Frustrated with this service, can't connect social media

I’m a Pro member, I’ve attempted to connect my Instagram countless times and it keeps failing as it says its already connected (its not). I’ve spoke to the AI chatbot which can’t solve my problem.

I’ve asked it to connect me to a human and multiple different times, on different days and all i’m met with is ‘can’t connect you to someone right now’. I’ve tried messaging their instagram account - same stuff.

I can’t find where to submit a support ticket.

This is actually a joke, the fact that i’ve subscribed to pay for a service that I can’t even use and can’t even get help to solve the issue.

Right now first impressions are completely terrible.

If anyone has a way to resolve this that would be great.
