Where can I change the button text shown here? My followers are Turkish, and the word "Following" can sometimes be confusing. Can't I edit it to say whatever I want?

If you can’t see an option to change the text, it means you’re using a quick automation template, which doesn’t allow you to change it.
To do so, you have to build your automation from scratch. There, you can customize everything.
