as suggested by the bot) Check your connection and try again later. My internt connection is fine. I’ve tried on several different occassions and no success.
