Instagram Ads automation sends first message but Quick Reply button is missing

Hi everyone,I have a ManyChat automation using the “User clicks an Instagram Ad” trigger. The automation is LIVE and the trigger is active.The first message includes a Quick Reply button called “Quiero los recursos”, which is connected to the next step where we ask the user for their email address.Users coming from the Instagram ad are successfully entering ManyChat and receiving the first message. However, when I check the conversations, only the message text appears and the “Quiero los recursos” button is missing, so users are not moving to the next step of the automation.I’m attaching screenshots of the configured automation and the conversation received.How can I fix this so the “Quiero los recursos” button is correctly displayed to the user and they can continue through the automation?Thanks!

Hi ​@Jhann Carlos Espinoza, could be one of two things, depends on what's happening in the chat when the message lands.If this is the first time that person is messaging your account, Instagram might be showing its own AI-generated suggestions right where the button goes, covering it up. Another user reported this recently in the Community, not confirmed by ManyChat or Meta yet.If it's not a first-time conversation, I'd check Help → Refresh Permissions first, in case permissions are outdated.Hope this help!Cata
